  1. Internal Vision and Remote Viewing

It's worked everytime it's happened . I Don't look for that type of thing until I "need" it, and it happens to be there when the time comes. Rather not spoil a good thing, and disappoint myself.
  2. Is This The Truth About Kundalini?

    Look what you did alwayson
  3. Internal Vision and Remote Viewing

A couple times I think I've experienced internal vision. I'd say just meditate. About remote viewing, just let the information come to you. I don't know what to say other then that.
  4. New Interview With Chang's Top Student Jim

Right well those were different times aswell. In the magus killing an evil person was supposed to bring bad karma aswell, no matter the reason. So I can't say I know why he's stuck here so long. Or even if I believe that idea on karma. Statement stands though, JC is just obeying the one in power, although he could've probably done other when he was the head of mo pai.
  5. New Interview With Chang's Top Student Jim

Also there's signs of him being somewhere even if you can't see him "supposedly", like very strong howling winds. Just because someone dies doesn't mean you lose respect for them.. Then again I guess that's a choice. And also I seriously doubt thats JC view aswell.. He mostlikely sees it as obeying his masters masters master.. So there's no room for more error I guess. Also I've noticed saying master so much made me question if I was spelling it right..
  6. New Interview With Chang's Top Student Jim

Mm Corrupt and Greed? Not so sure I agree. Whole reason JC taught outside indonesians/chinese is because he wanted it to be known things can be achieved no matter your heritage. I think I recall one Immortal on each continent being one of his goals. Its how deep how much he feels obligated to this spirit that is the situation. It's not my say whether or not he's wrong.. But I wonder what Liao would've thought.. And I hope JC has thought of that to. After all Liao taught JC.
  7. running barefoot

Yeah a big part is working your feet about before you go straight barefoot. It's just like people who go from weak knees to try doing 90 degree horse stance, if they've never had to use them they're going to get injured somehow. Foot stretches are good, tensing for a good 15 seconds randomly throughout the day is good to. Or.. I live an apartment, another thing I did was run of the 4 cases of stairs and back down haha. I'd skip a step though. Oh and also. I hear the vibrams start to stink reaaaal bad after awhile. Im sure the people saying that probably don't wash them right after they run, but hell I could be wrong. Ah shucks . I agree about the taoists probably wanting to run barefoot over nikes.. haha. If you're nervous about running barefoot in front of whatever people will be out in the early morning.. I think of the ancient greeks and spartan soldiers. They'd run through crowded streets in a group completely naked. To break that way of thinking. We've got it easy these days..
  8. running barefoot

Honestly as a kid I always noticed the running on the front of the foot. So when people told me heel toe, I just never "wanted" to run.. till I saw Christopher Mcdougle on the daily show, and his words really spoke to me. Was in an airport and bought his book. Mm.. Well running barefoot I really just feel more myself, I run every week day I can wake up from 7 to 11 am. Run roughly 1 to 4 miles, I don't exactly know how to measure the mile accurately . I run my max distance in sometimes half the time I did when I ran with shoes though. I also always notice at the end of my runs I feel like I can keep going and going. More about the chi question. Honestly I don't see how it could'nt have benefited energy development. It helps "Everything". Blood follows chi right? Well your circulation is much stronger from running, I'd say my cognitive functions have gone up aswell. Also I can say my energy reacts to things alot more easily. Running and meditation just makes me more of my core self, that's the best I can say it. Everyone deserves the two, or atleast one of each of the healthy choices.. If you're gonna do either do it outside God Bless.
  9. running barefoot

Hm hey wow this was back in 2005. Just glad the info is spreading a bit now. I started running barefoot a bit ago. I started with shoes just to give my feet a decent workout before I went running barefoot. Some foot stretches too. When I first started running with shoes my achillies tendon and arches would slightly hurt for a bit, but go away during a bit of running. Since running barefoot I've been completely fine. Back straight, knees bent, and run like a bird walks With your feet under your center of gravity. I always feel there's a reserve left running like that also.
  10. Cigarettes

Ciggarettes are just another thing the government uses to make a buck off of people in the end. Much like many other things.. If people choose to do it though, can't really stop them. If they breathe it in my face they've got trouble, other then that it isn't a situation of mine, so I rarely think of it.
  11. New Interview With Chang's Top Student Jim

Hahahahaha HAHAHA.. 2b in two months.. Wow made me laugh. Well its sad actually . I mean training that's supposed to appeal to people who either watch to many cartoons or want straight power for selfish reasons. Wasn't there just a post on cults similar to this story? I mean for them to have to appeal to a lineage much unlike there own, that's just sad. Don't let it waste your time.
  12. Cigarettes

I Could be wrong, im sure someone will correct me otherwise. It makes your lungs to weak, your liver stronger, and by making your liver stronger makes your heart over active. Ciggarettes have some vitamin D in them, so there's your proof they're slightly good for your liver, its funny because liver is anger.. When you smoke you calm down, because the liver is already getting some of what it needs? But yeah.. Over active heart, liver, and under active lungs can cause alot of problems. Lot you don't want to have. I could be wrong, if there's any bums out there that think so please say so.
  13. Couple practices

Hahah. Yeah honestly who better then him? He's released very detailed, theoretical titles that I've liked. There's plenty of points I don't 100% agree with but he definitely tries, and is a very smart man. I'd be really interested if he did write such a book.. Im looking foward to his tibetan book that's soon to be published.
  14. Couple practices

I read Couples practices for "A Couple Practices, that are useful". Whoops
  15. Dai Gong? Do you mean Dian gong? Could you explain what dai gong is?
  16. Couple practices

Meditate outside. Books - Embryonic Qi gong, and Root of chinese qi gong. Both good books.
  17. Over weight qigong masters?

Im glad at the last qi gong workshop they didn't serve donuts. ( I would have surely been known as "that guy", eating all the donuts) When I look at food now though, I just think quality over quantity. Nutrition wise. Also having to do with kali's fight club post. Im pretty much the same.. If you can't just drop everything and move you've become to attached to something. That's a bit different if you have a girlfriend or something though. Ofcourse still move, but accomodate them.
  18. some favorite spots

Haha Nice. If I see a bear I'll say "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" and then hadou-ken him. (Yeah im a total nerd)
  19. some favorite spots

If I were to be a hermit anywhere, it'd probably be New Zealand.. Really hope if 2012 is true it's left untouched haha.
  20. Over weight qigong masters?

    *Double Post*
  21. Over weight qigong masters?

Yeah I agree. It's very rare that someone maintain there entire bodys health to the point they would not need any exercise. Also the more energy you have pretty much the less appetite you have. Unless you're actually hungry. All I know is when im done meditating I don't want to eat or even drink for about an hour. I guess the reason they gain weight is either they don't up the exertion to there physical workouts, and eating when they're not actually hungry, rather only eating for taste.
  22. This is to Non aswell. It all depends on the individuals motives. If they're looking all for power and no self change (In Belief systems, morals) then yes, things like this will happen. Whether it be hurt themselves by being incredibly selfish.. or being so Obsessed with an idea that you follow what anyone tells you in that field (no matter how much a joke that anyone is). I Don't think it's exactly a great thing to put down these people you call "mo pai" wana be's though. Being that alot of them I'd imagine in the end are trying to end up at the same route. Much like fearful people following anything they see on tv having to do with politics. You can look at it with only two sides, but there's much more.
  23. Sorry I hadn't pointed out what I actually meant. What I was stating was I can hold full lotus for about as long as I want. Atleast as long as I need to. Right now I don't meditate very long, but if I needed to im sure I could count on my legs to endure. They do go numb after about 40 minutes, but that doesn't really bother me. If the circulation started to cause problems like change the color of my legs THEN I would be forced to stop. What I mainly meant was, I can hold lotus for awhile, but not any more then I value my legs .
  24. An average tao bums day?

Eh what the hell I'll put mine to Wake up (anywhere between 6 am and 2 pm ) Run roughly 1 to 3 miles on an empty stomach (that's my norm right now). Normally meditate right after I run, then eat. (at about 9 am, breakfast) Stir fry spinach/broccoli/celery, possibly carrots, and eggplants aswell. Drink a bottle of water with that, or vegetable juice, or green tea. Go on the computer and watch a couple of my youtube subscriptions, mainly theyoungturks (independant news). after that probably play some starcraft. Next meal after that (May workout before or after that meal). Then I pretty much either read over a chi kung/nei kung book or other.. Listen to porcupine tree, do research, maybe meditate again and then sleep. The next day is roughly the same.
