Mind in Dzogchen / Buddhism doesn't mean ordinary mind but I think Wells knows that. Mind = Original Awareness = Original Nature before the conditioning process.

Depends on what you mean by immortal? If immortal means the awareness you already are rather than the belief that you are the body then you can 'suddenly' become immortal.

AI is already used to fight crime both on street level and on the Internet. However real sentient AI as in the Westworld series is far off as even deep learning is still dumber than a human child.

Saying you have to lookup the truth in a book or get it from a teacher is false and undermining the whole cultivation scene. You are the truth and what you are looking for. It is not something that exists some day in the future. That's the mind projecting "you" into the future. And when you get to the "future" the mind will project "the results" into the future. This is how the mind functions.

Maybe the thought "I need to act without prejudice" had no effect on reality. Like thinking "I can shoot laser beams out of my eyes" have the same effect.

Yes of course. But the above will help in shifts that occur out-of-the-blue. The idea that one is a somebody that can be linearly impacted in time as in a process A-B-C will disappear and be looked upon as a dream.

Putting enlightenment / salvation into the future is just the mind / chatter assuming you to be a self that needs saving or getting you to a future state that is somehow 'better' than 'now'.

Sometimes I do pushups using two kettlebells. Harder for the wrists and then I can go lower.

The breath hold is very good. I managed 2 x 30 push ups after doing the breathing from the high existence website. Normally I have difficulty doing 20 with good style.

If fear is the obstacle you could work on the fears you mention. Maybe also work on the wish for experiencing bardo. You can return those fears and wishes back into emptiness / divinity using specific tools or just sit in silence with a consciousness that is more still than yours to release all that stuff.

One thing I sense is that your energy is very low compared to what it usually is. This means it can be tougher to move through blockages, take longer time and an overall feeling of being down can be the experience. You can opt for something that brings in energy to improve things.

The process never stops. It is not like you get to claim an award with your name on it 'You did it!'.

It would be easier if certain groups didn't manipulate things in negative direction all the time. But then if no negativity appeared we wouldn't be able to see our faults so clearly so it has its uses
