  4. The Problem With The Forum Admin...

I agree, been hanging out on the Tao Bums for awhile myself. I think the ability of the Mod Squad aka Troll Slayers has only grown with time. There are actually some good posts in this thread, all you have to do to find them is put the Trolls on Ignore.
  5. where to start

You may wish to do a search of the forum for old threads on them and if there is nothing you may want to post a thread starting a discussion. I am personally not familiar with these methods.

Welcome to TTB. What practice do you resonate with most? Pick that one and do it....a lot. You might also enjoy the interviews section of the forum.

  8. Forced Mind-Intention

OP, sounds like you got a lot of body tension that's inhibiting you from "loosening up" and thus being able to apply "relaxed force". There are many techniques to help you work through these things...it always takes many years of daily practice to do so.
  9. Welcome to TDB. Would recommend you stay away from Mantak Chia. His techniques can be harmful. Karezza may be a good place to start if your looking into sacred sex. Diana Richardson also has some good books on tantra.
  10. Love you Karen. Keep doing an outstanding job as a moderator.

  21. Hello to all

Welcome to TDB. I know a highly skilled Silat instructor and there are some elements of Bagua in what he teaches....but it's still very different from traditional Bagua Zhang.
  22. Hello I am new here and need a little help

Welcome to TDB. You have grey hair already? You may consider to stop waking off, this depletes your vitality.
