It is however the fastest way for You to realize it when you work with the BODY / MIND & SPIRIT together as one. It does not have a form yet it can be in any form. It is also beyond the concept of form & Formless. It has its own Consciousness & Intelligence. It is both Linear & Circular yet also beyond these 2 concepts. It is All knowing. It is all things and it is beyond All things. It is the Creator of All things Seen & Unseen. from it comes all. to it goes All that is manifested. It has had many names yet its best name is the one no one knows. Runes can also be used as a mantra or a Chant. My reasons to give to India, malaysia & Indonesia is one that is very simple yes it is not war stricken. I give back to the lands that have provided me with a tremendous amount of knowledge. If you do not know what "Giri" is i suggest you research it. The war areas that i give to are in the middle east & in Africa. i use mantras & zikr a lot. Its very powerful. i believe its good to have a good Mantra+ yantra + asana (Posture) + Mudra (internal or external) + Breath (Chi Kung or Pranayam) + Bandha (Lock). its the whole package.
