Testosterone is the juice of manhood. Keep on your path of not whacking off. When you builds up this I energy inside of you.....you wont need others people to tell you what it is to be a "Man". You'll feel it firing through your veins like a race horse. From then onward if you want to jump on the path then I say get a spiritual practice.....but that's a personal choice and may or may not be for you at this time. My 2 cents, Peace

Here's a short list. Whatever practice you do I am sure Hatha Yoga is a good compliment. It's my understanding that chi travels best through a flexible and healthy body. 1. Increased flexibility 2. Dissolving of blockages (especially in the spine) 3. Increased Chi flow 4. Greater sensitivity to correct posture and alignment My 2 cents, Peace

Falling in love and other spiritual tests

Sound like your thinking with the wrong head. There are gonna be many women out there whom you have a connection with, doesn't mean you should have relations with them, especially if you are tied up. My 2 cents, Peace -
Thanks for the feedback.

Michael I had a question about doing GOT 1 & 2 together. If your doing them together should you skip the closing motions at the end of GOT 1 and just do them at the end of GOT 2 when your're finished with everything? My 2 cents, Peace

Is that good? Too influence the connective tissue?

Another practitioner of Hatha Yoga recently related to me today that in order to take ones practice deeper it is beneficial to hold the poses for longer periods of time rather than just the couple of seconds that people do I yoga classes. Could anyone share there experiences with this? My 2 cents, Peace.

Looking for people who channel spirits, ghosts, aliens, angels, kundalini, voices, etc.

When dealing with things like this IMO an extra dose of common sense is usually required. Just because you hearing from another being does not mean they are of higher virtue. My understanding is it is often the reverse. My 2 cents, Peace -
My understanding is that we should not use are personal judgment on what Path or Sphere to work with as we tend to be biased. Better let the Tarot deck decide what area to work with. "Its danger is that people who are badly unbalanced will be naturally attracted to those parts where they already have an overplus of force, thus causing more unbalance in themselves. It is a powerful tool for good, but not a thing to be idly played with." Gareth Knight My 2 cents, Peace

Thanks for the insights Friend. Really interesting stuff. What you say reminds me of this quote by Dion Fortune: "Each Symbol upon the Tree represents a cosmic force or factor. When the mind concentrates upon it, it comes into touch with that force; in other words, a surface channel, a channel in consciousness, has been made between he conscious mind of the individual and a particular factor in the world-soul, and through this channel the waters of the ocean pour into the lagoon. The Aspirant who uses the Tree as his meditation symbol establishes point by point the union between his soul and the world-soul. This results in a tremendous access of energy to the individual soul; it is this which endows it with magical powers." Mystical Kabbalah by Dion Fortune My 2 cents, Peace

Although i am just starting to understand the Western Tradition it seems like a lot of the Inner Work they do is with visualization. The Path cards in combination with the Tree are often used in unison with this visualization (transplanting ones consciousness elsewhere) in order to bring about internal changes in the practitioner, i think this is what they usually call path-working. But i am still exploring this stuff and the methodology behind it. My 2 cents, Peace

Spotless, I was curious, is working with Trance something you still practice and find practicality and well as joy in doing or is it something you let go off at higher levels of attainment? My 2 cents, Peace

Work steadily towards greater clarity in your life through whatever method you utilize. This will result in the ability to abstain successfully. Don't put the carriage before the horse. My 2 cents, Peace

Joeblasts instructions do make it look a bit complicated here's a link where they explain the more practical aspects of it. Just remember to always bring the energy back to the lower Dan tien after finishing. http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/meditation/micro.asp My 2 cents, Peace

Looking for insight on opening a small retreat in Appalachian Mountains
RiverSnake replied to ą„Dominicusą„'s topic in General Discussion
The great thing about retreats is they are often silent. I don't thinking differing theologies would be a problem if no one is talking. My 2 cents, Peace -
Finished the movie. Powerful stuff.

You can eat anything you want. Just make sure your not combining certain foods, look at the PDF. I don't eat complicated meals just very basic stuff. My 2 cents, Peace
