This is something to pay attention. 3) It is also proved that Chia has plagiarized books and has taken the knowledge from other authors without permission or whatsoever.

Thank you sabin1star for your interesting input. To be honest, I am very suspicious about the method that Chia teaches. I have never met anyone talking to have achieved anything valuable from him. Time goes by quickly, and I wonder what they get from those sexual practices I would like to see more HT students giving their feeback and sharing their experiences here, that would be nice because there is a lot of wrong information out there, and sexual techniques are, most of times, far from being healthy. By the way, I have just heard that Mantak got divorced from Maneewan, some say that he left his wife of many years, in pursuit of a young girl from the local village. me too. I have started a few weeks ago. However after years of practicing maditation on a daily basis I found the first step challenging enough to spend a couple of months on it. The aim of being able to focus on one thought for 10 minutes or more is very hard to accomplish, so I try not to push my trainning very much and to be pacient with myself. On the other hand and after some years of experience and practice with different disciplines, it seems to me one of the most practical and effective Western method to develop oneself.

Not that supertitious. I am not concerned about whether I keep or not my semen but about developing a strong willpower which goes beyond my animal instint or negative habits. On the other hand, it is quite remarkable the feeling of being depleted after ejaculation. I have just decided to use this energy to spiritual purposes and no to serve my own desires. This is the reason why I have also chosen to abstain myself from sex as much as I can. This decision was made when realizing how little freedom I had over my life. When this happened, I experienced a kind of revolution within myself against all those psychological forces wich prevent me from acting at will. To me, the internal power that comes from this process is so remarkable that surpasses by far any kind of annoyance.

My master is able to perfom certain abilities that I was reluctant to believe they were for real, and even so those skills were never something to show off or be proud of.
