Look into La Chi. It’s an exercise from Zhineng Qigong. When I did a seminar many years ago the teacher Frank Chan told us the people that did more La Chi seemed to have a better cancer recovery rate. It’s also one of the main exercises in level 1 of Spring Forest Qigong. Lastly, my step father is from Xi’an and this is the only qigong exercise his Shuai Jiao teacher taught. 🙏🏻

That’s just not correct for everyone. Most people are overweight and can do one meal a day for a while. I need approximately 2500 calories just to maintain and that’s just not doable in one sitting. Trust me I’ve tried. 🙏🏻

High Magick: A Guide to the Spiritual Practices

I actually just bought this a couple of days ago but I got the Kindle version for my IPhone. Is there a reason she can’t use Kindle and just enlarge the font? Edit: Sorry missed the part of her preference for paper books. -
I wanna say Waysun Laio also puts the LDT at the navel and meditating on that spot one is to basically back track through the “energetic umbilical cord” to source/dao. My memory might be off so I hope I didn’t butcher that lol

Haha nor am I!

I may have misunderstood you. I thought you were recommending the microcosmic orbit. 🙏🏻

Look up Paul Wallis 🙏🏻

The late Shuai Chiao Grandmaster Gene Chicoine also claimed the lower dan was behind the belly button. Where the very first cell of your body was created at the umbilical cord. That always kinda made sense to me. 🙏🏻

What is the daily time commitment for the level 1 practice? 🙏🏻

“My advice once and for all”…promise?? Lol

I’ve also read that the reason the Chinese government harvests their organs is because the practice made them healthier and more powerful than normal. I was always attracted to the system but was turned off by the restrictions and the fact that the founder actually believes David Copperfield walked through the Great Wall. That said, if George Xu is the actual founder then I may take a look at his version. 🙏🏻

I saw that he also has a very similar video and wondered who got it from who?? 🙏🏻
