I agree, been hanging out on the Tao Bums for awhile myself. I think the ability of the Mod Squad aka Troll Slayers has only grown with time. There are actually some good posts in this thread, all you have to do to find them is put the Trolls on Ignore.

You may wish to do a search of the forum for old threads on them and if there is nothing you may want to post a thread starting a discussion. I am personally not familiar with these methods.

OP, sounds like you got a lot of body tension that's inhibiting you from "loosening up" and thus being able to apply "relaxed force". There are many techniques to help you work through these things...it always takes many years of daily practice to do so.

Welcome to TDB. Would recommend you stay away from Mantak Chia. His techniques can be harmful. Karezza may be a good place to start if your looking into sacred sex. Diana Richardson also has some good books on tantra. -

Welcome to TDB. I've heard of veterans getting good results from spontaneous shaking techniques. Perhaps worth checking out. Trauma Releasing exercises (TRE) is quite popular. Lots of videos on youtube about the topic.

Mudra for opening up and circulating chi in the Microcosmic orbit. Basically connecting the thumbs and index fingers to create an oval like shape. Simple yet effective.
