Swine Flu May Cause 90,000 U.S. Deaths, Report Says
~jK~ replied to Encephalon's topic in General Discussion
In the spirit of peace please give us a URL to support the information you claim to be true... I did for mine - on multiple pages... I must add that I've used this mung bean extraction process to keep me disease free in Hong Kong for ''about'' 5 to 8 years. HK is a place where the majority of the people use public transportation (electric trains run every 3 min - buss every 10 min) - when one person sneezes - we all sneeze. I don't know how many do use the system daily in HK -but- Beijing public transportation moves 18,000,000 people to work - every day. -

The Theory: Making an enzyme rich juice that helps to rebuild our immune system through replacing the enzyme depleation of the Pancreas. Our society is an almost 100% cooked food society. Temperatures above 105 F' destroy enzymes For millions of years we have eaten food raw. Cooking foods destroys the enzymes. Our body manufacture enzymes before birth. Later - We must get them in our food. The # 1 rule is no heat above 100'F (55' C) The # 2 rule is Be careful eating the beans like a salad as an unsprouted bean can break a tooth... The process: Using Mung Beans Making a juice extract by sprouting (1/4 to 1/2 of a cup) of the seeds so that they have a root emerging no more than 1/8 inch. It takes about 24 hours to sprout the seeds in the summer. The process: I cover them in tap water for about 4 hours & then pour the water away, let them dry for a few hours & cover them with tap water again and repeat the process untill they sprout.untill they have a root emerging no more than 1/8 inch. Then put them in a blender with about 3 times as much cold distilled water as seeds. Blend them with the cold water so that the seeds become like a powder and the water becomes green. Strain the blended seeds & water through a stainless steel wire type filtering seive that you can find at grocery stores & drink the juice while it is fresh. Throw away the grounds. To build up your enzyme bank in your pancreas, you will need to do this every 2 or 3 days for a month or 2. Then about once a week. Even if I begin feeling a little sick, if I drink the juice, the illness does not develop. I keep some of the semi sprouted beans in the refridgerator most of the time & snack on them - but the juice extract is what really works. Be careful eating the beans like a salad as an unsprouted bean can break a tooth... The juice also acts as a catalyst for the endocrine system to bring hormones into balance. There is a couple of writers, in Hong Kong, Writing movies: Lee Man-Choi and Tsui Hark, about the KunLun Mountains. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zu They are extremely informative on Taoism from a Chinese perspective. The information on Taoist practices is not too obvious but the information is there if you keep your eyes & ears open. I've seen this movie about 200 times and still get information from it. (I bought the DVD long ago ) Zhang Ziyi from Crouching Dragon, Hidden Tiger, - Hero and more - plays a minor role in this movie. The Legend of Zu, being on the very rare subject of Taoist astral Projection perspectives, is one of their best: One small hint- Insomnia, the villan in this movie, is the enemy of all that seek enlightenment as it destroys the ability to meditate and is the single most enemy of the clear mind we need to see reality... The rest is up to you. With the information you can take from this movie, you will be crossing the threshold into the depths of the Tao that very few foreigners get to experience... I've had 2 bouts of dizziness, coughing & sneezing but once I make & take the Mung juice - it all clears up in about 3 hours. Last one was yesterday. I have made and taken the Mung Juice for a few years - twice a week - which supposedly has an effect of building up of the enzymes in pancreas. -

Bumping up the 'crine sys: The Theory: Making an enzyme rich juice that helps to rebuild our immune system through replacing the enzyme depleation of the Pancreas. Our society is an almost 100% cooked food society. Temperatures above 105 F' destroy enzymes For millions of years we have eaten food raw. Cooking foods destroys the enzymes. Our body does not RE-manufacture Pancreatic enzymes. They are manufactured before birth but used up during living. If not replaced, the systems begin to fail. http://www.living-foods.com/articles/enzymes.html http://www.living-foods.com/articles/sprouts.html http://www.myhealthmybody.com/trellis/ADM1...creatic_Enzymes http://www.naturalnews.com/022452.html We must get them in our food. I find that even if i feel like I've already got a cold, etc - If I just make the juice - the problem goes away in about 3 to 6 hours - but I've been doing this for about 10 years. My endocrines stay high. More details at: http://www.living-foods.com/articles/enzymes.html and http://www.living-foods.com/index.shtml -

The Physics question s interesting in a different perspective as well as the original. It illustrates how a topic can devolve into a subject totally unrelated to the intended. Answering the original - must include the deviation as well as adherence to original ? Extremes? Boredom? Neither? All of the above? Initial topics seem to go through an evolutionary stage and then a devolutionary stage as a point of developing. We are born, grow up, reach our peak, then begin to decline until death. This is nature of all. One enemy is extremes of cancers trying to take root in an effort to devolve a topic before it goes to full term. It would be wrong to eliminate a topic because of the method one abusive poster uses. Although - it would be to the point to eliminate the abusive nature. Quite possibly the original intent of the abusive one. Is to eliminate Buddhism. The root of Evil ? Maybe Yes. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=9002284641446868316 -

Interesting - no such thing as yoga where I was born - a little town between Hickory & Asville, N.C. Town had more cows than people - come to think about it ~there were more pigs too. Did you ever notice that there are no flowers in the cow pasture? It's their favorite food. I became famous for talking to cows... All I did was put a few honey suckle flowers in my shirt pocket. It was an interesting childhood. I think the clouds were what taught me to meditate - that and the clean air. When I left to go to the U, The first roommate I had would meditate - I asked him what he was doing, he told me, I asked him to teach me and he told me to wait for his brother to come back from India in a few weeks... I spent 6 years total - learning mainly the Savasana. -

THE REVIEW: Where's the physics? That's what really matters!" Unfortunately, I felt that this book suffered from just that. And that gave me the impression that today's theoretical physics had left physics behind. If that is true, then this book, for all its problems, has succeeded in making this clear. If it is false, then this book has done physics a disservice. -

The Law of Conservation of energy is one of the most examined laws of physics. one way of stating it is : E=MC2 Here it is a bit more explained: The law of conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant. A consequence of this law is that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. The only thing that can happen with energy in an isolated system is that it can change form, for instance kinetic energy can become thermal energy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservation_of_energy -

Welcome - it works, I have read the websites. At age 17 to 21, I had teachers from India. I don't try to escape samsara, I seek to control it. I need return to my birth mother it was she that taught me. My first memory of meditating was from age 4 - it was an inborn talent. Born in deep Appalachian mountains, my mother reached level of PhD in Education. My favourite book in the field of "Psych is "I'm Ok 're Ok". The graphic analytical technique. Bondage through desires is the only enemy. -

You seem to be missing the important portion: The Hatching. - Next step in evolution? But - you are right - it is fun! As always - what is real- Is obvious. Why are so many looking into Taoist theory, Astral projection, book: "Childhoods End" by Author C. Clarke http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Songs_of_Distant_Earth Even 600+ year old book "The Secret of The Golden Flower" is about leaving our body behind.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Childhood's_End It seems we as the human race have outgrown our planetary home AKA our Egg. Download Clarke, Arthur C. - Earthlight free ebook The universal constant: Matter and Energy can not be created or destroyed. Free Books !!! http://www.truly-free.org/#fC But both are interchangable as their vibratory state raises or lowers. Energy seeks enthropy. Mass seeks to evolve. Galatic Reincarnation -

Vajrahridaya, You've been looking for the reasons to meditate - Suprise - it is not what you think.: First, even in the beginning it gives you an idea of what Karma does & sources Empty mind form of meditation is designed to erase karma. Remember the poem I posted? This is meditation: - : see if you can spot the karma portion. The 4th Mirror . Close your eyes and what do you have? No tv, no outside, & no emotional mountains. Only what you know, reason, imagine & your true self. . Guilt, fears, & uncertainties become Ghosts waiting defeat. Actions, past & future, self & others, fall into nature's microscope. The world becomes a large vacant room, wanting to be filled. . Breath becomes a furnace for life-giving energy. Time becomes a crucible for finding purity. Awareness becomes a peak for a seat. . Sight returns new and clear. Eyes looking inward, Seeing outward. . Find Time's Eternal Self . -

Have you ever heard of Zen Buddhism? Maybe not. Zen is the Japanese word misspelled as Chan for Chinese. You have seen my writing here- - -See my mind see me. I am familiar with Buddhist/Taoist teachings as well as practice. Some here have reached a level of understanding - but not many. Buddhism is based in Meditation, which is the basis for enlightenment. Definitions are for dictionaries. Understandings are inductive experiences. Essentially - If you learn to Meditate - all else will follow. Understanding is an inductive process. Meditate - all else will follow all else will follow Meditate ~..~ A little poem I wrote some years ago on meditation: The 4th Mirror .
