Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience ? i did about 40 mins of sitting stillness movement at night with the light on , turned it off ready to go to bed and the whole room was flickering with a luminous violet glow , it almost seemed alive ! Was it the energy affecting my optic nerves or was i seeing through the normal level of perception ? it lasted about 3 minutes , really cool stuff ! hehe

AHHHH ! I always kinda pictured shifting as an energetic movement , like sometimes it feels like my energy body totally moves say half a metre out of me whilst my physical body is still , never pictured you meant the whole nature of ones perception changing or shifting i should say ! Hey Cat , yeah ive seen alot of clear / white smokey type light, i call the astral colours the luminous darkness , lovely washes of violet and blue with little electric sparks fluttering in and out , but this was totally different , the whole room , every where i looked was glowing and flickering , almost as if this was its true state , it didnt fade in or out , and stayed like that for about 3 mins , then i assume my vision returned to normal , it looked beautifull , i can only imagine what it must be like to see the natural world like this as an advanced practitioner would , must be amazing.

as a user of aneros in the past i can say that if it is multiple non ejaculatory orgasm you seek then it is a good device to begin to awaken the prostate , then once awakened you do not need the device anymore , you simply tune into your prostate. but in regards to an energetic awakening its not gonna get you there , yes some people on the aneros forum are energetically aware , but these people where aware before using the aneros, others feel energy for the first time through this process , but the general focus is on multiple orgasm not spiritual cultivation. I split with my ex on valentines day 2012 , was supposed to be moving into a new house and starting a whole new life , split with her and lost the house , totally wrecked me. For months i have basicaly drowned my sorrows , spent all my savings on drink , practically becoming a recluse , i live in an isolated village where i dont know anyone , i made the mistake of letting her life become mine , i have no family so hers became mine , once she took it all away i was left totally stripped of a life that was never really mine , and i have never been hurt so much even though i have had my fair shair of tragedy. She moved on really quickly and her life blossomed where as i was totally stuck in the past , suicidal , even tried it once and set it up another time , im just starting to come round abit now , after the worst 7 months of my life , to make it worse she stopped letting me speak to the kids who i miss so badly , we where actually friends after the spilt and it was alot easier to deal with then she read a book about female empowerment and it was like her personality totally changed from the nicest woman you could meet to the nastiest. I know we are linked , karma wise , past life wise , she says its all been resolved but i know there is so much left un resolved. I find myself dreaming of her and the kids all the time , even had a full on vision of her in my bed ! yes the prostate , sadly is linked to the whole hetro / homo nonsense , but , it is there none the less , nature blessed us with alot more feminine type energys than the normal male veiwpoint realises. The prostate is our p spot , females have a g spot , but they are very similar when one looks into the energetic , the orgasmic , the wholeness of sexuality , rather than the pre concept of the male and female that is dominant , the sexes are alot more alike than we realise . I am not gay but i do realise that the prostate is a gateway , when my female partner began to give me prostate massages , the first thing she said afterwards is she felt honoured , as she felt it was more a spiritual opening than some kind of taboo kinky request.
