  1. "unity in diversity" ?

What does that mean? Do you believe that because you say or think those words that they come true? Why do you choose to believe in limitations of what ' 'that which is' can be.. it can be parts/whole/both/neither, let go of what you think 'is' is, and it will reveal itself to you, through you, as you.. expectations and preconceptions distort the clarity of still mind's awareness, creating illusions about what 'is' is..
  2. "unity in diversity" ?

I am as continuous with Life as an ocean is with water, as a snowflake is with water, as a raindrop is with water, as a mud puddle is with water.. I am that which experiences its existence through me, as me, an independently functioning version of 'that' which 'is'..
  3. "unity in diversity" ?

There is what is.. we experience multiplicity, and conceive oneness.. we do not experience oneness, because there is a 'we' that is doing the experiencing.. we do not conceive multiplicity, we acknowledge it.. We are parts of a greater whole, greater by the synergy of its included parts...
  4. What I see

Greetings.. Your use of the word 'fish' indicates your awareness/understanding of the referenced experience.. the dissertation 'about' the simple reference of 'fish' might indicate an attachment to intellectualizing your beliefs.. rather that dwell in the mind's distorted attachments and beliefs, direct simplicity seems to have many advantages.. as long as the parties understand the 'fish' reference, why deviate the conversation? The claim, "there is no fish", seems like a lot of distraction by the mind's entertainment of its own self-imagery as a heavy philosophical presence to be reckoned with.. but, when someone says 'fish' i understand the meaning, and until the species is defined, the word is sufficient to convey an understandable concept, which i can relate to existence....so, rather than deviate into conceptual ideology, i keep paying attention to what is actually happening, simplicity.. Be well..
  5. What I see

Greetings.. LOL.. even a blind hog will find an acorn, occasionally.. Be well..
  6. The full price to be paid

Greetings.. No, the question had nothing to do with your metaphor.. i was admiring the umbrella, but noticing that you seem to be wet.. wondering why the fanfare didn't seem to work.. No distinctions will get you killed in heavy traffic, best to just pay attention.. too much 'thinking' about thinking/Tao will distract you from not thinking/clarity.. Be well..
  7. What I see

Greetings.. What a treat! the pretense of clever never ceases to amuse those that choose their wit to use rather than their originality.. Projecting one's personal limitations onto the rest of humanity only serves to magnify the limitation the projector tries to hide with the illusion that it is everyone else.. Be well..
  8. The full price to be paid

Greetings.. Existence is actually happening, we can be present for it, unconditionally alive and alert, paying attention to what is real.. or, we can think what we think is real, we can believe our imagined beliefs and twaddle over the words of others or.. we can find our own authentic words, through our own authentic experiences, rather than reliving other people's second-hand experiences.. Nice umbrella.. does it work? does it keep the rain off you? Be well..
  9. Embryonic Breathing

Greetings I pretty much agree, however there is a 'cosmic memory' of all that has ever happened, ever.. and the energetic signature of an experiencer tends to resonate with certain aspects of the cosmic memory, like prior experiences.. and, in stillness, it is possible to access the entirety of the cosmic memory, but that's quite another matter.. Be well..
  10. Calling Hard-Style Martial Artists

Greetings.. Just fight.. experience will condition you.. Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming's Mountain Retreat has some good workshops, or WCC Chen's school has some good 'hard internal' training, or David Chen/Chris Heintzman can shape you up fairly quickly.. Be well..
  11. Juice: Radical Taiji Energetics

Greetings.. I didn't "imply that Mr. Meredith must take part in tournaments to really establish that he is legitimate", it is more acceptable than suspicious videos and talk, though.. i stated my observations and concerns about the video, and if someone's going to put themselves out there with a "but wait, i know what you're thinking", "let me slow it down", sales pitch, you really have to expect scrutiny.. I'm not interested traveling to make a point, and i've offered an easy way for Mr. Meredith to prove his point, publicly, compete with people interested in defeating him.. If Mr. Meredith is local or visiting my area, or if i'm in his area, i'd love to play.. but i'm not the one putting videos up and making claims that are not evident to the trained observer.. If Mr. Meredith cannot maintain his root, his connection to the ground, a simple and beginning entry into 'internal skills, while demonstrating his 'internal skill', scrutiny should be expected.. you've voiced your displeasure with my observations, and i've stated the obvious.. beyond this, i have no further interest.. Be well..

Greetings.. Walking up to the well you see a snake coiled beside it.. as you get closer, you 'realize' it is a rope.. Be well..
  13. ...

Greetings.. 'Truth' is the experience itself.. not the words, labels, meanings, beliefs, and attachments we assign to the experience.. Be well..
  14. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. What i put forth is my understanding.. it's not 'western or eastern'.. There is definitely a developmental division between religious and philosophical Taoism in China's history, you are assuming history begins with the 'religious' deviation.. 'Tao', as a philosophical awareness, predates the deviation into religious ritualistic practice by hundreds, possibly thousands, of years.. Be well..
  15. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. Now.. add 'Li',, TzuJanLi.. Li as in 'random order', like the grain in wood, the veins in leaves, or the changing patterns of clouds.. TzuJanLi.. a somewhat esoteric expression relating to Nature's Way.. Be well..
  16. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. LOL.. or Tzu-Jan.. Be well..
  17. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. In the political climate today, civil disobedience IS wu wei.. Be well..
  18. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. Make the one act of civil disobedience count, if i must feel the bayonet let it make a difference.. fear is the enemy of liberation.. Be well..
  19. ...

Greetings.. Why are you "looking for" something? just look, if it is real you will see it, experience it.. but, if you are 'looking for' something, you are seeking something rather than everything, your quest is narrowly focused and your attention much less likely to see the totality of your relationship with the Life you living while seeking 'something'.. don't look 'for something', just look.. if 'something' happens that is consistent with what you have been told, take notice, and keep looking... when people become attached to ideas they stop looking, and Life becomes conditional upon their attachments.. Be well..
  20. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. So, once you see that the finger is pointing, stop looking at the finger.. Clarity is not about 'connecting points'.. clarity is seeing what is actually happening so you can connect the points accurately.. 'Connecting points' is a function of intelligence, having accurate/actual information as revealed by clarity ensures that 'connecting points' has a fair potential for indicating the most appropriate interaction with Life happening.. choice based on clarity is preferable to choice based on conditioned beliefs.. Be well..
  21. ...

Greetings.. You cannot define what has not been realized, that would be like a virgin describing sex.. Reliably accurate definitions are derived from actual experiences.. i am not familiar with anything that actually happens in the process of existence that is not natural.. it is the product of a naturally occurring process.. What is not 'natural' is to say you want something, but act in ways that are contrary to what you say you want, especially if you are informed of the contradiction.. for someone to say they want peace and harmony but continually incite conflict is not 'natural'.. Be well..
  22. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. 'Tao' is a word that points to clarity about existence.. stop looking at the finger, look to where it points.. Be well..
  23. ...

Greetings.. The 'natural state' is revealed by the clarity of a still mind's awareness.. there is no concept of 'three bodies' in the still mind's awareness.. clarity reveals an interactive and interconnected wholeness, a relationship between the parts, and between the parts and the whole.. a synergistic symphony of experiences.. Be well..
  24. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. TTC does not define Tao, it is observations about the relationship of Tao with Life.. Be well..
  25. Can anyone see the Wu-Wei yet?

Greetings.. The understanding labeled 'Tao', is the product of paying attention to what is actually happening.. 'Tao' means 'the way', as in the 'way' things are, not the way people 'think' they are.. Be well...
