Jeez I really only see what I want haha. First I saw the thread title as "Opening your third eye", and when you labeled it of the 3rd kind, I thought you meant aliens. Being I messed up 3rd kind with 4th kind. lol

Breathing with your lower abdomen and focusing on your dan tien does bring energy there. Infact breathing with your lower abdomen focuses energy there normally. There are just ways to focus the energy towards the dan tien more. Like full lotus. Not completely sure why, but in half and full lotus the energy naturally focuses more then normal amounts of energy to the dan tien. I Feel a gigantic difference in meditating in full lotus, rather then my legs just over lapping. Im starting to believe your attention on the dan tien doesn't exactly have to be present when meditating in full lotus. So yes focusing on the dan tien brings energy there, as does breathing with your lower abdomen. There are ways to focus the energy more heavily on the dan tien though. I suggest meditating in full lotus.

The Yin Male and Women will be the rulers of the future

Neither is better or stronger in the end. If there's no imbalance of energy there's no real problem. With the exceptions and variables in environments looked at, this conversation is even more irrelevant. -
cool idea KK. I think I've experienced similar about being a bit more emotionally receptive when fasting. might try this idea. Good luck with keeping away from the food you're cooking.

Some great stories here. I hope to go on a long term retreat myself. Seeing this many people on the forum alone. Makes it seem that Much closer. Thanks.

ZEITGEIST: MOVING FORWARD | OFFICIAL RELEASE | 2011

Yea I agree. Not to mention the arguements presented just raise more questions for the people asking them. Meaning they're making more problems for themselves then zeitgeist did. Annoyingly sat through the entire thing. -
I've heard the same, aswell as blood flow in the groin. Although I wouldn't be very surprised if lifting in general does. If you've ever lifted passed your current limit you get a bit of a rush.

Mal, you made my day haha

Could be possible. Although Fox News tells me otherwise. What I mean by that is, if fox news voices their opinion against it, it often tells me corporate America is against it aswell. That doesn't necessarily mean it's good either. Although what I've heard is he's been in power for 30 years. The US didn't like the fact he was stepping down, being that the person to be elected wouldn't already have good ties with the US government. Fact is.. It doesn't matter who's in power. It just matters who we have good diplomacy with, and who we can sell to. If that's the case with a country, then it achieving "democracy" is a good thing. So democracy being a good thing is in the eye of the beholder. Being the personal interests in power.

http://www.kb.se/codex-gigas/eng/ There's rarely new information on the gigas so I figured I'd come here and see if some of you have any insight, or info I may have trouble finding on the internet.

For a second there I thought I wouldn't be getting a reply. I lol'd, never thought of that.

I'll admit it's a bit funny seeing the magus and opening the dragon gate from amazon all the time. Then again.. Yeah it's a kind've spyware that's responsible for this.

HAHAH God I love that meme

Hm may be. It may be that these challenges to out do myself may lead me to burn the problem away. Say exercise that is healthy and creates improvements in ones well being/outlook. So what was a problem may be a blessing.

I rarely compliment. I imagine that makes people think im intimidated/anti social. I don't know though, I don't often like compliments for some reason. I Feel like if someone says "that's really good wow" at something I do, they're trying to keep me at that level. Like the perspective is somehow "Wow that was really hard it looks like, guess you don't have to do anymore now". But im weird like that.

Hm, that's true.

I remember hearing Einstein, when he'd think of a mathematical problem in his head. He'd sit wherever and just empty his mind except for that problem, and the answer would just come to him. He was supernatural in the sense of how well he knew mathematics/laws. The same way a troop who has seen alot or battle knows whenever someone in the same room has a gun. They get so good at what they know it's passed the physical realm. Lot more common then some think.

Was replying to Markern I believe. Also self development is spontaneous and progress is made throughout your day, everyday. If anything being busy would help you more, because you'd face these situations time and time again. Self development isn't just chi kung/nae gong/meditation, it's developing yourself as a human being.

Way to generalize. Firemen have tons of time on their hands, you really think a handful of them aren't working on themselves? Oh well some of them have big muscles, that means they're dumb and watch jersey shore. Come on. Also have you never met a really ripped person who does chi kung? More common then you think.
