who would have thought that the real enemy was right in your backyard? I wonder why there isn't more awareness on the GMO thing in the US. Here in Europe organic, natural, non-GMO stuff is way more easy to get nowadays.

My interest right now is joint mobility, conditioning by bodyweight exercises and also releasing tension by moving "more natural / conscious", like somatic and feldenkrais exercises teach you. Also general tension release exercises interest me.

I guess that this particular qi has a higher vibrational frequency than other forms? One of the misunderstandings I had when beginning qigong was that I thought qi more or less was the same or had the same effect in all forms and that all paths lead to the same destination. Based on my experience, I no longer believe that.

Mild depression can also be related to lack of serotonin produced in the brain. You could try to eat food with a high amount of tryptophan which then will produce serotonin. I'm experimenting with taking whey protein, mainly due to having sleep problems, which serotonin also helps with. Bodywork such as bodyweight exercises and lifting weights also increases serotonin production.

Hi Harry, I guess this means no Stillness-Movement workshop in Germany? Darn, then I have to go to the US again Good you found a useful practise for you. I looked at the site and the methods seem potentially useful, though not something that I find that other systems don't have - direct experience is probably required, I guess. Wishing you the best Chris
