mainly slouching throughout the day. If im sitting on the computer ect I notice myself fall into a comfortable slouch lol. Plus im a bit higher then the computer so to focus more I like to get down to it's level I guess. I do that to people I talk to too sometimes.. I don't get down to face level haha but I do slouch a bit. I've been fixing it alot more. Other then that im sure there are other habits but I can't recall right now.

Haha yup. Nothing better then listening to only love song ballads for 2 months. was fun though

Parents thought it was a good idea to go over there to see how the culture was like. coincidentally I don't love 80's music being blasted as much as they'd thought Beautiful mountains though

Taobee is probably right. They aren't doing it right Also when in kosovo it's pretty much the same. Not the marriage problems, but the guys over zealous, especially for the chicks they "cant" get. Makes them feel more like a man or something. They get really mad when an American calls them dumb too, another quality I don't like So japan may have marriage problems, but alot of the world has social and emotional problems to deal with. Marriage problems would tie in with emotional problems too ofcourse.

It's frowned upon to start a sentence with "but", better fix that. -
Hey sorry Shaktimama I didn't see the reply. I can totally relate to the "blissed out"/Euphoric feeling. What you're describing about the pulsing sounds pretty much spot on, and yea im pretty sure it was just clearing blockages or fixing whatever problems are in the areas. Pretty cool, thanks Shaktimama "When you think about it whether you lead it up gently or not, you still are forcing energy through because the paths start off narrow and eventually become wider with the force of flow with practice... TF " Im pretty sure this is partly do to sensations. being it's reverse breathing. I could be wrong.

Hm same here. I didn't stutter as a kid though. Really often I'd have times where I was so nervous I could'nt speak, like reading in front of class lol, even in later grades. I'd feel good after MCO. One perk was I only needed 1 to 6 hours of sleep. 6 hours I'd be completely rested. 1 Hour I'd be rested but at about 6 pm I'd start to get tired.

Same with the throat chakra. I was a real quiet kid, if not still. Always waited to be talked to ya know? After all this it would explain why I feel so great whenever im done.
-
I've had vertigo, don't think this was the reason. Although another time doing the MCO up the chong mai I did have vertigo.. So your statement holds truth. Baldness no no problems here. I guess I've had some cramping on the right side of my back at the same height. It's pretty much gone though. I think it could possibly be a block, I've thought for a bit right above my 3rd chakra there's a block. But I dont know. Im starting to think during meditation the energy has just been going to these spots to work on them. Thanks Shaktimama

Haha yeah im not too worried about it. Thanks

Hm sounds pretty interesting. I may try it. Thanks TF Nope nothing negative really. I Feel great right after it happens. I've also heard stories of people bringing more energy in their head then they can handle. Don't worry im cautious Thanks RainbowVein

If the practice is for real, as long as you have good intentions you'll receive good benefits. Also.. Just because you're immersed or shown a perspective of something you'd like to know, don't let them destroy that idea for you.. Cause it could be priceless, whether or not you discover the view of what they've distorted.
-
Hm I've thought the same. Im pretty sure on it aswell..

Yea totally, good point. I've had a burn a bit smaller but deeper at that same point and I could definitely feel it. Let's just say that. No closing/squinting, or zoning out. The guy seemed extremely chill. Im gonna lean on fake.
-
Jeez he just knows how to lose friends. Also yeah I noticed the camera hadn't shown the burning happening, or even a look at their abdominals in the first place.

Ya, I've always thought this is one of the most interesting qualities of the brain. It adapts to what you need and work to be good at, and physically changes.

You probably won't find out if a cultivation teacher is authentic on the internet. Best thing to do if try learning from the ones around you. Maybe save up some money over the years and stop by the ones you're interested in. But often make sure they'll actually teach. Nothing like traveling over seas and then being told your trip was in vain. Haven't experienced that myself.

This is how I always meditate. What a startling revelation

Im starting to find it slightly funny about 90% of my posts are questions, not frequent, but none the less questions. Anyway. I've noticed look out my window or off into the distance, feeling a cool gust of wind, or looking into the stars I automatically lean back slightly, but feel much more balanced then I had tensed and leaning foward like I do throughout my day, just standing like this makes me more and more calm. Similar happens when im running and meditating actually.. After awhile of running I notice my head is further back, chest slightly out, and feet kicking up to my back. Thing is it's more im going along for a ride, rather then pushing my cardio/endurance limits, like im walking on air, takes about a lap until I relax into that though. When I start watching the scenery. Meditating.. Well in the beginning I slightly feel like im trying, then after about 10 minutes I get that relaxation, and im able to position myself alot more comfortably. I Feel like I can meditate as long as I want to after that wave hits me. It's funny how even if we try our hardest, sometimes we'd be better off just relaxing.

Really cool haha. Yeah one of my friends use to say "3 minutes of chi kung right is better then 30 minutes of doing chi kung wrong/sloppy." experiences like that, teachers giving such simple answers I mean, always makes me grin
