best thing to do is just sit in meditation or lay down and do relaxed deep belly breathing & conciously ask your higher self or Shen to tune you into "Shaktipat transmission from Santiago Dobles & Susan Carlson. You can Speak about it, Read about it, Speculate about it..... But best is to shut up and sit down and breath and do it till it happens. Its not "FAKED" its not "DELUSIONAL". It is what it is, call it what ever you wish....It still "IS". As for LEVELS and DEGREES it just becomes "Higher" and also more Subtle both OUTER & INNER. Also you may experience it occurring in other realms of existing as well. Do not take "ANY" book as gospel but sit with people and meditate with people who have it. There is no ONE AUTHORITY. on it. If you are doing the Tummo work in Kap 1 and 5pb you will develop Iron Shirt with out effort and also develop loads of Wei Chi. Hmm.... Well being a humble yogi on the Sufi path doing meditation and prayer almost 24/7 aswell there is no issue with being close to Allah in your heart no matter what you are doing (Including the Horizontal Gong Fu ....). Infact Women are to be loved and treated Dear to Allah. Sex is a moment to unify and heal and go beyond the senses & the experience. The zikr is deep in the heart and it will reveal the face of the Beloved. I make love to my wife daily sometimes all day and all I can say is that I know it brings her & I closer to God's Grace. Mikaelz you and i have had interactions before. You remind me of the guy that has the chance to actually learn something but keeps going about it in the manner that actually keeps him from really experiencing it for real. Even though he has all the "MAPS" infront of him. Somethings are not meant to be "STUDIED" in the left brain mode. ABSORB what is useful (Most of the original stuff that comes from MAHASIDDHA YOGA & Pre BUDDHIST Shamanism (bonpo). The rest is just "Organized Religion" I did for years its almost 90% Bogus. & Most of it comes from Ancient Persia & its roots are the same as what you have in Catholicism (Mithraism) AKA "PRIESTHOOD". Do they have great methods? YES but good luck you will be kissing ass for years and doing a LOT of shit that us USELESS till you get to the real stuff. If it works for you great...
