Really well said.. I've been seeing it the same way lately And Non, have you tried maybe going to a town event? yoga class? I say yoga class cause you'll know theres atleast a bridge you can work with. Also keep in mind getting to know people can be alot easier when your not trying.

Well you could try "exhaling" it out. Visualizing it leaving and then visualizing cleaner better air/energy coming in down into the abdomen. I've had the same pain in the ribs cage/same areas but only twice has it been bad enough to think something of it. The only thing I can think of related is strong breathing when relaxed or in meditation. I remember around the time when I was doing a breathing method I would either stronger a big too much exhaling or start an inhale way to fast, later resulting in pain. Just thought I'd say incase you would find something related.

Have you been doing qi gong? If so have you been doing closings?

The more you generalize women the more you'll push yourself away from getting one.

I agree about the whole taking blood thing too. I'd get blood work done alot when I was young.. Anyway you know where im going with this lol.
-
Im going to start off and say im not sure.. But I think I have the same thing going on.. I felt basically the same with little pain here and there (probably from breathing alittle to strong sometimes). The only reason im worried is alotta've energy isen't supposed to pass through the heart so.. Something to watch out. If you feel too much focus on your chest when abdominal breathing you may notice its actually alot more tense then you think.. So try and keep the rib cage from moving and control the diaphram without straining the chest.

Yeah find a little group of things you like and stick to it. Great advice, some people are all over the place and make no progress.

You may notice sleeping in the day will make you dream more.. Or if you stay up and sleep in the morning. It gets really whacky when people you dont expect show up in them

Well articulated, thank you

Hm, nah I disagree. Dont you believe it matters on the fighter? And there was a wing chun guy in the first UFC im pretty sure.. He did horrible but another one did great supposedly. I know what your saying about fighting by there own rules but hey they go into the ring knowing that dont they? Also the reason people conform to martial arts like BJJ is because there effective, and when they get you unless you know how to get out your often in trouble. I'll still call the guy who does TKD and does BJJ the TKD guy.. It depends on the fighter and these fighters are expressing the art the way they want.

I read if not properly rooted in practice and moving to fast the shen can leave the body and im not sure if this has happened to me or its just a case of being unbalanced in some area.. But I've had stuff going on for awhile like short term memory loss/way less attention span/temporary blindness/deafness/loss of balance/not feeling in the situation. I was thinking this could be the cause? I've heard of it and its sad to admit but I dont quite feel like myself all the time. What I mean by that is I feel like I can't handle situations aswell anymore and I've been trying to work back what I feel I lost. feedback is much appreciated.

@ electric sounds interesting.. I've sorta've tried. @ cat Yeah I understand, I'll get more rooting done. thanx all

Hm well do you think working on the horse stance aswell as hui yin meditation will do the job? Lol
-
So if I work on it more will these symptoms start to fade you think?
-
Yeah I noticed that actually.. I keep trying to go back to older methods/things I liked to wake up some of that "broken wiring" aswell as doing stuff/thinking how I use too. Sometimes though I "do" tap into my memory, what I mean by that is sometimes I have nearly as good memory as I use too. Anyway yea I know its there but theres a disconnect. really like a reservoir. Yeah I've been coping lol. Thanks alot, I'll take that advice.

I'd suppose you could ask your teacher. -
Correct me if im wrong but just like you said gravity can be used for propulsion in a sense.. So it nots so much that yang or yin is stronger/weaker.. But rather different uses. just saying.
