women must learn to redirect their orgams too

Time to thank you people for illumination. I'm definitely heading for the slow&tender style now that I have experienced enough electric exctacy (last time it was intense beyond all of my previous experiences) I realize now that even if I'm charged with all this electromagnetism from my cultivation it's still not necessary to let it make things too hot. To stay conscious amongst all those flowing currents of joy is the challenge. It's so funny, first you think you've got it, then you do it, then you think you got it right, then you realize something wasnt right after all, then you get new information, then it's time to do it again, repeat cycle. -
To me so many of the written words of Christ are rebelling and liberating in spirit, with a stubborn denunciation of the social and political norm. It's amazing how they turned him into cults, but I guess you can make mind-control, politics and powerplay out of any teachings. My godhead, shown to me with pure lovingkindness, is Haile Selassie the first, and he is a follower of Jesus. So I have two great incarnations of the Almighty as my spiritual shepherds, but from very different times and walks of life (Jesus was a "Tao bum", His Majesty was.. well, is His Majesty ) So how does Tao fit in all of this? Well, everything that exists fits into existence, even when it doesn't fit into my limited but steadily expanding consciousness. So I try not to think there's a controversy. To me Tao is like a science that explores the deepest truths of Creation. His Majesty and Jesus Christ could have been just "ordinary" guys with some extraordinary powers, and it could be my delusion that there's divinity in them... But wait, there's divinity in me too! So what if its all in my head? It's a godly head of creation. What works, works. I take my guidance from where I get it. Otherwise I might miss it altogether. His Majesty woke up my energetic realisation. So it was Him who gave me the gift of the Tao. And now I can live a cleaner life, with less negativity, just like the Father would have it. And to love more and more, because love is energy and not a social drama. That's to me what Jesus was also trying to tell them. Of course he couldn't reveal esoteric ways to increase one's loving capacity in technical terms even if he knew them (I think he did) because in those days it would've meant a certain death penalty, which he received later on anyway. His Majesty has stated that religion is a personal matter. So while I hail him as a godhead, I give in my mind everyone the freedom to hail their own god, or remain godless. And I believe if everyone had a similar attitude... well, what a little bit more wonderful world this would be. LOvE AND RESPECT!

Ayurvedic knowledge has greatly improved my own state, I used to suffer from weakness too although not as severe as your condition. A panchakarma treatment at an Ayurvedic clinic could possibly fix the derangement in your balance and from there on they could determine your body type and the best suited diet and lifestyle changes. Coupled with energy work like qigong, this could be a very good combination. God bless.

The Draw, aka the Big Draw means drawing the sexual energy up the spine to the brain. It can be done to "stop" the orgasm and bring it to higher centers or simply to bring up any (aroused) sexual energy. It involves clenching the under-the-trunk muscles and directing the energy with intention, but as you gain experience it can be done with the mind alone, or so I been told. After the draw the energy is brought down to the navel tan tien and collected there, or it can be circulated in the Microcosmic Orbit. -
Where should a beginner to Tao start? Tai Chi or Qi Gong?
King Kabalabhati replied to DalTheJigsaw123's topic in General Discussion
I've "started" with Tao Yin, which is a sitting/lying down kind of qigong. I've done hatha yoga and pranayama before that but this really started doing things for me, meaning a new experience of energy flow within the entire body, all the way to the tips of my fingers and toes. From here I'll probably move on to doing some standing qigong/taichi too but now I'm just enjoying this leisurely combination of exercices, stretches, smiling meditation and breathing technique. It's really enjoyable, makes me want to do it an hour / hour and half a day, and it's quite easy to learn through the book (M.Chia:Energy Balance through the Tao), which is probably harder or even impossible when concerning standing practices. -
This depends a lot on your body type.. Fire types, or pitta types (ayurvedic term) generally have more frequent movements, especially when eating a diet that's heating. For some people drinking coffee will instantly generate bowel movement. So it is not really only about whether or not you have strong chi power, but many things affect this. However, people with a good energetic flow and glow are more likely to have more frequent and constant bowel movement.. It's just one of the blessings that comes with cultivation and proper diet. And to answer your Q: Yes, I have approx. 2-3 craps a day. I used to have more before I learned to balance my diet with more cooling things and stopped eating things like rye bread and mold cheese

I thank you for this revelation of a peek into a world that seems very different from mine. You are a king. (Bows respectfully) BTW I used to have a especially hard time with my sexual urges during the full moon before I started semen kung fu and it started working. I notice the seed gets hotter for a few days before it. I had some (pretty mellow) sex at a short distance with my lady a few days ago. It did make us laugh and feel very good. Let's see if it gets stronger as the moon grows fuller, hopefully

does semen emissons makes you start again?

Why is arousal between man and woman considered sacred but arousal within one's self often as something not sacred? I see self-arousal as a potentially sacred act, meaning if you don't complicate it with the "dirt of mind" it will not be dirty and if you smile at it it is very pure, whether used for cultivation purposes or not. It's all a part of life that as a whole is sacred, whether we want to see it that way or not. now I'm starting to sound too holy to be true -

Sex drive and sexual energy cannot be the same thing. My sexual desire used to be the highest when tired and drained of energy. I think when a man is in a weakend state it's natural to (obsessively) want to fertilize a woman before he is too weak to do it. -

I used to have a lot of sex drive. But I was wimpy with that, not like a masculine stallion who takes what he wants but more like sissy I would feel sorry for myself for not getting sex.. It's even harder when a beatiful sexy woman is frequently walking around the house with little clothes on.. Now I'm cultivating and I'm cool -

Queen Afua states that the sperm of a man who eats meat, eggs, dairy or fish (or is otherwise not completely purified) is polluted and thus can cause cancer in the womb. So probably if you're way down the path of spirituality and purification it's ok to use sperm in healing. I wouldn't do that, I eat dairy and eggs and am not that advanced, at least not yet.. I've still recently carried quite some negativity in my body (possibly still am) so I want to protect the womb of my queen from contamination and disease. I understand this will probably provoke resistance from you gurus, but this is just how I want to do it, to be cautious... Also not to fertilize another egg, three kids is already too much sometimes. -

This conversation doesn't work as long as people are simultaniously talking about retention including sex, total celibacy, occasional but limited ejaculation and freely wasting away sperm, and some thinking there's no energy exchange without ejaculation which is untrue, people making arguments on top of another but at the same time changing the subject from one to another But it doesnt have to work though, as long as a lot of different views are expressed. So the experienced guys can keep their point of view and the newcomers will be left confused and it's good, they will have to do their own decisions anyway. My humble advice to the aspiring taoist is still: smile at it, whatever it is you do. If you don't want retention, you could ration your ejaculations. If you don't want to do that, waste away. Just stay alert of your energies and let that feeling decide for you in the context of what you wish to be/achieve. In the end it's that simple. And in 10 years or so you can be here telling everyone there's no need to do retention, sit down or even breathe, or that you will have serious problems if you injaculate or that your spine will melt if you masturbate -

I been married for nine yrs now.. Not without disturbances in the Force. Succeeding in marriage has a lot to do with communnication, but most times it's all about admitting you're wrong and changing your behavior If that's against your principles, well, you're not made for marriage. Or you'll have to change your principles But seriously and sincerely, I wish you all the blessings a happy marriage can provide. -
You can't say like that. Not everyone thinks like you. You're being rude and offensive. What are you afraid of? How old are you anyway? Do you realize you're talking to real ginger people?

Mikaelz, you could also use a metal tea sieve. Just press the grated pulp against it, it should work.. You could even squeeze it in your fist Once you grate it finely, it's very easy to get the juice out. One notice about lime: Ayurveda states it should not be used when there is cold or congestion in the body. That's when ginger (dry or fresh) and honey is more appropriate. The same wisdom can tell us that adding cardamom to your tea or coffee helps to neutralize the stressful effects caffeine has on the adrenaline glands. Still it's not wise to drink more than a cup of coffee/tea a day. Whoa, it's thundering here. RASTAFARI!

My 7-yr old daughter has a tendency towards restlessness. Tonight I was putting her to sleep and she was rolling around and kicking her feet, complaining she can't relax. So I lay down beside her and told her to smile at her heart, then at her belly, and her whole body. She resisted at first, then started makin sounds a bit similar to laughter. She said she can't relax because it makes her laugh. I said it's alright, she doesn't have to do anything to her restlessness, just smile at it. She turned around one more time. I told her I'm also smiling at her, and using my mind and my eyes I rolled her into a blanket of smile. She didn't move anymore, and in a couple of minutes she was asleep. Now to me this was a small miracle of love, I've never seen her go so quickly from complete restlessness to deep sleep. Just wanted to share the loving vibes.. Bless, King K

I have found your posts challenging in their up-frontness but I never been insulted, so to be sorry is not really necessary though there'e nothing wrong with it. And if you allow yourself to attach to your negativity and end up a bitter excuse of a Taoist, then it's your turn to go fuck yourself.

You're most welcome. This drink I take daily, another herb tea that I take every other day is Corilla, also called Cerassie or Bitter Melon (leaves). It's a cooling blood cleanser like all bitters and it helps even out changes in blood sugar levels. If you're a fire type and especially if you have a sugar habit, then bitters is for you.

Did I criticise people who use pot as racisst? Oh well, the point I didn't have I was trying to make. Sorry to intervene, nothing to see here. Yes pot is toxic, but Cheech smoked dogshit. Goodnite everybummy! -
BTW Michael Winn states in his homepage that past, present and future are happening simultaneously. I don't know if I can think about that without straining my brain.

There's similar hands-on healing techniques described in Queen Afua's "Sacred Woman", the roots of her healing are in Egypt.

Just spicing this up a bit.. You could be right that regular toking limits progress in the higher stages of Tao. I'm sure I'll never find out if that's true
