Buddhist/Daoist Views Related to Xing/Dharmakaya(Split From What do you think about Neidan(內丹)?)

How many have you got? The amount of unconscious desire is just the lack of awareness in that particular direction. For some it can be very strong, in others weak. If you can remain aware of desire whilst it coming up, you can learn a thing or two. -

From Lama Dawai Gocha: I suggest asking for a pointing out in a live session to see Awareness for yourself. -

This is due to desire that clouts your vision. I am a high libido person and only sitting in awareness can rid me of the desire. But there is no intention of any kind to rid me of anything. All coming from a higher place. Real love is unconditional. -

Well I asked Awareness directly how to reverse my grey hair with a practice. The closest answer translated to mind language I could give is 'Love' 😁 So there you have a Ming practice. -

Yes but each tradition on a practical level differs. To arrive at destination B can done driving a Ferrari or a Toyota. I think each tradition has something to offer. For example some Daoist practices can be studied by scientists to reverse aging. Dzogchen practices to study the brain or tension in the body. It could be the effect could be mimicked by a sound device etc etc. Who knows really. -

I would trust Awareness much more than the mind because Awareness is Godly intelligence whereas the mind f*cks thing up usually. -

I think there are secrets in FP but it requires deep cultivation time to unlock. -

Everybody can see their true nature right now, it is the basis for every experience, therefore there is no requirement necessary. I think you are talking about a so-called stage of a realization where one has abided in their true nature and exhausted 'karma'. I think the reason true nature is emphasized is because seeing it can free one more than engaging in ming-practice which can further delusion. But that is a matter of Destiny. Abiding in true nature does not directly infuse you with jing, it is more of a relaxing, where channels open up indirectly by freeing up tension. Ming is more a like inflating your tires on your bike-practice. -

I don't know about that, but from the Wuzhen Pian Gold elixir = your true nature. If you think vitality = no grey hair, I would ask for a living proof of that, do you have a pic of a master who has the realization of a Buddha and no grey hair? -
There's a book available now from meditationonline in case you are interested https://mo-sangha.github.io/book/book.pdf

Have you tried Flying Phoenix Qigong? It has helped me with qi deviation. Not specifically with grounding but healing. The following meditation can be done from 5 minutes and up.

Practicing nei dan from whatever you read on tdb will lead you to hell, a quite personal hell, because you are practicing wrong. Find a realized teacher.

Not sure what perfect really means and what everything means either? Depends on context. Whether they are speaking from Awareness and then "everything is perfect" could be a pointing out. The conceptual mind apprehending on the meaning, then going with it, creating a story about how perfect it is or how some things are not perfect etc is not really what it it is about. I would just abide in pure awareness and letting everything that comes up be. Thoughts, emotions etc. Let the energy run out of fuel. Coming to a conclusion about the ineffeable is not possible. Because the ineffeable cannot be put in a box.

If in doubt I can recommend a pointing out by a qualified dzogchen teacher. It makes a tangible difference from being stuck in mind vs being Awareness.

Kunlun system (Max Christensen) VS Stillness-Movement (Michael Lomax) end result outcomes the same or different?
SodaChanh replied to dim's topic in General Discussion
Correct as in my experience. It can jump levels but just saying that does not portray what is going on in its entirety. SM created major energetic imbalances as I mentioned many times on this site.- 17 replies

Thanks for the reminder. I have some pains in right arm due to computer work so that meditation is a good remedy for that. This time I could also sense an unblocking of the heart while doing the meditation.

Fresh out of twice doing the long form then I felt like moving through time. I was doing the form in my living room and I could sense my body lying on the sofa behind me. When resting I usually lie down on the sofa. I am not sure how to interpret this? 😁 So I did the form again, very slow and in the last move where the hands move down in front of you it was as if seeing life as a movie being winded back and I was there in a big space. How have you been experiencing FP lately?

One more thing. I find Dvd7 med #4 good for awareness meditation. Do that first or end your meds with #4, then abide in pure awareness for the amount of minutes you like doing.
