  1. Michael Winn - Opening the Microcosmic Orbit

For me this is a very important point, Vajrasattva, in order to give him credit. Not so long ago my Master told me during one of my dreams: "the real masters are always humble, actually they never say what they are". This strongly reminds me the well known tao te ching proverb: "Those who know don't speak; those who speak do not know it."

Thank you Trunk for the piece of advice. I do not want to go against the rules so if there is somebody interested in sharing material we could do it through PM Thank you very much Dog for sharing your point of view with us. Unfortunately, I live far from the USa so I will stick to the video just to have a rough idea about what he teaches.
  3. I believe we are quite a few who are really interested in the books your may share. By the way, I've been skimming through the book as well and I agree with the previous comments. It covers a lot of theory but it skips the practical issues which is normally what I am looking for. To be honnest, this is something I miss when I search books to build a good practical foundation. I hardly find books which deal with the practical aspects in a seriously way, normally they just focus on theory which never leads to anywhere.

I am happy to be part of this community. I have registered long time ago but never decided to take part in it and basically there were two reasons for this. Firstly because I was afraid I was not knowledgeable enough in English as the average user here. Secondly due to my poor knowledge in terms of Taoism. I have been studying esoterism for many years and I have enrolled some esoteric schools just to find that all what I need lies within myself. Then, I spent half of my life just meditating and seeking for enlightment through virtue and pureness. Lately, I have found that some taoist practises are powerful and useful to maintain a good balance between soul and body and I started to study Chikung and practise it on a daily basis. I am eager to learning from you all and to share as much as I can. All my gratitude to all of you who struggle for enlightment and share wisdom selfishness. Blessings for all the Tao Bums. Paz
