I have learned Qigong for more than 20 years in China, it is so difficult to find a real good Qigong master at time you met a real master. it will become a legend in the book. like liping wang (or zhiping wang) luck me, I have a real master . if you want learn Qigong, learn Tianhua Qigong, and it has steps, after step 4 you will find out how good it is. it is no necessary learn from me, or be my bank machine, now, it is very cheap as well, someone should teaching in US, google, "Tianhua" "Qilin" "kylin" "zhonggong" and your location. keep going after step 4 , then if you think, " I was cheated" I will refund you money.in China , more then 38000000 people has learned this form. for each person, 7 *3 hours , charged about 3US$ at that time, my master make a lot of money of it. As I know, Liping wang (or zhiping wang) is a high level Qigong master, I mean he is a person with a lot Qi and gong, but I don't know how he teach. Xin yan is good too, but he teach "Xing" gong a lot, should learn a form with "Xing Ming" Gong . he is in America. Dalai lama is a high level person ( or Living Buddha) as my master, and way advanced to other masters. but as I know , he do not teach Qigong.

most of them are true, but in some case , there is an other possible. those "possible " are very minimum. when you meet , do not fool by me, decide by yourself, look their eye. 1. Their physical body is not in shape. If they claim their fat is qi, watch out. if you go to the Buddha temple, there is a big fat Buddha, he is "future Buddha, mi le fo" . there are 500 Rohans in Buddha, one is blind , one is disable. in current life, xiong changgui is a big fat guy, Xiong passed a few years ago. master Xingyun from Taiwang is a fat guy, but if you want learn wushu, he is not a right person, Dalai lama do not have strong sharp, I wish he could have me as indoor student. 2. They do not have a normal support system in life. Example, they live in someone else's house or their parents basement. my master has at least 50,000,000 US$ in the bank, from year 1991 to 1992, he was live on the street, sleep in the park. 3. They stick to a religious viewpoint. if a religion stay for more then 800 years, then it must have something to be able to stand for that long. 4. They cannot demonstrate anything. A true teacher should be able to demo at least something from the practice. if you want learn from a Gongfu master, you are right. for Qigong hmmmm, maybe not, I would say 80% could not be demonstrate. 5. They think that the way to qi cultivation is by stealing energy or transferring energy from other humans. to steal Qi is ture, but base on Karma , steal will result lung and nose health problem, the real master will told you how to defense from Qi thief. real master will give Qi and Gong to his student. Do not steal any thing include Qi. 6. They don't dance. C'mon, you can't trust a spiritual figure who can't cut a rug! you are asking to much, man. 7. They are loud, overly emotional, or generally out of touch. Serenity is one of the goals of serious meditation, not mania. most master should not loud, no anger , but as I know some top master do beat students, in history, beat student happen a lot. here, go to jail..... 8. Their house/car/or living area is a mess. When you clean your environment, you are cleaning your heart. maybe they do not care, there are more important thing to do , 10. (Hanging weights by your scrotum isn't a little funny?? Really?) In Shaolin, they do have this, but only you are an after black belt fighter,it has two way, one is scrotum go inside of body, one is can hang wight, so it donot hurt to much if it was attected . in all gongfu form, they all have beat, catch or kick scrotum, otherwise what is the point. now it getting popular, because someone think it will increase sex ability. I don't know

"Sense Pleasures" it is come from Chan (Zen) Ding. ChanDing has 8 level, the first level of Chan (Zen) is Sense Pleasures form bottom of your heart. why those people living in the temple for 30 years , are they crazy ?. no, they feel those pleasure. it is much better then some good food or sexual pleasure. only some people have those, some others heard about those pleasure with personal understanding , go to a term in phylogsiph;ogggsdfs.

I rather jump out things to look back, the west doing very good on detail, east take care of things in whole, both of them has advance , if combine them together , we human are going to make a big step forward

as Taoist said about Tao : Tao is simple, (only a few rules, Tao de Jing say 7 rules) and Tao is Accurate. accurate means what ever this thing is big or small, it has to follow those rules. sad, I can not prove. but I do able to prove something scientist can not explain, such as the exist of Qi, and something else. Karman is inculded in Tao philosophical system. it is called "rule of consequence " surely this is a dynamic system, karma is the factor , or law of this system, as you said this 1 million variables, non-linear system has to be controlled by something, can you give me a factor? as we can see the human has been development very well in last 5000 years, in everything, include morality. how dare someone say it is random process. how could some factors control this system, I will give a example in math, say your dimension is a line, my dimension is a surface include your line. how could you image my movement in the surface, now, your demension is a surface, I am in 3D, how could you image my freedom, but everyting for me is so easy and simple, now, you are in 3D, I am in 4D (3D +time, I can travel on time) . how could you understand I can watch pass, not you are in 4D, I am in 5D (4D + speed) . ..... in Tao there are 33 demsnsion.

and , it is not a simple reincarnation, reincarnation is Process, the goal is improve the soul. the live changed follow the middle cure of the Yinyang sign, reincarnation ,reincarnation , reincarnation .... and at some point Yin change to Yang, or Yang change to Yin, after Change it will not be same as before anymore, it is another higher level "soul" . a totally change or upgrade. like ice became water, water become steam. steam has highest energy

this proved my point, Gates can get money in a very easy way, why Apple lost that share, Apple has the copy right of Windows. IBM has first OS DOS at pc, and PC was designed by IBM. why Gates make OS money on PC. by all mean, the money will go to his GATE. he has the good Karma , the money are his. Gates do bad thing in this life, he will have bad karma too. but I am sure , he will rich again in next life. born with money. for sure, he will has so hard time, since he use his money give others hard time too. btw, Apple sell Windows copy right to Gates, first MS windows was writed by MS basic. IBM give Gates the right to sell OS on PC. at that time, MS-DOS are almost copied from IBM-DOS. but he has the right to do so.

it is not black/white, if you have seen Taiji sign, you can see that Yin in the yang, yang in the Yin, and Yin and yang are not separate, there is a cure make the connection, so if you are in the go to heaven side, sure there are still a small part of hell side problem, so our real life is complicate enough, good people , bad people , good thing, bad thing. ... there are nothing random at rebirth, base on the karma all has been arranged , this is even hard to accept, all life has been decide too. every group soul has a master, he find a best way for you and let you choose "some of you" . the master will choose the best for you , and arrange suffering for everyone , by all mean, in all kind of way, and what you do in this life and some other life will decide your next life karma, unless you become Buddha or Xian . reached Void

but the final goal of Taoist is go to heaven. "When this body dies the soul dies with it." when the body die , the body do not disappear, it is a exist, at this time the body is like a stone, the stone is not alive because it do not have a spirit. if body is still a exist, why soul disappear . at this world nothing will just disappear, why soul will die or gone? if "When this body dies the soul dies with it." then what is the purpose of the live die just Yin (spirit ) and yang (body) separate, born is Yin (spirit ) and yang (body) come together.

There are no prove that soul, Karma and heaven as well as hell in scientifically. (those Hypnotist don't even know Karma,) during the Hypnosis some people can tell things in pass, at this time, if you ask "why we two get mirage ,? " or "why this health problem happened to ###?" . "why ##be $$'s son" they will told you a cause, that is karma. a exist. and after talk with different people, those people who can watch with 3rd eye give me same story!!!! you do not have to believe it, but you are controlled by it. Those are words about Tao, such as "Tao is simple and precision" it also has meaning of Karma, what ever happen it has to precisely controlled by those simple laws, this process cause result are karma. I also have seen karma in one's this life, he did something, something happened, such as a man did business in a bad way, then he got sick, he saw doctor everywhere, till he spend all his money . he is good again. one guy did something then run away, disappear, the girl hate him. he got cancer start from leg. please notice: "run away" and "leg"

There are Two Shaolin, One in Cantonese call South Shaolin one in Chinese call North Shaolin. all educated people should be able to speak Mandarin even those people speak Cantonese .Taiwan Sinjiapo speak Mandarin too.

anger will make liver sick, effect heart too. a lot of things will be effected, during the anger you may feel energized, since it is fire up. Liver is wood (fire will burn wood), lung is metal (fire ko metal), heart (fire) will beat fast. but after anger people feel tired. to practice Qigong or Tao . two things should be controlled, anger and wind , do not meditation in the wind, specially wind from a gap close to you. if you have deep in meditation and deeply understand Tao, it hard to be anger

it is true. none of us are guaranteed, but that do not stop us to try, to explore . maybe some way works, and if it works that will be so beautiful.

There is a story for Buddha, one day a woman with pregnancy symptoms come to his temple , told Buddha's students that the unborn belong to Buddha, ...., in the end, people find out that she do not even have a baby, she put a bowl on there. afterward, the students ask Buddha. you are Buddha already proved in the stage of empty, why still have this kind things happening, Buddha said in this world , Karma can not just gone, this things is because one of my life I did this this this wrong. even Buddha are still controled by karma. what about us? so we are not fear with karma will happened , it will come anyway. we are fear to make new bad karma.

Dantian is location, Dan will be build at Dantian. "Tian " means field. Dan means a small mediation ball. "meditate it" is the way, breathing almost gone, "emotions bubbling up" for 7 days will result lost all of years Qigong. so control your self. did you feel very tired after angry? do you mean angry by "emotions bubbling up"?

Qigong are "NeiGong" Nei means internal , Gong long term practice to archeal a result. "Bone washing" are you talking about a book from Shaolin "Medullary washing Jing" . if you are in Toronto, you do not need go inside the door, I teach all those security in detail. some of my brothers are teaching in Jappen, koran, america, etc. in Jappen they do charge for $500. yes, that is right, but start from dantian, go down then back, to top, back to dantian. like some post said:"My teacher says, why dig a channel if you have no water?" so, you need work on Dan at Dantian first. Dan is a small ball, I can feel it at Dantian, people are different .

original sin: someone told me that because a woman eat a apple, karma: all those "WHY" it is because karma, 3rd eye can watch what is cause of those "WHY" such as during war time, a lady rubbed another lady's food, and push her into a well, and drop stone on her. the consequence are all her sons , grandsons, sons of grandsons, one leg are disabled at born, There is a western book call "the Journey of soul " . it has a story, a high class lady in French is a very good personal, but she ridicule a old beggar on her street, in next live , she is a beggar , the even waster problem is " she also has psyche problem, do not even know to ask for food." that look not fair for us, but it is the rule of god. and you have to believe in reincornation for KARMA. there are good KARMA too. not all karma are bad. in "Tao de jing" Karma called " rule of consequence" " a cause and effect Newtonian universe" is Karma in Physics if you expend this "cause and effect" to universe with no time and space limitation, not limited in physics, expend to THINGS, things include things, matter, time, space, life,.... that is Karma. Karma is a rule apply everything, not only physics. like Yingyang, it is rule or law of universe, it apply to everything

" suffering " : in west "more suffering make you more strong" . in Buddhism it has an important topic has same meaning "Ni Zhen shang yuan" . means "in the difficult stage , make you have good yuan" Suffering also come from Buddhism karma. you can not change karma. In Tao De Jing , Karma call "law of Consequence" also , everyone come this world has a mission . it include suffering. "goal of which is to get people to the stage where they are truly not suffering anymore," the goal is become Buddha, when you are a Buddha, there is no suffering. that is true. but when Buddha come back to this world for mission, Karma are in effect. there are two kind of Buddhism, one is "I will do good and practice to become Buddha in future live. the Tibet Buddhism believe I could be Buddha in this life . both of them are right. Tao also believe there is a short cut to become Xian in this life.

Taoist: the final goal of Taoist is go to heaven, and became one of the greatest and powerful soul . basically all the religion are same !! the good thing of Taoist : it has a written path step and step , to let you follow, to finish this Journey in a short cut. and it has speak out the law and rule of universe in Philosophy. in bible, it told you story , let you to imply the god's rule, those rules are "the law and rule of universe" also , in church I have seen the good and useful way of practice is "prey for forgetness and say sorry ,applogize for what you have done wrong" later in Tao, Taoist will have to do the same from the bottom of heart/
