Many cultures are based on the older man/younger woman relationship - And the opposite. In USA - it is the Native American Indians... Who follow a more strict path of nature. Older man is more steady, calm, reliable, responsable, wealthy, educated, understanding and ready to have children. They are better leaders, will value you much more, will remain disease free- etc Younger woman is ready for family and needs the above as do her children. Man almost always dies before woman but with age difference - she is still young enough to then pick a younger man which also needs someone more steady, leadership ability, calm, reliable, responsable, wealthy, educated, understanding, will value you much more, will remain disease free- etc. Young men think with their privates - not with their head... Children need a grandfather -much- more than a modern father. I'm about 45, have sailed to and around Hawaii and traveled the world - but will not do it again... By the time you pass on - he will be ready for a younger woman. Older women have one secret- Johnson's Baby oil (unscented) on -their- privates http://johnsonsbaby.com/product.do?id=74 18 years ls is a good age to begin looking for boys - genetic background is a must for intelligent children. Ask an older man to hypnotize you and you will learn his secret desires as you drastically reduce your mistakes. Watch "The Mentalist": subtitled: Russett Potatoes Episode 18 and see his reaction. It can be found on this website for a few weeks more: http://drama.tvb.com/thementalist/?vdo=102147 Another key is the timming of the moon -your pheromones- will be at their height on Lunar calendar date 20 through 30. Marbled one - I tend to differ as I see it as there will be a "New World Order" albeit as not for the earth but for humanity - as we evolve into a no body state of existance...

When in the true mindfull state of the Savasana, I become only mind. No body. When entering the Savasana, my body feels like a lump of clay. Breathing is on auto reflex and forgotten. I practice it every night for over 20 years. I know that even when I sleep now that I am Savasana as when I wake, I can feel my spirit re-enter first my mind as it wakes, my awareness of this plane of exisiance expands to my toes then outward. Savasana = http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showtopic=11802 I had written of my experiences described here - before Steam posted these videos: http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1d9qz_spi...-pt1_shortfilms http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1da00_spi...lity-pt2_people http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1da8v_spi...-pt3_shortfilms http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dae5_spi...ty-pt4_creation http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1daj2_spi...eality-pt5_blog http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1danq_spi...eality-pt6_news http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dapv_spi...lity-pt7_people http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dijt_spi...lity-pt8_school Knocks & Bangs ? Balance and What is really needed in cultivation?

CT, Traditional Chinese medicine begins with a preventive diet. There are diets that work well with meditation etc... http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&...mp;aq=f&oq= From this, I did quite a bit of research - back to the Sung Dynasty 1200AD - to find the Chinese diet changed then to 100% cooked foods as there was quite a large typhus epidemic that came about at that time. It resulted in all - as in 100% of the food - including water being boiled- which continues to this day. To make a long story short - Chinese medicinal herbs are very much like western medicine. When Napoleon came to China, he took back the Willow tree -which he is burried under. From the willow tree's bark - Asprin was discovered. I think you may be looking for the Chinese Yin and Yang diet. -

The right-hand border of the Nei Jing Tu represents the spinal column and skull. The scenes depicted at different levels along the spine are alchemical changes occurring within the fields of the dantians or chakras. The space in front of the tailbone and sacrum is known, in Taoist yoga, as the Golden Urn. In Hindu yoga traditions, it's known as the home of Kundalini Shakti -- an energy which, when dormant, lies coiled like a snake at the base of the spine. When awakened, it initiates the energetic transformations depicted in the Nei Jing Tu. The same in color http://taoism.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/XJ&a...post%26id%3D109

An informal report on the Taoist summit, Beijing

Marbled one, The Tao is all of China and most of Asia. To have meetings on it though is not exactly something they do- except as a family. In China, even many years ago - Development of Philosophy has replaced the development of religion. As such - the Tao is about as much of a religion as China has developed = but has developed it as a philosophy with "some" religious aspects. In case you haven't noticed, the meditation of Taoism is linked directly to Buddhism - The one meditation that has developed, as related to Taoism, is translated as: "Self Cultivation" or "Inner inspection" Here are a few of the Taoist holidays as almost - if not - every full moon also is a holiday. http://taoism.about.com/od/holidays/a/holidays2009.htm It should be noted that as each holiday listed below has a given date, each date changes for different years because the actual date is a phase of the Sun or the Moon - which is the basis of the Chinese Calendar (mainly based on the Moon) and the Chinese see the Sun and Moon as changing in time. Chinese New Year January 1 January 26 Lantern Festival January 15 February 9 Tomb Sweeping Day March 9 April 4 Ching Ming or Solar Equanox Dragon Boat Festival May 5 May 28 Ghost Festival July 15 September 3 Mid-Autumn Festival August 15 October 3 Double Ninth Day September 9 October 26 To get a complete idea of the Taoist /Buddhist holidays - I suggest downlading this perpetual calendar - it is free and I have used it for about 10 years, in Windows and Linux, without problems - You do need to select which format to run it in though - So - here is the Users Guide : http://www.lunarcal.org/UG/UG-TOC.html And here is the download of the program: http://www.lunarcal.org/Download.html As Taoism is practiced, it is largely about time - of which, the clock is; the moon, the sun, life, health - and death. The 'English' word China, as a nation, choo5ses to describe itself to foreigners "Republic" - comes from Plato's "Republic" as Plato defines Republic as a place where Philosophers are Kings (the Leaders) - thus the people are led through philosophy. The below is an excerpt from: http://www.spaceandmotion.com/Philosophy-P...Philosopher.htm "And those whose hearts are fixed on Reality itself deserve the title of Philosophers." excerpt from: Plato, Republic. "The society we have described can never grow into a reality or see the light of day, and there will be no end to the troubles of states, or indeed, my dear Glaucon, of humanity itself, till philosophers are kings in this world, or till those we now call kings and rulers really and truly become philosophers, and political power and philosophy thus come into the same hands, while the many natures now content to follow either to the exclusion of the other are forcibly debarred from doing so. This is what I have hesitated to say so long, knowing what a paradox it would sound; for it is not easy to see that there is no other road to happiness, either for society or the individual." excerpt from: (Plato, Republic)" More quotes from Plato's Republic: http://www.quotationspage.com/quotes/Plato/1 Here is a web page made by a good friend that has over a million hits a month that will give a complete picture of China: http://www.chinapage.com/ -
Working with weights you need relaxation time to un-knot. This one is good for all of the above: The Savasana is known as the most important exercise in Yoga as it is the entrance to Raja Yoga - the awakening point. It is the changing from focus on body to mental, mindfull, Yoga. http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showto...1802&st=120 "Cultivating Stillness" is very good - but im my opinion it is a bit overly advanced for someone beginning. This one covers it in simple English, will give you loosening up exercises, is only 85 pages in large print - and 10 of the 85 pages are pictures. I got mine from a used book shop for $2. - I noticed that Amazon.com has it for $3. http://www.amazon.com/Five-Tibetans-Dynami...l/dp/0892814500 I would begin with the Kundalini Meditation exercises first - even before the webpage I gave above.

I still have not seen any news on TV or otherwise that this meeting of Taoists existed in Beijing or otherwhere. Here is a search box that will search all the news stations in China: There has been no mention of it on any of them. Try the same search for Buddhist Association http://english.cctv.com/01/index.shtml Here are the results of my search using the words: Taoist meeting Beijing http://web.search.cctv.com/olsearch.php?so...y_1=&day_2= -
Welcome - another on the dietary end is that I have ran across a few of the legendary -and documented - meditators in Asia that refused to eat any other than raw as in living foods. Most were vegetarians but included eggs and raw fish in the diet. I practice many forms of Meditation with Emptiness Meditation being the most often (at least once a day) and Kundalini being second. Here is the empty mind process: http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showtopic=11802 The Kundalini meditation - as well as a few others are here: http://www.amazon.com/Five-Tibetans-Dynami...l/dp/0892814500 Adrenalin is released into the bloodstream of an animal or bird through the fight or flight syndrome before it dies. The theory is that it is difficult to meditate with adrenalin circulating inside you... These were sent to me by Steam (a Tao Bum) a few weeks ago: Through the practice of "Emptiness Meditation" I've experienced quite a bit of what the video's talk about. http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1d9qz_spi...-pt1_shortfilms http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1da00_spi...lity-pt2_people http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1da8v_spi...-pt3_shortfilms http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dae5_spi...ty-pt4_creation http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1daj2_spi...eality-pt5_blog http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1danq_spi...eality-pt6_news http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dapv_spi...lity-pt7_people http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dijt_spi...lity-pt8_school Take care

B-man - Sorry to break your cherry but evolution proves reincarnation beyond the shadow of a doubt. Who taught you to blink, to eat, to jerk your hand (quickly) out of the fire? It is what is taught today as Genetic memory - but better described as survival memories. These memories must be passed down from generation to generation so as to improve (evolve) the species. Who you were, what you did before - just doesn't meet the criteria for survival info necessary to evolve. Actualy it is kinda de-evolutionary to remember past lives and keep repeating the same life over and over and..... Here is another view from india but closely related. http://www.dailymotion.pl/video/x1dijt_spi...lity-pt8_school
