Whether it will lead to some sort of neidan-ish results I don't know but Yang Taiji follows the Taiji principles and if you read this book https://www.amazon.com/Juice-Radical-Energetics-Scott-Meredith/dp/1478260696/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?crid=X59H7SRGGGIG&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.H7odmSS6lk4gkAi8vYk36Tm-OqeW5J4vmBhJxzDm0HZs9YviF7axeNAbQkb9jQS9_hYExt-oJ3vFKgLUbBT0TJ8H_b5-tmOmo_-mtclK4b3YhrSGGD31c7PgmEyps2SHyEnDY67AHPvFOZyxdr7p87GiGnnSUaleL6Wq9kUQ9TMAN5pD11K5VkQEbe-cYLrZtpPMUXnOworwaB8CJqBexQ.YVJgpZswxfA0TlHmj670VsMOp2K3CSusGG4w-zIuRrk&dib_tag=se&keywords=Scott+meredith&qid=1725218000&sprefix=scott+meredith%2Caps%2C678&sr=8-2 The energetics will come alive sooner rather than later.

How To Cure Kundalini Psychosis [A Guide]
johndoe2012 replied to darkflame's topic in General Discussion
The video is members only now, it is basically mabu stance? -
Releasing conditioning is very simple, it just takes a long time. Daoist methods to do that would probably be zuowang. Non daoist which I have used is energy healing, which is more direct at cleaning out issues.

Losing weight is a matter of consuming less calories than you are used to plus exercising. Over time fat will be burned and weight goes down. For breakfast you can eg eat half amount or skip a meal at lunch time.

There is no Westerner. There is only emptiness.

Where are you from? Not a Westerner I guess? What is your lineage? Books?

An account of enlightenment by Gary Weber
johndoe2012 replied to Ajay0's topic in General Discussion
It takes a long time to remove SRIN but it is doable. However I think there are more techniques than the ones that Gary Weber mentions on his website and books. -
Isn't regret clinging to the past and believing that the personal self is real and that we can somehow choose the right path rather than surrender to nature and its forces?

Just sitting or just (wuji) standing releases pressure on the heart, the vagus nerve and hence the neck.

Are there any risks to using Emotion Code (or Body Code) by Dr. Bradley Nelson to remove negative energies or trapped emotions?
johndoe2012 replied to Amituofo's topic in Healthy Bums
Sounds a bit superficial. Deeply seated stuff won't be removed swiping your hands three times. I would use use an energy healing system meant for healing instead. Magical Awakening is one such system. -
I haven't read the Singer book yet, so looked at a Amazon review saying This one is a nice reminder plus the forgiveness meditation I posted is enough to stop the endless chatter and suffering that goes along with it. Thanks for mentioning the book 😊

Nature of mind is easy to see, just do a lot of semdzins. See the book by Keith Dowman, Dzogchen Semdzins. Then practice non meditation, just sitting. I went to a Zen dojo with 2 hours just sitting. It was like one big semdzin 😊 The self contraction that is the nature of the small self will unwind one day, don't worry, just practice. The small self is a phantom, it moves and changes, is impermanent but the mind can still believe in it to a degree until the belief is over.

Does this path lead to I AM, a sense of being, clarity, without any sense of self being involved? https://www.awakeningtoreality.com/2007/03/thusnesss-six-stages-of-experience.html A feeling of love etc is fine but who is the feeler / doer / watcher?- 88 replies

Ren acupoints, Daoist Breathing, and Belly-Dancing
johndoe2012 replied to Trunk's topic in Daoist Discussion
Direct pointing for anyone who would find it useful Then we proceed with the Ming work 😅 Good luck everyone 😊 -
That is what SN Goenka also said, that his vipassana meditation + metta were the original methods the Buddha used https://www.vridhamma.org/node/1947
-
Similar to Daoist meditation, focus on abdomen until a light appears, supernatural abilities etc. Someone more knowledgeable than me would suggest his realization was lower than that of Gautama Buddha.

How does it feel now? Channeled something for your kidneys.

Ren acupoints, Daoist Breathing, and Belly-Dancing
johndoe2012 replied to Trunk's topic in Daoist Discussion
That is more or less how Gift of The Tao II from Stillness Movement works except that the expansion is by opening hands up to Heaven. More effective I think plus the qi from Heaven is nice 😊 -
Please point out where it says that?

There are also yoga exercises for chest and heart. Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga, trauma release exercises, yi gong, om japa (chanting om into each chakra) etc etc. If something really is bothering you, you can also PM me.

Sounds like dissociation from your feelings. My initial impression.

I see. You probably had a crown opening. I had the same thing happen to me. Suddenly I had knowledge of all my past lives, intuition was heightened and I could sense all of my stuff more intensely. It took a long time to calm down my system, 10 years at least. I found out a deep anxiety in my system seemed like an energy imbalance but was just deep tension in the body. Flying phoenix calmed that down. But I had to go through heavy purification to avoid insanity 😊
