  1. Sounds like that teacher is a master
  2. Seems to me like Qi Dao style is the most free style of qigong. I also like Zhan Zhuang because it helps me go past my limits so that I can free flow much better.
  3. Not about how correct. It is about how conscious. I practice no style either. I feel that styles can be rigid and limiting. Everybody has a unique body/mind expression and will express accordingly. I am curious to find if any styles out there are within my preferance. This lady seems like she is expressing spontaneously: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSEOi7_Kl6o
  4. lol, good point. I am looking for a spiraly, dynamic form of qigong, any recommendations?
  5. Go slow on Intuflow

TheSongsofDistantEarth, I'm still waiting for my DVD to get here. The movements look similar to what I had been doing already based on intuition. I just wanted something that can add to it and I feel this program is a match for me.
  6. Go slow on Intuflow

I can't find the article, can someone please provide a new link...
  7. What if you kno you are not limited to this body and you know that there is no external or internal?
  8. Magnets with your chi gung?

drewhempel, I just used them and I can tell you that the 5 lbs/ thunderballs are pretty heavy for a small guy like me. Perhaps I should have bought the 2.5 lbs. balls. They come with a DVD and a book, they are both excellent. Anyways I could feel the magnetic thunderballs heating up pretty good and I felt alkalinity increaing in my body, will have to experiment more... I did feel that my wrists and shoulders were quite stressed due to the weight of these balls....
  9. Magnets with your chi gung?

I got those 5 lbs. thunderball magnets from Peter Ragnar, maybe Is hould start using them...
  10. Why so judgemental brother? I expect a wider awareness from someone who practices energy work as much as you do. I couldn't take it and shut off the vid half way through.
  11. Marijuana, Cactus and Mushrooms have helped me IMMENSELY. I didn't use anythign til I was 28 but man did they ever open up my eyes to the possibilities. I find it funny that the people who are vehemently against entheogens are the most uninspiring, bleak, unaccepting and judgemental people out there. I think everyone knows what "in moderation" is for them. My body will let me know and then I back off for a while until I am inspired to use again. I don't think it's "artificial" in anyway. Many breathing techniques and other practices seem contrived/artificial/unnatural to me but using entheogens is can be the most natural action, for me
  12. Working with my energy I realise how important it is to release any energy that I am consciously or subconsciously holding onto before doing the real energy work. I am curious about the "vibration machines". Have you used or own one? What are your expereinces? Do you do it before qigong/energy work? What difference has it made for you?
  13. countermeasures against hairloss

Hair Growth is all about belief systems. You can checkout luftek.com
  14. All structured ways are well and good but I find that spontaneous movements blows everything out of the water, atleast for me. However to get to that natural state of spontaniety I have to release resistance and reconfigure energy (I do mostly yoga and qigong), when that is done then I can let go of everything and just be free. Excellent video: The Dancer Within I am trying to get a hold of this docufilm, does anyone have a copy? more vids here: http://www.innerdance.multiply.com
  15. New Chi guy

Hello, Just thought I'd say hello. for the last year and half I have expereinced intense tightness inside my body. Sittign meditation was very difficult so I had to rely on my intuition and I started doing spontaneous movements which allowed the chi to flow through little by little. As I got better and better I started spontaneously dancing, I thought I'd discovered something totally brand new. Today I came here and realised that is not the case, we are all in this together and have many similarities. At this point I do very little structured practice, I would just like to free flow through the rest of my life. I look forward to sharing energy with yall. Perry
