  1. Avatar (the movie)

So Quick - that is what my schoolmates said before shipping off to be used as bullet shields in the Tet Offensive ! I repeat "Being as that I am one of the 5 people that survived Vietnam and the wars since, from my highschool graduating class, I tend to try to forget how conditioned people in the west are to war propaganda." "War is Rich Man's Gain - Poor Man's Pain" is as true in the movie as it is in reality. Evolution of the superior race is based on survival - AKA: Knowing the insainity of the masses - Before it becomes Your Insainity AKA: Die Young and evolve later. Fertalizer for the earth." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  3. Qi is NOT Energy

L1, it seems that many are seeing a god where there is none. There are only 2 substances in this universe: Matter and Energy. What is confusing about Qi is that it can be manipulated by our mind. As such, Qi is only a toy to be played with and used by those waiting to evolve. To become the master of Qi, first a person must become master of the self through meditation.
  4. The pivotal point of sitting

To me, the alignment must be that the meditation takes first place. When I meditate for over an hour, I search for a park bench and just sit normal. For some odd reason going for a bus ride works for me as the seats are good for sitting. If you are beginning to have problems associated with aging consider this: http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/arthritis/a/Glucosamine.htm *Note: much of the info on the page is in the clickables. Looked like recruitment war propaganda to me - not worth the bus fare to get there. Mechanized Indistrial war complex and a nature based society. The film UP had much better 3D http://adisney.go.com/disneyvideos/animatedfilms/up/
  6. Right Hand: Yin or Yang?

One of the definitions for Yin is "Law of Nature" - as The Yin power of distance neutralizes the awesome destructive power of the sun (yang) to the point that it is an energy needed for life. It would seem that the dantian falls into this category as: Definition from http://taoism.about.com/od/glossaryoftaois...s/g/Dantain.htm "In Taoist Inner Alchemy practice, the three Dantian (also spelled Tan-t'ian) are the primary locations within our energetic anatomy where qi is collected, transformed and circulated. The literal translation of Dantian is "cinnabar field," and they have a function, in Taoist practice, similar to the function of the Chakras used in Hindu yoga practice. The most important of the three Dantian is the lower Dantian, located in the lower abdomen, 1.5 cun below the navel."

  8. acid/LSD question

The difference between acid & meditation is that with meditation - the results come much more slowly and you can controll it. With LSD, there is no controll. Pharmaceuticaly; The dose is one microgram per pound of bodyweight - the average dose can fit on a speck of dust floating in the air and it can still float away on your breath. Know your maker - or your chances of meeting your maker increases. It is the synthetic form of a chemical (Lysurgic Acid diethelamide) that transmits brain messages between one brain cell to another that are in the frontal lobular part of the brain - which controlls sight - thus the artificial visions. It will blind you. Most Blindings are temporary - but not all. It remains in your system for 37 years and can return in all of its original strength at any time during those 37 years. If you are girl - it can be transferred to your baby(s). Niacin from the Vitamin B series has been shown to shorten the 37 year flashback possibility for a few if taken a day before. http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp...e4-fad5669d2d7c If you really need to try it - Psilocybin mushrooms will give a taste of what is to come. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psilocybin_mushrooms
  9. Precautions for the 5 Tibetan Rites

From my experience, Kundalini is the electrical flow system of our body. Primary chanel of flow is from the base of the spine to the brain & reverse. This primary chanel encompases our major organ systems excluding our limbs.
  10. Precautions for the 5 Tibetan Rites

Good addition: "add morning and evening practice in the same gradual way" When I did this with free weights- I got a tremendous boost Killham points out in his book that beyond 21 no advantage But "add morning and evening practice in the same gradual way"? I almost forgot - T5T # 6 is performed only 3 times at the maximum. It affects the internal organs directly with much more directly applied energy. Although: T5T # 6 was included in my original Yoga over 20 years ago doing 10 reps. The e-book Steam has posted gives essential information not included in Kilham's T5T
  11. Enlightenment is a cultural myth?

Enlightenment is also a level that must be reached within meditation to prepare the mind as well as a level within the body and the breath. Once these have been tuned and elevated to a maximum potential then the enlightenment processes begin - and there are more than one. How many? Honestly I hope it never ends. On page 48 of my copy of The Secret of The Golden Flower is chapter 6, titled Confirmatory Experiences During the Circulation of the Light It tells of a few of my experiences - but it does not tell of this part: Jade Emperor's Mind Seal Classic 1. The Supreme Medicine has three distinctions: Ching (essence), Qi (vitality) and Shen (spirit), which are elusive and obscure. 2. Keep to nonbeing, yet hold on to being and perfection is yours in an instant. 3. When distant winds blend together, in one hundred days of spiritual work And morning recitation to the Shang Ti, Then in one year you will soar as an immortal. 4. The sages awaken through self-cultivation; Deep, profound, their practices require great effort. 5. Fulfilling vows illumines the Heavens. 6. Breathing nourishes youthfulness. 7. Departing from the Mysterious, entering the female. It appears to have perished, yet appears to exist. Unmoveable, it's orgin is mysterious. 8. Each person has Ching. The Shen unites with the Ching, The Shen unites with the Qi, The breath then unites with the true nature, These terms appear to be fanciful exaggerations. 9. The Shen is capable of entering stone; The Shen is capable of physical flight. Entering water it is not drowned; Entering fire it is not burned. 10. The Shen depends on life form; The Ching depends on sufficient Qi. If these are neither depleted nor injured the result will be youthfulness and longevity. 11. These three distinctions have one principle, Yet so subtle it cannot be heard. 12. Their meeting results in existence, their parting results in nonexistence. 13. The seven apertures interpenetrate and each emits wisdom light. 14. The sacred sun and sacred moon Illumuniate the Golden Court. One attainment is eternal attainment. 15. The body will naturally become weightless. When the supreme harmony is replete, the bone fragments become like winter jade. 16. Acquiring the Elixir results in immortality, not acquiring it results in extinction. 17. The Elixir is within yourself, It is not white and not green. 18. Recite and hold ten thousand times. These are the subtle principles of self-illumination. (Lu Szu-hsing's appended verses) 19. The two images of the dragon and tiger are unified through Qi; Chaos blending as One. 20. It is not possible to attain the eternal just through invocations. 21. The Elixir is called Green Dragon and White Tiger; The Elixir is in the nature of no-nature, Emptiness of nonemptiness. 22. Even if you are unable to make use of the substance, You can certainly make use of the function. 23. Frequently both the substance and conditions for the substance appear together, although these are not always percieved as identical. 24. The ancients said, "the term *emptiness* embraces the entire teaching." * Transliterated by Stuart Olson What happens in short is after: making the body pure with food Making the body pure with exercise Making the mind pure with meditation The Three Jewels come together as one. 19. says that: "The two images of the dragon and tiger are unified through Qi; Chaos blending as One." But there are 2 purifications of the body - 1>the diet and 2>the exercise - one takes in, the other takes out. Qi, or breath, is the unification elixr. Meditation is the crucible. Practice is the key. Practice
  12. Precautions for the 5 Tibetan Rites

I took and taught Karate for some years. The class was 2 hours of super aerobic exercises. From necessity I developed the philosophy of: "begin easy, work up to a goal slowly." This way students would build up, not get hurt, and remain with the program. Even with T5T, I began with 1 rep and - increased 1 rep each day. I've been doing T5T for about 10 years. This really is a good website for T5T as it has video of a model doing the exercises. Click on the little pictures at the end of the first video to get to them. http://www.t5t.com/ After each exercise session, spend about 30 minuites meditating Kundalini. The exercises will tune your body and prepare it for the Kundalini rising. Kundalini will rewire your body so that all is recieving energy as needed. In essence, your energy system will recieve an electrical tune - up. Kundalini is a rising - morning exercise. Savasana is evenings. Here is a webpage I wrote on the Savasana: http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showtopic=11802 With these two, you can go far but you must Practice

  14. Anti Aging - The China Study

I guess I should fill in a few more details... The extraction process is a key to the door. - it concentrates tremendously while diluting for your insides. Another key is to do them twice a week for the first month or two. I did 3 months. Then about once a week for another month. As an enzyme, - it is also a catalyst for your other systemic needs. A catalyst can be very - very powerful as it is an activator of other chemical processes. Once sprouted to a 1/8 to 1/16 inch root - you can put them, covered in cool water, in the cool but not frozen part of the refridgerator and they keep for up to 10 days with no real change from original condition. I have drank the covering water after a few days with no problem but there is a chemical that is released by the roots of any plant (including carrots, onions, potatoes, etc) with the technicaly abreviated name of DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide) that you may be interested in. It is the digestive juices of the plants root system. I experimented with DMSO some years ago and found no strange effects from it. This one is more simply written http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyl_sulfoxide This one wanders into technical terms but - as it is by the person that discovered the chemical and is much more informative: http://www.dmso.org/articles/information/muir.htm On the mung bean grounds.. NoN wrote: "I could probably make a good raw bean paste out of that just like people can make raw hummus. It's also high protein." Enzymes are much more than proteins... put a little of the mung bean grounds on your skin for a few minuites... I've eaten them but they are a bit too strong in flavor for me.

Happy that you noticed - one of 'Non' The extract process is what makes them truly Awesomefullyextentiotionitious ! The extract process is a key to a door.

Interesting in that most are quoting from the FDA advertisements. The guiding light of my conceptions about the FDA is the point that USA has 5 times the number of prisoners of any other nation on earth. This number is a mathematical red light pointing to a preditor nation which is further confirmed from the actions of USA's Military Industrial Complex as well as recent events in banking, War as a buisness of USA - etc. Military-Industrial Complex Speech, Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1961 http://coursesa.matrix.msu.edu/~hst306/documents/indust.html As such I use these above notations to guide my research. People that live long drain revenue from the USA - so 60 to 65 would seem to be the desired age for death of a person in USA. Eating vegies is good but ... what is the system within the vegetables that produces vitamins and minerals ? To the best of my knowledge there is not one. Here is the search I used: http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&...als&spell=1 So - with the vegies as well as potatoes etc - as far as vitamins, enzymes - what we are getting is either what is in the soil or in the fertilizer... Since Vitamins & minerals are not self generating - tain't none. Cows and Sheep get much-much more than we. So - I learned how to grow my own as well as where to find them. A mega website: http://www.rawfoods.com/ http://www.rawfoods.com/articles/enzymes.html http://www.rawfoods.com/articles/rawvscooked.html http://www.living-foods.com/articles/sproutedseeds.html Here are the requirements: http://ezinearticles.com/?Anti-Aging-Vitam...?&id=596515 From personal experience: Most of the people that die in a hospital are old & die of a disease they caught in the hospital. If they die in the hospital - the Hospital gets a large sum for trying to keep them alive. If they die at home... The disease that causes death is often - pneumonia. Pneumonia is directly related to a lack of enzymes in the Pancreas. To learn about enzymes see the above Rawfods.com websites. A friend of mine that had a genetic form of AIDS was told by his doctor ( they experimented on him a lot & the doctors doing it were world class ) was told that each time he got sick - one year was taken off his life span. He lived to 35 and got sick on average of 2 times a year. Enzymes were part of his treatment. A process that I developed to extract maximum amount of Enzymes from organic 'Mung' seeds. The Theory: I cannot say what your results will be - but I've used this process for about 10 years in Hong Kong. To date, I have only had the sniffles once during that 10 year time. Most of my friends are teachers and are daily exposed to the diseases of the most crowded city (Mong KoK) on earth. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mong_Kok Making an enzyme rich juice that helps to rebuild our immune system through replacing the enzyme depleation of the Pancreas. Our society is an almost 100% cooked food society. Temperatures above 105 F' destroy enzymes For millions of years we have eaten food raw. Cooking foods destroys the enzymes. Our body does not manufacture enzymes. We must get them in our food. The # 1 rule is no heat above 100'F (55' C) The # 2 rule is Be careful eating the beans like a salad as an unsprouted bean can break a tooth... The process: Using Mung Beans Making a juice extract by sprouting (1/4 to 1/2 of a cup) of the seeds so that they have a root emerging no more than 1/8 inch. It takes about 24 hours to sprout the seeds in the summer. The process: I cover them in tap water for about 4 hours & then pour the water away, let them dry for a few hours & cover them with tap water again and repeat the process untill they sprout.untill they have a root emerging no more than 1/8 inch. Then put them in a blender with about 3 times as much cold distilled water as seeds. Blend them with the cold water so that the seeds become like a powder and the water becomes green. Strain the blended seeds & water through a stainless steel wire type filtering seive that you can find at grocery stores & drink the juice while it is fresh. Throw away the grounds. To build up your enzyme bank in your pancreas, you will need to do this every 2 or 3 days for a month or 2. Then about once a week. Even if I begin feeling a little sick, if I drink the juice, the illness does not develop. I keep some of the semi sprouted beans in the refridgerator most of the time & snack on them - but the juice extract is what really works. Be careful eating the beans like a salad as an unsprouted bean can break a tooth... The juice also acts as a catalyst for the endocrine system to bring hormones into balance.
