    So far I've not run into problems. I feel the energy moving and such. Anyway, im wondering if I should be moving it/storing it conciously. I usually just have light focus on my dan tien and I feel completely fine even alittle more active then before. Just is there any general knowledge im missing? I'd rather know before I run into any problems. Thanks

  7. Had a strange feeling, not sure if I should be worried.. Basically I was stretching lying on my back, and I straighten my back completely and tucked my pelvis in. I felt this big gas sensation a bit above my dan tien for the entire time I was laying like this. Which was about 2 seconds. Dont know if I was just putting pressure on that part of intestines or something, anyway just a bit paranoid on the matter. Feedback is appreciated

    I've heard little on this style but supposedly its a very secret method much like empty force, but was used by chinese palace guards way way back. Would any of you have any info on it? Other then the book Ancient Chinese way to health by Paul Dong, I haven't heard of it since.

    I"ve heard and experienced moxa being using on the lower dan tien. Theres specific instructions though. After the second time burning moxa, I felt my feet become warm. In normal tempature there never freezing anymore.

  14. So im walking my chiuaua outside at night. It was pretty dark but I could see some clouds, I stared a little. Had some humming in my left kidney, then abdomen/dantien. A very light touch of it though, it stayed awhile though. It was just very spontaneous. I've had it stronger before but it had to be more a realization or thinking on what im seeing. I just wonder maybe the characteristics of what im seeing (dark blue) may correlate to where these sensations come up in the first place. What are you're thoughts?

    I'll get to seeing one eventually. Been eating steamed vegetables for breakfast every morning, so I'll continue to do that till then.

    Hm im not really sure about that. I'd imagine strengthening you're back like mentioned before and excelling in some basic back stretches. For example - feet/legs together on the floor, then stretch foward. In the beginning thats actually a pretty harsh stretch. Pacing yourself is a good idea.

    Hm don't do sit ups. Crunches and the exercises called the planks may help. Crunches are simple.. The reason you don't do situps is because they ruin your posture by pushing your hips more foward and not strengthening your lower back as much as your abdomen. So crunches can help. I also strongly advise the isometrics exercise called the planks, because it works your core and back muscles. if you dont want to do crunches, just settles for the planks. Its really a great exercise overall.

    Just because you stop active energy cultivation does not mean you can't cultivate your mind/self to become a more better person. So it never stops. If ofcourse your bettering yourself

    Just because something may seem or even be overrated may not mean its untrue.. Afterall, the main reason things are overrated are because its..well, its Good. In those peoples perspectives ofcourse. Things easy to see that are enjoyable ect. Also question is.. Are you willing to do something dangerous for something you don't even know is true?

    Well I guess since theres a topic. (Only reason im replying to "this" far back topic is because I've had no internet for awhile) You may or may not learn from the mantra guy, but this stance works, its also not something to just mess with. I would'nt do it that often but hell it works well, if you have a high up there time. I don't think many people from that guys site do it right though, so probably not the place to learn. Just an assumption, would'nt know though.
  24. So I've been training and making more progress.. I heard closings after qi gong are very important.. Then again I know alotta've people who don't.. What are your opinions on it?
