Yeah, its free, and also its intention-less, no concentrating or bulding chi or anything, you just do the movements... I've always had more effect from the intention-less, non-concentrating stuff. But then again, maybe it was just because I was so impressed by Li's writing style and his talks that I opened up to it. I read in the interview he said that aliens wanted our bodies as they are the most perfect in the universe. I agree that technology does humans no good, and sometimes it can end up using us, and in this respect a kind of "alien intelligence" is controlling humans. Perhaps not literal aliens but "artificial intelligence" that just slaughters everything living through its "healthcare" .etc. Li said, once they clone a human, the human will not be given a soul and so an alien will take the human body.... OK. But if you rely on anything to modulate brain chemistry you could run into problems.... If you take it very irregularly like once a week or less the story may be different. In fact I hard Terrence McKenna saying this is the best way to do it. Mantra68 mentioned him taking nootropics (smart drugs) as per recommendation from the kunlun master Max himself. Well what happens if you get used to this and then stop taking them? Some of you guys are kunlun people yes? Do you see what I am implying here? Did it longer then me. I went through a period of smoking all day everyday, particularly when I had some physical pain, but I went back to once/twice per week which I preferred, makes sense to keep the sensitivity high. But that finished ages ago for various reasons, but in a free society I'd eat some hash right now as I've got nothing better to do. Well haven't took it. But from what I heard it is TAXING on the body as it is an amphetamine analogue, and there is always a downer the next day. My friend used to tell me about it. He also talked about how his dick would shrink when on extacy.

Satori, you (unwitting?) genius I used to think pychs. were the best way. Then I went to heavy practice, and that psychs. were bad for the "energy body", but maybe that whole "bad for the energy body" stuff is BS and based on some kind of shame. Since everyone is saying, "it all originated in shamanism" and yet they are remarkably qiuet on grow your own psychedelics and awfully noisy on costly seminars! But then again, all the genuine stuff is done in secret, like the mystery schools, which allow such wierd and wonderful things to occur. I personally think its easier to take a drug in the privacy of your own home then to sit on a chair resting upon an animal skin outdoors while speaking in tongues and doing spontanous movements. Sorry if it seemed that way, that I was a scoffing Grinch. I did kundalini practices in the past, including all that spontanous movement stuff, seems very like kunlun. I can barely associate with it anymore. Anyway, I just want to get it clear I am not just some idiot whos read a book by Richard Dawkins or Derren Brown and thinks he knows everything! I don't deny kundalini, but from now on I always question the methods. These days I'd want to actually meet the person teaching, see what I feel around them, practice amongst their people, and see what happens. I read an article by Glenn Morris saying you either activate your kundalini or you don't, and that there is NO MISTAKE. He said the spine felt like it was on fire.... And then it was too late....Do you get me? POWERFUL. If it is gradual then you can create these things by thought. This is why I ask these frank, up-front questions! You can say "its great" but means nothing to me anymore. Films are great, books are great .etc. I probably would have said that about some of my practices but lips remain closed about them now.... What interests me is the wierd things happening, the burning spine, the sweet saliva, seeing other dimensions, soft spot at the top of the skull, goo shooting out of the top of the head (wtf! that one sounds really wierd!). Wasn't talking about Buddhism, I'm not a Buddhist scholar. I just read the Zen Teachings of Rinzai and thought it was a neat book. Why don't you give me some passages or whatever to contradict me?
