I started playing around with the idea of directly cleansing the "5 Internal Organs" with key sounds. I've been doing cultivation for a long time, yet never fooled around with this method. Found a lot of stubborn sludge in there...and noticeable benefits from the process. It seems like this approach is quite potent.

In Taoism the Heart Organ is associated with Shen. You may wish to pick up a system that focuses on cleansing and balancing the internal organs. Or if you wanna just hack it and not go with any particular method....get a basic mantra like OM and start using it to cleanse the 5 internal organs (Heart, Liver, Spleen, Kidney and Lungs).

Lust & Attraction leading to depression
RiverSnake replied to Inoran's topic in Esoteric and Occult Discussion
You've made it clear that this is a problem and that your losing attraction towards her....good....its good that you spoke up and made your feelings clear. Intermittent Fasting is a very useful and easy tool for losing weight....sell it to her as something that you can do "together" and that it can help bring you closer as a couple. Physical health and looks are important, if they weren't, then nature wouldn't have programmed us to seek out certain shapes, sizes and features. If she gets on board with the regiment and starts losing weight (give it a few months) then thats great. If she does not do so....dump her and find a woman who is willing to go the distance to maintain a harmonious relationship....right now it seems like your the only dog pulling the sled.- 7 replies

The chi kung your practicing will dictate your pattern of growth. What channels it emphasizes will be reflected in your results. Energy follows intent. Learning to wield intent with extreme discipline is key for spiritual maturity. "My adepts stand upright; there head above the heavens, there feet below the hells." Aleister Crowley One of Crowley's better quotes.....what he's trying to say is that you need balance on the path. When your too high, too low or simply not sturdy enough to handle some of the tough turns....your gonna get your ass kicked. Developing this balance and sturdiness so that when the path throws a punch (which it will...and potentially be devastating) you can take a lick and not lose your shit. When your doing intense amounts of energy work, you need to make sure that your simultaneously maintaining internal harmony so that you can open doors to higher levels of awareness and not turn into burnt toast. The "traps" laid on the path are innumerable.....proper preparation of the system disables many of the road blocks. Grounding is a general term to refer to stabilizing or making the system dense.

If you drink coffee before trying to sleep....your gonna have trouble sleeping. It's the same situation if you do an hour of chi kung before hitting the sack. You might want to re-orient your schedule. Do most of your Chi kung in the morning and afternoon. See how this affects your sleep rhythms. All the sensations your feeling are normal. As your sensitivity continues to grow it will only become more visceral. Be careful with moving around chi with the mind in patterns you don't fully understand.....directing chi with the "monkey mind" can cause problems. If your feeling ungrounded, that may be something that you need to take care of as well.

KAP system is good. Microcosmic Orbit practices help smooth the flow of Kundalini. If you lack guidance and haven't prepared your system for the sudden influx of power....your gonna have problems. If you are prepared, you'll be fine.

Hey, welcome back Witch. You've been missed. I've noticed that many practitioners whom prefer Qigong as a method are more watery in there energy and that witchcraft is a Yin current that often has a Black Flame quality. Each person has there nature and natural resonances and that will be reflected in the style of cultivation they choose. You have an inside look at your man's nature, you know what he enjoys and what spheres of life he naturally gravitates towards (his job). This will be reflected in the energetic nature of the methods that work most strongly for him.

Healthy systems of cultivation have safeguards built in so that you don't accidentally open anything before the time is right. Additionally, trusting your intuition and learning not to apply force at the wrong time is key. There are many different systems of cultivation, one path is not suitable to all practitioners. Certain people can grind pretty hard on 3rd Eye cultivation and not have any adverse effects because of there natural constitution.....others....you jus give them one jab in that area and there gone with the wind. Gradual practice to create the right internal space where these processes can safely unfold is key.

Possibly, i am not familiar with any. Balance is important. Yes UDT cultivation is dangerous. These things shouldn't be opened before the system is ready....doing so prematurely can cause insanity.

From a chemical perspective, if you want to flush the toxins from your body i'd do a water fast....perhaps several. On a more serious note, if you have mental/emotional imbalances, then doing energy work or magick carries a higher risk because there is a circuitry imbalance in your system. This means that when power flows through your system it has a higher potential of triggering agitation. As a result, stabilizing practices can be extremely important to practice in the beginning so that you become more durable. PM me if you'd like some help.

Systems are carefully crafted to alleviate many of the dangers of the path. As far as i can tell SFQ is a well crafted....don't think you have anything to worry about.....there are many more intense sensations you'll feel on the path.

A good metric for what is useful.....does it tangle you up or set you free? Look at the root "intent" of every action....as if it is a seed your planting in your soul.

Continuing to play around with skeletal cultivation. The benefits are real. On a rather strange note, something that came up in practice is that there is an alignment between Kettlbell training and this internal practice. Don't fully understand the correlation, but it's there...so i guess i'll keep playing.

Question about Spiritual Cultivation, Internal Alchemy

The Light Body (IME) cannot be cultivated, but cultivation can be done to achieve said Gnosis. Metatron has an understanding of these mysteries. -
I was looking at the nam-myoho-renge-kyo mantra from a technical perspective. From my view it seems like some Buddhist practitioner finally hit the milestone and once he got the big belly and flappy ears, he asked the question...."how can i create a tool for my disciples to align and travel to this same state?" In analyzing the mantra....it seems like a heat seeking missile for Buddha-hood....so as long as you align with the energy you'll eventually "get there". If your sole goal is that then it is a useful method. What results does the mantra have for the practitioner? (Divination) -Aligns the individual with cosmic law -Opens up the path of Buddha-hood

Separate the sessions so that the energies don't mix. One in the morning the other at night might be a good idea.
