    Lol I've always known how brutal they can be.. There killing machines that demand respect.. Like other animals that dont eat meat kill people sometimes too.. I've known this.. lol. Eviander.. Thats the thing I've been reasonably concious and Able to choose and such what to do, im not just observing.. Even though running and watching sorta've is. Plus if it was lucid would'nt that defeat the purpose? lol @ Scotty im not going to sugar code it the last dream was extremely intense. I was Extremely scared.. and felt a massive amount of chi circulating in in my abdomen counter clockwise.. After the dream I was like amazed.. It was so real. But I did end up dieing in the dream =( lol when I realized it dident hurt I actually chuckled alittle realizing how scared I was before.

    Yeah well the Yin Energy in mo pai comes much later then the yang.. And in other schools its just as possbile (Even Trained for).. And yes in mo pai the energy is just around the body a close layer/aura. Mo Pai isent required for something like this though.. These things come around the corner of training.. Well in mo pai.. It may not take very very long with other schools either because they'll train for it - for a period of time or so.

    Ah its cool. Seems you got an experience outta've it.. Also lucid dreaming isent even all that hard without directions if you just imagine your already dreaming before you sleep. I got it on the first night when I did that. plus I bet KAP is well worth it. cheers =D

    Lol I can definetly relate.. One of my I guess "fears" would be the word is bugs crawling in my ears or something when im asleep.. So usually when the bigger vibrations come and such and there there its hard not to move an inch lol I always think (what if it is a spider...) then I realize.. If im in the jungle meditating 10 years from now and I still care if theres bugs on me I've failed already. <.< That works. How long did you do the lucidology before switching over to KAP? And was it because you diden't really see results in the lucidology?

    For lucid dreaming a few things that work : Certainty - Being sure you will before you sleep. Another is imagining your in a dream already but full on and your trying to wake up (sleep).

    I've had OBE's by accident.. Lucid dreams you just have to really get once.. Then there much easier. Actually a few days ago someone sent me this link.. It's actually really good lol I like it.     Yeah imo a few monetary systems just are inhuman.. Well all but some more then others.. The only thing that can really help (OTHER then communism) is moderation.. Thats a big reason the US is messed anyway <.<.. Because the system doesnt seem to matter - If it was it'd be effective..

    Well I can only show in person.. Its 90 degrees with feet pigeon toad.. All I can say theres ALOT more to the stance. Anyway yeah my alignment will change through the stance.. sadly.. lol.

    Mm Over sleeping and sleeping at night leads to memory lapses.. Funny thing though I was sleeping fine and my memory pretty much completely depleted.. I barely have short term anymore.

Lol Yeah I actually check out alignment first.. Sometimes I just wing it.. but usually to make sure I check everything out. It changes when your in the stance.

    Matters if you want both sides of information.. If you dont but you want to learn.. Its just another science.. Totally different language (metaphorically) so it should'nt matter unless your trying to bridge the gap between 2 or more sciences. If you dont just carry on.. You'll learn what you need anyway.

    Mm Thanks Gold. About heel toe running - Tarahumara indians.. Run in sandles hundreds of miles (Believe it or not).They originate from mexico and theres only a handful left, there lessons are only recently discovered and passed to other people now so thats good.. But they are being pushed outta've where they live and killed too which is bad.. Some of them complete full marathons even some being 90 years old.. One reported marathon win the guy was 55 years old. Anyway yeah Very interesting tribe.. But so the knee problems arent tied to this accidently I must say I've had them since before and they were worse then. Anyway thanks very much. Oh and one more thing.. Yeah your totally right about landing on the balls of your feet.. When you land on your heels all the impact goes to your bones/tendons.
