NOTE: Forum software upgrade - August 2012

When it doesn't work on one device - say mobile - but it works on a PC / Mac, it is probably a DNS issue because the servers the different devices use are different. It will work eventually on all devices because of the time out (TTL) which is different from one server to another. -

Ok, it seems to work now. I guess it was a DNS issue because Opera Mini uses Opera's servers which is why it worked. So no issues today -

Has anyone had bad experiences in Neidan and overcome them?

Hello stillness. I found a cool technique that works on anything Maybe it works for you? There is also the Yuen Method that I use on myself and others. It might help. Clarity (member here) does Yuen sessions. -

Still says it is offline in Google Chrome (PC) and stock Android browser. Works in Opera though. -
Cool. Weird that in the stock Android browser it says it's still offline while Opera works fine. Mobile version also looks good.

Kunlun / yigong to my knowledge does not deal with qi in the ordinary sense. At least it doesn't have any vibratory frequency you can measure. I guess that's why people describe it as "magnetic". I think thelerner has experience in both Kunlun and s-m.

For emotional issues you could try the release technique just quoting myself here Also EFT, inner smile, Yuen Method are options. I would stop all practises that deals directly with sexual energy and focus mostly on standing and sitting meditation in that order.

ok, then I can't recommend buying the books at yuenmethod.com Yes. This is the approach I used with good results. Take the method and run with it. If somehow you feel bad, you treat it as a weakness and correct it.

This is also what Ya Mu says: first filling the LDT with light, then it opens the channels and then the energy centers open. The thing you haven't explicitly stated is that the field in the LDT needs to be created first. I think I read on the longmenpai blog that women already have this field, however I cannot find that post now. It can take a long time to first create the field and then start filling the LDT. See some of Ya Mu's post where he talks about this.

Jetsun, That's my experience as well. That's why I sometimes use the release technique to clear away a layer, with Yuen I can measure the efficiency. With Yuen I can be sure I can get to stuff that is not recognized by the conscious mind - which I think is needed in the release technique. On combining it with Matrix Energetics : there is nothing preventing you from creating your own method. There are no limits. I guess the way to do a Matrix Energetics healing is just to ask where the first point is, then the second point and then use intent to collapse those.

The book I have is called "The Power of Instant Healing, Basic Course, The Official Manual". Maybe Clarity knows whether it is the same as offered at yuenmethod.com For audio, I don't know that package. However I have been a member of http://millionairehealer.com and those mp3's are really good. I am studying those files one by one and extracting the good stuff.

Yoga is ok. I know OldGreen does it, I sometimes do yoga and other physical stuff to stay fit and agile. I have also benefited from somatics which many here can talk a lot about -
So let's see: someone actually wants to practise Mo Pai even though if they did it incorrectly they would risk their own life?
-
Thanks for this. That is very much my impression too from working with this. I still have to clean up some "past lives" weaknesses. They are definitely not from this life, otherwise I would be very old

Not placebo as I have used it on children without them knowing about it. I have also used it on people who are not into alternative healing modalities where it also worked. The method as other methods just is what it is.

I learned it through a tele seminar at http://energeticwellbeing.com. Book 1 is very good IMHO, you could learn from this if you are patient - though taking a course might be easier - basically you just need momentum and then you are rolling. Book 2 not really, book 3 I haven't looked into so much.

The Significance of Free Will in Spirituality and How It Relates to Popular Ideas of No Agent

Thanks, enjoyed your post. -
How do you know he didn't ask? I use all tools I know to solve an issue. Medical Qigong, Yuen etc. Best to be completely neutral in one's choice of tool. I have experienced other modalities not working on a specific symptom. Does that mean we should discard them because they "fail" once? That would be ridiculous. On failing that means people did not perceive a change. However sometimes there are more layers to clear. Of course if it takes too many sessions with Yuen then doing something else would be appropriate. That goes for all modalities.

I have practised it for a bit more than two months since taking a online course. It is great. I have benefited enormously from it. The biggest shifts in clarity have been from removing negative psychic energies like spirit attachments, curses, spells etc. And you don't need to become a qigong master to be able to do that. Basically I use it for everything: physical, mental, emotional, psychological, psychic and spiritual issues. I have also used on others as well with good results. Lately I see it more as a non-method, a way to open up your intuition to something you have forgotten but have always known. Being neutral is wonderful. Then nothing can disturb you.
