I have just been doing a bit of reading on this after posting in the David 'Messy Verdesi' thread. Looks interesting and there seems to be some talk of it in different forums. If I am not mistaken, the teacher or linage holder (Elijah Wilson - Thundermind) actually posts here! so it would be great to hear more about this method. Had anyone ever had any experience with it? I read in one forum that Eli can produce the same kind of electric energy that can be felt just the same as in Ying Yang Gong... Would love to hear from Eli or anyone that has trained in his system.

Sexual Attraction and Stretching by Meditation
Biff replied to effilang's topic in General Discussion
Very interesting thread. If you don't mind the question, what exactly have you been practicing the past year? and are you practicing retention along side it? -
***WARNING - SEXUAL CONTENT*** Sorry to hear this man I feel for you. Here is my 2 cents; 1) Go see a doc western and TCM and stop any retention 2) Massage your nuts daily - non erotic 3) Get yourself an aneros for prostate health but remember to see that doc and tell them you intend to stick it up your ass 4) Hitting - start with simultaneously hitting you DT and Mingmen at the same time in sets of 36 (many as you like - don't go mad). Hit the DT with open palm while hitting the mingmen with the back of your fist. Flick or swing the arms round. I'm sure you have seen this before. 5) I would do 20 mins a day of embracing horse or kunluns i-jong 6) Learn and do nauli kriya every day. Start with Uddiyana Bandha. Err here is a link http://www.yoga-age.com/asanas/nauli.html Just for fun get your lady friend to wax your pole every other day and blow your wad no restraints. She may even do an angry dragon. Personally, I find that although energetically a saliva bath is not the best option, it sure is amazing if done right. If she can jiggle your plums with her pinky up your ass and wax at the same time you should cum NP with practice. The key here is you are not doing any work or trying to cum. Just relax and let her work the bone. Asian cowgirl and the like is also fine... key is you are relaxing and not trying to pound her full of potential babies. Keep that up until you are making Peter North look like a small boy. Last but not least and most important when health has returned.... find a teacher.

The actual name of the stance is naega shinjang and it comes from the Korean art GiCheon, Haidong Gumdo and Kichun. It's the first of the six basic stances. It purpose it to build strength and open channels. Generates some heat and is a difficult stance. Meditation mantra guy is a fake ass BTW.

Interesting question and I have wondered the same. Anyone got any nice Daoist/spiritual designs?

I would be interested to know this as well. So what results have you actually had? just strong energy flow? It's not really a Qi gong method as Li says Qi is shit and the cultivatiopn builds gong. Perhaps that is bull? Your time is limited? why is that? I would love to know what benafits/abilities you got from the practice? I have heard people say they felt a strong Qi flow but that does not mean anything. I would like to know from ex practitioners what they got from it and why they stopped. Just because of the cult? If the techniques are good then why stop? With regards to the falun rotating... could that not just be the Dan Tian rotating? Biff

This is a great thread. I was wondering if anyone who has excess negative emotion may have used ETF (emotional freedom technique). I have tried it but not extensively. I might start another thread. Lots of people recommend healing sounds etc but I have not seen EFT mention much. I would love to know peoples experiences with it and how well it deals with emotional blockages. Biff

Hello Sifu Terry Dunn, It is wonderful that you are contributing and answering peoples questions. Of course it benefits you but your goodness really comes out in your words. And you are quite articulate I might add, very clear and concise explanations. I have some questions of my own I hope you can answer. Im not sure if anyone else has noticed, but you can see the heavenly energy in your DVDs. Questions Having pooled a huge reservoir of heavenly energy, do you find people react differently towards you? I would imagine you attract quite a few people. Some of them attractive females :-). I notice quite the aura in your DVDs so I would assume this energy influences your surroundings somewhat. Not just in peoples mood or approach towards you, but also in your life in general. If we take the law of attraction literally then we could only assume that the practice brings wealth in abundance due to the positive energy that is built. Not just $$ wealth, but more positivity like attracts like. If a student has reached a high proficiency and is able to project healing energy, do you feel additional training is required to supplement the regular treating of patients? Some healing systems (if not all) consider the very act of healing another part of practice. In giving there is receiving. In Reiki, supposedly the healer heals themselves as they heal and energy is replenished in the process of projecting as a channel or conduit. Personally I think Reiki is crap but thats neither here nor there. I have noted that Ya Mau on this forum who has a healing system has mentioned before that if someone is healing using his system then more practice is required. I guess this question rolls into question two. Are the breath percentages activating different variants or vibrations of energy from the subconscious? (And FP healing energy is the combination of these energies) or is each movement and breath percentage just a different circulation to open specific channels and build/circulate those paths? (I would assume both). Regarding BFP energy. In your experience would you say that six months daily dedicated practice is enough to build a full reserve of specific energy be it healing or ging? This is somewhat important as there are so many mediations. I would assume one reserve must be filled and then the next type of energy can be worked on. The answer to question two may affect this. A fighter or healer regularly engaged and using reserves may require a refill more often. Another consideration is that the first level adapts the practitioner to a certain level and frequency of energy. Each level builds more and so previous levels or meditations are no longer required so in the end there is no need to practice hundreds of meditations a day. Lastly, with healing ability sometimes comes a deeper level of intuition. The ability to read a person and their energy in order to properly diagnose etc. Have you noticed anything like this? and does it expand in other areas of your life? Its good to see people enthusiastic about something positive. Keep up the good work. Biff *EDIT* I wanted to add an additional note regarding 'self defence' and get your thoughts on it. If one is overflowing with heavenly healing energy in abundance and is able to easily project it to others, it stands to reason that the energy can be used in self defense. More specifically in altering emotionally charged situations involving anger/rage etc. Would you agree that the FP energy can be mood altering to the recipient? If so, I'm sure you can see what I mean by self defense. The art of fighting without fighting.. lol. Rather then hit an attacker with ging and mess them up, balance could be restored and their excess emotion diffused by the FP energy. Pretty high level. An advanced practitioner could potentially control anxiety, fear etc. What are your thoughts on this? do I have it all wrong? Biff

A simple question here... Is it ok to perform the basic seated meditations and monk serves wine in a crossed leg position rather then half lotus? I have busted my knee fighting several times and find it quite painful. Also, what if your in a wheelchair? I would assume it is ok but not as effective. Is that assumption correct? Biff

That was very interesting to watch. Does that happen like that to everyone? I've never been a workshop person myself, I wonder just how much this helps a student and if this is similar to 'shaktipat'. I have a serious question regarding the type of energy this is. There are many energies and 'vibrations'. So question to Ya Mu, what type of energy is this? Once the 'fire' has been ignited in the student, I would imagine the law of attraction takes effect and attracts more of the same (with practice). I would also like to pose this (similar) question to Vajrasattva and perhaps April and ShaktiMamma or anyone with a fully risen Kundalini that can 'see'. Is this Kundalini Shakti? looking at the the movements and energy it seems to be very much waves and spirals. In your experienced opinions, would you say this student has and awakened Kundalini? It might be that not just Kundalini causes spontaneous movements or kriyas. I have read some of the Kunlun crowd talking about how that energy is not Kundalini. How true that is I'm not sure. That's why in this instance it would be excellent as we have a video example. So someone (not just Ya Mu) who has experience with different energies and might be able to actually 'see' auras etc. What do you 'see' Thanks for sharing this Ya Mu.

BTW before anyone make a sweeping judgement you should take a look and see that these guys are authentic because they have the invisible ninja tattoo... Only he can do this. You cannot buy that trick from a magic set on ebay.

Watch Ashida Kim demo himself levitating. It's amazing that he really believes that people will fall for this. Then take note of how Mr Harris assists him in trying to fool people (deceive is a better word). You know I was sceptical about these supreme grand masters until I saw this kid who seems to have mastered Ashida Kims levitating just from the book (available at dojopress). Amazing.

There can be a multitude of reasons for hair loss. Steriod use, stress etc. Having read accounts in various literature and personal testimony of people 'reversing' grey hair I wonder if the same had been done for balding. I would assume the TCM approach would be balanced Qi Gong and or various herbs. I have read many times that Master Chunyi Lin from www.springforestqigong.com is very high level (having learned from Dr Yan Xin and his teacher) and has even gone without food and water in a prolonged state of Bigu. Even that he has levitated and is the same level as other Taoists like Pak John of Mo Pai and Wang Liping of the Dragon gate Sect - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_Gate_Taoism. Generally speaking TCM assumes that hair loss is a result of too much yang/heat or a kidney deficiency. The approach to resolve this problem is then addressed by attempting to re-balance yin and yang in the body. One would probably make the assumption that a high level Qi Gong or Nei Gong practitioner would have perfect balance of these energies or even have merged them and have them in complete control. So I guess Master Chunyi Lin has a bald issue for some other reason. Is that a little baldness there? I could be wrong. Does it even matter? To the newbie there has to be a little discernment. It seems most people here judge a method by how quickly it works or how powerful it feels. I can eat a box full of donuts that taste real good, give me instant energy and fill me up. But are they good for me? I go to and get advice on nutrition but whom do I choose? everyone has all these 'certifications' and so many say I can get ripped in 4 weeks. I guess in starting I would probably not take nutritional advice from a fat whale with a prolapse. So I wonder, is this balding a result of energy imbalance? Or is that not even to be considered?

I mean make some full moon water, or harness some of the Yin energy from the moon. You can even practice or meditate under it... I found an existing thread that has a little detail on it.. http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showtopic=6473 Personally I would use another method to condense the yin and collect it as dew but it's all good.

Good time to make some full moon water!

Traditional etiquette of sifu-student relationship?

I too have noticed 11:11 almost on a daily basis. But what is most extraordinary about it is it's always at the same time. There must be some kind of spiritual significance to it but I'm not sure what.

Traditional etiquette of sifu-student relationship?

Yesterday I showed my knob to a potential teacher. In fact I stripped down to absolutely nothing and looked him straight in the eye. Then I put my clothes back on and finished my tea. This is not a joke, I'm not saying it for effect etc.. it really did happen. -
Could well be... she been around a bit. Whoever it is, she seems to have some kind of stain on her left boobicle.

We are the sum of society. Everyone has there own ideas of what is right, wrong, acceptable, spiritual etc. I love pushing peoples buttons. Especially those that claim to be spiritual just to watch their spiritual reactions. This place is funny.
