  1. Yunnan Chi Tse Beeng Cha Pu-Erh Tea

well there's the traditional gongfu (kung fu) method of brewing tea. What I do though.. is they say to first rinse the leaves with boiling water, and twice if it's of the older variety. So I boil the water, pour a little just to immerse the tea in the boiling water, and quickly pour it out. I do this twice in total. Then u can either brew it the 'kung fu' method of pouring the amount of water u want for tea in it and brew it for 30 seconds or so and drink that, and for each later steeping u add 30 seconds or so more, until u get a light brew. The western method is just after rinsing you brew it anywhere from 3-10 minutes. The best thing about the tea is that it doesn't get bitter at all it only gets stronger and stronger, the way westerners like their tea.. and this way it can be used as a replacement for coffee. The correct color is darker than red tea (or black tea if u refer to it in the english language translation), perhaps even like coffee looking.
  2. Yunnan Chi Tse Beeng Cha Pu-Erh Tea

Well I got the yellow label pu erh cake. Not sure what yellow label means. It has a really warming affect on my body and blood, waking up my metabolism, invigorating. The tea I have is I think cooked... But really I dont even think of the taste as being musty, if it even is. It's a really earthy taste, like tree bark, and/or like dirt? I never tried dirt. But more of a tree bark kind of taste.
  3. Green Tea

I like gyokuro because of it's relaxing properties, the higher amonuts of l-theanine. Matcha. Jasmine Dragon Pearl Green Tea. I also like Oolongs. I really like pu-erh teas. There's a new one called GABA tea but you can't find it anywhere else other than the internet. It has lots of GABA. Regards Oh yea and kombucha.
  4. Yea I know the whole "ego" thing, and the realization that who's to really say that whatever higher power that can help is NOT you, all is one, etc. I guess intellectually I can grasp it, but not experientially, or maybe it's the other way around? I guess maybe ego gets in the way yea.
  5. Now, that's I guess as regards saving 'my butt'. But I've been able to heal others with my chi and reiki, so... I know there's energy.
  6. That's acutally not quite right. If I do this unconsciously then so be it but I state right now that I would like a higher power to help me.. but I don't want to be dependent on something external at the same time..
  7. Never. I don't believe in such forces. These are all self made. Well at least not for me there wouldn't be any higher power.
  8. Sprouts...

I love sprouts. I think they're like, perhaps the ultimate food. Especially as a source of vegan protein. Mung beans, high in protein the second highest in protein next to soy.
  9. Sprouts...

Yea! And the best thing about it is, No gas! And it takes a lot to fill you up.. for some reason. So you can eat a lot of it and you dont feel as full as if you had eaten those sprouts cooked. Over here they sell what they call "snack sprouts". They come in little boxes, and they are just bunches of different kinds of beans which are sprouted. But of course the sprouts I'm talking about are not the full tailed sprouts, but the ones with very small tails. I think those are best for protein because if they get too big then you wont be getting so much protein obviously, and you'll have to eat a lot. A mix of red and green/brown lentils, with snowpeas, mung beans, adzuki beans. Or you can omit the snowpeas because they can taste a little strong by themselves but if you eat the whole mix by the handful they compliment it very nicely. For some reason you don't find much information on "snack sprouts" on the internet. Must be a somewhat new thing. Plus the company that sells them are based here in Miami so I guess they only sell to local grocery chains. Snack Sprouts
  10. Miracle Mineral Supplement/Solution

Yea it cured my angular cheilitis. Also.. I didn't know about that anti-oxidant thing. That seems even harder since all vegetarian food has anti-oxidants... But yea I can't take it on an empty stomache either, you really shouldn't. At least in the higher doses higher than 6. And I can't STAND THE SMELL!!!!!! Makes me vomit. The fumes are toxic. Oh, and don't drink it with just water.. the fumes will not be masked and will end up burning the throat. It is relatively cheap if you want to try it. And you should only get it from an approved source. ie http://www.projectgreenlife.com/cart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=1&idaffiliate=5170 I got this one. Also like I said.. I dont know exactly how selective it is in killing just bacteria. They SAY it doesn't harm the internal gut flora but I'm not sure of that. I read somewhere that it just steals electrons from wherever it goes. Though I dont know of the chemistry all that much. It's a chemical oxidant.. who knows if it just oxidizes bacteria or everything. The books written by Jim "Humble" is kinda hard to understand sometimes, mistakes about the book, spelling and grammatical. I have used it internally though. I haven't had much of a cause to take it though I guess since I didn't really notice much other than an increase of energy, but then again I haven't taken it long enough. It will kill parasites too I assume, pretty efficiently too, or any other pathogenic microbe.
  11. Miracle Mineral Supplement/Solution

I have it. It's good as an anti-fungal on the skin and such. It's pretty good for killing things inside the body too but I haven't been able to keep up with the dosages 3 times a day AND staying away from foods with vinegar or vitamin C as it says to stay away from it. I'm also unsure as to whether it is all that selective...
  12. Pushups as conditioning

    spiderman pushups...
  13. I've been watching this group of people they're pretty interesting. Lifephysicsgroup.org recently they had a sign up for a study. I should have told you guys about it but now it's too late.
  14. Well.. I tried to be celibate for 100 days before, but failed after the second month. Well I'm not one month or so into it again.. but last time I was doing more meditation. Now I hardly do it anymore. Am I supposed to be doing some kind of meditative exercise? I'm specifically looking for sublimation/transmutation exercises.. and preferrably free, easy, and effective ones. So far... I've been trying to get into the Six Tibetan Rites again, but with my schedule sometimes it's hard to get all 21 reps in so I just do a minimum of 7. Same with meditation in full lotus MCO tho that I've almost completely abandoned since I've been just reading alot and doing other things. plus the full lotus or meditative practices don't really do much for my sexual desire. And my diet does kind of suck too, and I'm addicted to flavor, salt, spices etc. the book Practice of Brahmacharya I've gotten about halfway through. Man it's hard to have a sattvic diet when you're either so busy or it seems like u don't have the resources. Or maybe I'm just lazy.. or tired. Or both. I'm also vegan too so. Eating out does not help at all. So I know I need to get back into it.
  15. I dont have any interest in "pick up artist" material...
  16. goji berries

I've recently been obsessed about goji berries. They are really good for the eyes, blood, upping testosterone, sexual vitality esp. upping testosterone. Anyway.. I've been reading about how there are 2 breeds: lycium barbarum and lycium chinense. Kinda hard to tell apart I would assume, since that's what I've read.. tho I think chinense is spicier. The barbarum is the one that's been marketed the most because of it's health effects.. though chinense has been sold under the same name because they're cheaper but not the real thing. I've noticed also.. that here in the west.. there are goji berries being sold with very high vitamin A and C content, and goji berries with much lower vitamin A and C content.... I was wondering if that had anything to do with the certain breed. What do you think?

  19. I went to the local chinese store the other day and bought these two teas. I am not sure which one exactly made me feel really good, but its possible both did. I brewed them both in the same cup. Anyway.. one was a mixture of tienchi ginseng (really good for blood) and salvia, the other was Jue Ming fructus lycii with cassia obtusifolia (jue ming). The combination made me feel really strong. it instantly refreshed my mind.
  20. Reptilians?!

According to the theory Iknow of.. we are 80 percent annunaki genes with 20 percent of the homo erectus ancient humanoids. We also have a reptilian brain, and mammalian brain.
  21. Yea well this is not really ginseng, but it's called Tienchi ginseng/pseudoginseng/notoginseng.
  22. Reptilians?!

also... History Channel's Ancient Aliens, The series http://www.history.com/shows/ancient-aliens Online: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZYYmOgdVdI&feature=related ALso.. I pretty much think that a majority of our past has been hidden, archaelogical evidence has been removed, and switched around to keep us from knowing the truth. Same goes for all ancient mystical, spiritual traditions and religions. Including daoism. Especially since, much if not the majority of what originated in the ancient mystical traditions were actually Passed down from ETs. Many of the mythological deities were also ETs.
  23. Reptilians?!

A source told me that actually Marduk is not the only one against humanity. Reptiles are as well, and perhaps Marduk and his faction are under them. Just so you know, there are 2 factions of annunaki.. Serpent, which Marduk leads, and Ram which is on our side, or rather against the serpent faction.
  24. Reptilians?!

I didn't know reptilians were Annunaki. I thought they were different species. Anyways.. there is a faction of reptiles that certainly are not for humanity.
  25. Reptilians?!

they are the Verdants. http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/vida_alien/vidaalien_signtimes.htm Some reptiles are good, others aren't for humanity. Reptilian humanoids have been documented in numerous ancient texts.
