I'll take that in and pan it through my own inner light, and see what meanings and emotions materialize. -

Of course, i met enlightenment but i am not enlightenment. if you have ever looked into a world smaller than us, then looked out to the world that is bigger than us, you will see a pattern, and when energy and material change into give and take, push and pull, that is when the understanding of yin and yang can be applied to our physical world, but first you must understand everything that has been and will be. It's hardly possible to see it as it's whole, but if you think of numbers, 1/2 is the same as 2/4, this is the beauty of of our universe... 1/2 is the smallest realistic half you can come to, from there on, as the universe expands, 2/4, 4/8 infinite halves, we begin to cycle through time and space... time being the numbers, space being half, 1/2 2/4 4/8 it is always yin and yang, half and half, the halves grow complex through time but it is still the 1/2 that gives birth to the 2/4. It is very difficult to forget the dimensions you are in and try to answer the questions that are presented for the physical world... Think of it this way, with an open mind. Time is part of our dimension, you can physically see time when you look at the living body of a new human life, before any bone exists. These energies that nurture life exist without the concept of time, and their state of energy, as a wave, yin and yang's itself into bone. and for the remainder of its existance, without any sense of time, it remains a bone, long after the energies surrounding it die and rot off, the bones are still there, the bones are the last part of the yang energy that existed in that spirit, they become matter, physical, once living, now lifeless matter. If you could go back in TIME (time is truly not a dimension when you are enlightened- when you reside entirely in the universal energy) and keep an eye on those bones, you would litterally see them give birth to energies, the energies that were transferred to them through the living material of cells, nerves, the brain, a fantastic life energy conductor, the tool that allows our spirit to interact in a 3d world. The first energy that you would see these bones emit, where the last living cells perpetuating life energy, you have to look at our bodies as conductors of yin and yang, as if the DIRECTIONS of time (A GRAND ILLUSION IN OUR PHYSICAL WORLD) we come from life, and we hold the ability to reproduce, but ultimately, we become a solid energy for larger scales of yin and yang to be effected by. It's not the understanding of science that can give you the answers, its the understanding of what science does not know. No-I am not enlightened enough to explain this, but i have caught a glimpse of it's origins, and i firmly beleive that allowing my physical body to slip into this dimension well help me gain understanding of our world The master John Chang said that he is the man he is today due to 18+ years of true meditation. In that time, there is mutliple universes of possibility to draw enlightenment from. I have simply seen the first stages in my mind and I have a new profound understanding of life. I would appreciate a teacher at this point, for someone that has experienced this before i have, can ultimately shed their own light upon my spiritual understanding of our existence in the universal life force, yin and yang. History and the future seems to hold yin and yang, it's out of this world... the laws of our physical SMALL TINY MINUTE MICROSCOPIC, BARELY EXISTENT WORLD have an infinity smaller effect on the grand scheme of things in the deep universe. We come from the deep universe, the force of life that is in us all comes from deep withing the universe, and our physical laws are the barriers of life that challenge what we know. life is the search for understanding, it takes time to understand, therefore, complete understand would take as long as time's existence in our physical world. -Yes I rambled on, but read this with an open mind and maybe you too will see the infinite spiral of life. Please don't get me started on DNA... -
life will come and go like the tide, universal forces will control the elements of our world, seek your enlightenment and problems will leave your universe. Ask yourself, question everything you know, and ask yourself what else could possibly exist. See your physical life, repel your spiritual life. Study what elements of your life cause such a repulsion. Turn your negative polar energy of suffering into radiant vibrations of universal positive energy. But first, you must find your own enlightenment. All you can do to speed up the process is believe that there is such a vibration that has been emitted for all of existence.

Serious. They can learn by asking their inner enlightenment, you'd have to understand the failure and consequences for what could happen in order to truthfully believe you could do that, or even learn to do that, you'd have to erase the laws of your universal being, finding a true godly purity of belief, without doubt that it can be achieved against the laws of nature. The best insight i can provide for walking through walls would be the cell phone analogy, you cant tell someone how you feel 50 miles away without solidifying your intention into the tangible world and expressing it. Atlantis used crystals and light, we use technology of computer and waves, we will overcome this understanding and blossom (1000 petals) into a new understanding of god, or religion, it is foretold in the stars and has been since the beginning. Surviving in the middle of a raging fire would follow the same lines, somehow willing against the laws of nature that we need oxygen to allows our bodies life. the fire shares the same life source that we need to exist in our physical world. Fire is much like us, an energy, only we burn slow, just like our stars. That is why we worship our stars, for they are the most infinitely enlightening end of our spectrum of life. People sleep due to spiritual embodiment, the laws of nature suggest that without sleep you can gain visions of death, or signs of fear. Hallucinations that are physically unsettling and spiritually decaying. Sleep allows us to interpret our world, and send all of our information from our body into our soul. Meditation is the process of cultivating, and efficiently purifying the important information that you can experience in LIFE or GOD. Social Conditions can be discussed when there is significant time to decipher the causes and effects. The root cause of desire is life. The root cause of everything is life. What you would really like to understand, is what allows you to experience the emotion of true desire, in what ever thought you wish. that is understanding life, the universe, and the light of god. I am deeply disturbed by your final statement, but i am at peace with it nonetheless . -

because your suggestions of purpose knock each other around, the truth is represented as a compromise between the two, something that is guiding us yes, but only because it is knocking us around. 'God' is the ultimate mystery - which is also the answer. Asking is striving for knowledge, knowledge is truly power, because power is what happens when something receives something from something else, allowing doubt and belief to exist in harmony allows you to understand the universe, this is why it is seldom taught abroad, and truly should not, the better we understand this, the more beautiful it becomes due to the complexity that we are approaching, time can no longer chart where we are going, it will be both beautiful and ugly, but as long as we keep the will to live, nothing to will be too gruesome to overcome in the fight for life. True Taoism occurs before you truly understand the teachings... The seed is the result of a tree's entire existence. Understanding this could help you see the roots of enlightenment. May we all bath in this glorious enlightenment, live with the stress of our modern societies, and seek true enlightenment at night when we sleep. When we come to a time our human bodies are deprived of the right to sleep, slumber, revitalize, that is when true darkness will set us back. - But until then we should all yearn deeply for the answers to life, the more we teach our self, the more we evolve into god. It is okay for society to fight the establishments, for they bring both strong believe and serious doubts. Allow yourself to some day bask in this enlightenment. may existence flow smoothly from purity, to crystal, to light. and may that light find its way to your soul. and embrace all doubt for it gives us the light of god. -
What do deny about yourself that makes you feel as if you need the structure of another man in order to give you balance? Enjoy your piece of enlightenment, may it blossom into peace.

I found that when I started meditating and focusing with my mind I began to sleep much more often, feeling revitalized while waking. It was as if physical stress were uncertainties and my sleeping states were full of answers. I'd wake up fresh and ready to face daily tasks that I dreaded (actually getting on my feet was usually the first). I read about the pineal gland, or third-eye and found that is is the producer of such chemicals: tryptophan, serotonin, melatonin -> pinoline -> 5-MeO-DMT, then to DMT. DMT is the most powerful psychoactive drug known to man (closely related to the active ingredient in psychedelic mushrooms) and after researching this fact I found that some practices of meditation are based on the pineal gland's natural ability to produce DMT. DMT is also strongly associated with NDE's and OBE's. DMT is found in all ecosystems, and in some reptile species it is fascinatingly similar to an eyeball. Hence, third eye. Reptilians are a very popular race of aliens that live within our earth. (Yes, strong conspiracy theory, but it does seem possible.) The meditation practices that claim to produce Pineal DMT are carried out in complete darkness in order to stimulate melatonin - the race of reptilian aliens are believed to exist within our earth - complete darkness...

Has anyone experienced these due to internal arts training?
-
Several days ago while in our laundry room, the washer machine rotated once as I was thinking about a surge of energy. It happened without intention. Immediately I assumed that I had somehow provided the internal system of the washer to initiate itself. I tried again to will it to move and of course nothing happened. Yesterday though, I was willing in energies around me, far from the laundry room. Suddenly the washer machine got rather loud. It was on a normal washing cycle and it starting to pick up speed, I assumed it was part of it's natural cycle and ignored it. As soon as I took my attention away from the washer, it went absolutely ballistic. Without any hesitation I sprinted into the room to find it humming at an extremely unusual speed. I turned it off as soon as possible. This was a 200lb+ washer and it was vibrating violently enough to move away from the walls. At first a helicopter came to mind, but it was almost instantaneous that I realized it was the washer going haywire. I guess you could call this food for thought, but what if this was an explanation for ancient time travel/propulsion? What if simple tools of the past were powered by the thoughts of the ancients? That could explain why we have such a difficult time deciphering the past... we live in a world of external technology, maybe they understood the power of the mind, body, and spirit.

I constantly find myself trying to make my inner energy, physical.
Ohm-Nei posted a topic in General Discussion
I feel like there is something very wrong with doing this. I feel like I'm looking for proof. To be honest, and not that it matters, I have seems to move the pinwheels, but it seems to happen when I simply allow it to occur... When I try to control its direction... it stops. I would like to take things one step at a time and stop trying to prove to myself that this energy can be physical. Any advice? Any person experiences that might help me work toward a different goal rather than trying to achieve 'supernatural powers'? -
Wonderful words, I will surely read these again. I have been completely empty of faith in any high being for all of my life and that is why I feel so challenged in this field. As I study and practice I am gaining faith in the possibilities. I am completely fascinated with the possibilities of own internal energies. I look at this as if it were a game with achievements... you don't gain your abilities over night, it takes time to experience and earn them. I would not mind giving up the materialistic things I've known all my life in order to better understand the side of life that I have never known.

To summarize a long story, I'm allowing my life to merge with the spiritual realm. I've lived most of my life lacking any sense of profound emotional feeling, touch or deep interaction with others. I've invested more faith in my own concepts of reality than I have in any religion. I received a few books on Nei-Kung after searching online for deeper insight. What I read and learned allowed me to almost instantaneously unveil a new aspect of life. Today I felt as if my soul doubled in existence. Although I do not understand the deepest concepts of mediation, or the background knowledge of our "Ch'i" life force, I feel as if I am more attuned to gathering it. Gathering to me seems more like... Experiencing it in real time/space - Rather than harvesting it as if it is some sort of expendable resource waiting to be claimed. It is advised that I understand how to generate, circulate, and store my Ch'i before understanding how to manipulate it, move it, or use it for the healing of others. I am very interested in doing so and I am seeking advice on how to do so properly... After 2 weeks of practicing internal breathing patterns, and attempting to meditate, my Ch'i still seemed to be untapped. BUT today while I was learning some Nei Kung techinques I discovered a pattern of breathing that gave my body a PROFOUND array of sensations from my CROWN to my FINGERTIPS to my TOES. This sensation seemed to be flowing from my dan tian to the surface of my skin through my bones, muscles and nerves. THIS IS WHERE I SEEK THE KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE OF OTHERS! The sensation started in the abdominal area instantly - it felt as if my legs were strapped to the edge of a cliff and my torso was left suspending above emptiness against the force of gravity. - The closest thing I could relate it to was the feeling of muscular exhaustion after doing crunches. That was on the second inhale/exhale (Respiratory Cycle or, RC) 3rd RC-The heat from my abdominal muscles seems to surge throughout all the muscles of my body, intense heat seemed to push out of my bones and against the inside of my skin. 4th RC-A light-headed sensation that seemed to beacon from my crown comforted the entire surface of my skin-My bones were burning and it gave my skin the feeling of a breeze passing over it. 5th RC-A deeper sensation came from my dan tian that felt as if all 3 unique sensations increased - the heat was more intense, my skin felt weightless, and became cool/damply moist as if I had been jogging for 15 minutes. The feeling was similar to feeling exhaustion within your body/sweat on your skin as if the two were yin and yang... an "uneasy-comfort" Within 6 deep, focused, and determined RC's my body felt as if it had tapped a completely foreign source of energy. My goal was to enter a relaxed/mellow and soothing mediation - I knew that what I experienced wasn't true mediation but I did feel as if it had extraordinary significance! If this cycle sounds familiar to anyone than please tell me so I can study it deeper. Also-I don't want to make up excuses as to why it is so hard for me to calm my mind- As you can probably tell I have an extremely difficult time slowing down - I feel as if I must elaborate for all of eternity while trying to explain something. My mind is like this when I try to clear it of thought and relax for mediation. Could you imagine an unending flow of thoughts that are only perpetuating in order to encourage you to stop repeating them??? If you have managed to follow through my entire post, reading everything that I have expressed, then from the depths of my Dan Tian-I thank you.

Thank you, once again.

Thank you so very much. That single post answered many of my questions. It seems that due to the entirety of the concept, it is more important to follow your own path with confidence than it is seek the approval of others. My life is a journey on path without light in this realm, my intentions provide clarity of where I wish to go. It's interesting that you mention bone marrow nei kung, for that is the book I received yesterday. I learned most of what I know from that book and other scattered sources, I have also been reading from the magus of java and the secrets of the warrior sages. I received those three books yesterday and I have yet to fully understand the processed. Bone Marrow Nei Kung gave me a good understanding of how to cultivate chi and how to understand it's presence in our world. I still don't understand the first 4 of the 72, I want to learn. I wish the better understand all there is to life. This is like a new planet to me, I feel compelled to explore it as much possible during my visit. I am fascinated by john chang's ability to move his energy into others. Knowledge of this lays deep beyond my progression and understanding of this. Although I can not solidly say I am interested in such powers for 100% use in healing, I am self-assured that I have 0% intention on using those powers for anything negative. I can also assume that John was not initially in it for healing either, therefor there is no reason for me not to know the ways.

If my mother taught me anything, it was to be cautious and I never understood her, but once I uncovered Ch'i and all of this spiritual realm-if you will- I have been very careful to preserve my interior and exterior existence. I am not wholeheartedly worried but I feel like I must consult others before continuing any practice of such experiences. If it possible to exist without breathing then that goes against what I have know all of my life. I'm am simply trying to better understand what is possible in our realm. I have another thread that I seek much more insight on. Please read it and offer whatever insight you can. http://www.thetaobums.com/index.php?showto...mp;#entry152838

I do recall reading that it is unnecessary to share insight on one's own form or process of meditation so I apologize for requesting any personal information. I am open to all guidance offered. 4) Could you please elaborate on whether or not that is a general rule of thumb or if that is directed toward my individual experience. Also - Could my practice be cultivating dangerous energy? Or could I be unknowingly harming my body due to whatever heat is being created? - Is meditation universally effortless? Do we all start out by willing our ch'i to exist? I have so many curiosities. Again, Thank you for your time and guidance.

I have found comfort in laying breathless before sleeping. Is this dangerous? I am neither fully inflated or deflating with air, I'm almost at a compromise of push and pull from within so I feel no tension to exhale as I usually do when I try to hold my breath for say, diving. Is it dangerous to do so? I often feel as if my skin is gliding/existing through time and space to be honest. I feel the beat of my heart as well as hear it. It's very odd to tune into your heart beating without your lungs moving, there is a unique feeling there when you have no urge to inhale or exhale. I'd like to know more about this if this is a practice of some sort.

All right, you don't believe in astrology...

Thank you for your post, very interesting. I didn't expect you to incorporate the macrocosmic picture into our seemingly microcosmic reality. I liked it, thank you.
