  12. Healing in dream

Last night I had a very interesting dream that I want to share with you. I was in the underground with some people that I don't know very well. We prepared for a an energy transmission, we sat quietly and waited for Osho doing his transmission. He did it and he healed my kidney. It was really a nice feeling. I woke up and I was quite surprised. Actually I'm not an Osho-fan, I know who he was but I never did his meditations. I'm not into energy transmissions too but I do regulary qigong. Moreover I don't have any big problem at my kidneys (as far as I know...); anyway I'm sometimes stressed because of working or studying; I don't have a girlfriend and I'm not really emotionally balanced; I do kung fu, strength training and qigong in order to balance. I got this dream as a gift. Comments are welcome.
  13. yeah, it's pretty normal. Just pay attention to train your body to stand that. Especially if that day you're not fit as usual (little sleep, bad food, etc.) avoid to being hit too hard otherwise you'll injure your body. On the contrary, if you condition your body properly, you can be hit even harder. You have to understand these boundaries yourself, always follow what your master says and listen to your body. Enjoy
  14. Listening to music without internal dialogue

  17. red flake under the eyes

I'm avoiding coffeine in every form lately, otherwise I cannot sleep in the evening, even if I drink tea in the morning. I usually eat good stuff and I cook almost everything myself, but maybe I've exagerated with proteins and training. thx for the advice
  18. The Guest House

The Guest House This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes As an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they're a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond. -- Jelaluddin Rumi, translation by Coleman Barks It's simply lovely, enjoy
  19. Orbits and music

I've started running MCO with no music; then I got to know binaural beats and I used them intensively for some months, around 6 months continously last year and then now and then. Lately I'm using some music of Pauline Oliveros, in particular her cd Deep Listening I find it perfect for meditation. In the last year I'm doing a lot of strength training, and I find it a very meditative practice, because you have to feel your body and do the exercise slowly. As I do it at home, alone in my room, I like to listen to wherether some specific binaural beats for strength training or some quiet ambiental music like Quantec: Enjoy

  24. Drugs or Meditation?

This has been my experience too. I think that drugs can be really a door, a way to show us what our body and mind can reach: we can learn smt from drugs. Addiction can be a problem but it's not the only one. Allucinogens are not that addictive, the point is that you cannot get so much after the experience: in order to really understand it, you have to practice daily and eventually you recognize what the allucinogens did and you know you don't need them Drugs has been always very important in every religion/spiritual path, but the context used to be very different: nowadays you take drugs for fun. So be careful and learn from your experience.
  25. What's the skype name or chat that I have to add/join ? Thx for organizing!
