Eliminate ejaculation all together, maybe once every 2 months is a good metric. You accomplish this by learning to sublimate sexual energy via internal methods. Practice Karezza with your wife, it's a different kind of love-making which does not emphasize being hot and heavy (this will likely cure your desire for porn and wringing your noodle)....but a kind of cool heart centered connection, thus being aroused is not necessary. Cupid's Poisoned Arrow is a good book for this. On a weekend your free.....do a 3 day water fast. It will be tiring and detoxing as shit but will kick the cold out of your system.
  4. What happens after death?

    Its a waiting game.
  5. Greeting from the Astro Gnome

    Welcome to TDB.
  6. Dreams Of A Soulmate

Can't say i buy into the soul-mate paradigm. There are certain people whom we have a strong energetic connection to because of similarities in our nature. Past life partners sometimes show up because we have stuff to work out....or perhaps we want another go at the lovey dove game. Don't create a prison of affection for yourself in which you "need" to be with a certain person. Cultivation is about breaking chains, not putting them on. Communing with Dao Ladies and Men within a space of Freedom rather than forced energetic and hormonal imprisonment is an ideal worthy of striving for IMO.
  7. Per required post rule

Welcome to the forum. There are many ways to connect with the Tao. Cheers.

  10. Hello from Ireland

Ah...kriya yoga, you wrote krija with a "j" that's why i was confused.
  11. Lately i've been getting into making orgonite. It's a great tool (if consecrated properly) for clearing out unwanted energies and keeping your space well tuned.
  12. Looking for a guide or a teacher.

Chi Kung and Meditation. These are core practices that IMO strike to the heart of the Tao....if done daily. Many dvds and instructions can be found and purchased online. Do proper research around any techniques you come upon....asking others experiences with them and also seeing if you even resonate with them. Teachers can be great and also be awful....it depends on the quality of the relationship as much as the techniques being shared. If in doubt take the teachings offered (if they are useful and bear fruit) and dive deep into them without all of the baggage of a head honcho above you.

  19. How do you heal/release your issues/fears ?

Lots of ways, you mentioned a few. Practice and you'll know.
  20. How do you heal/release your issues/fears ?

Find the correlating blockages in the body and tell it to "release". Any time you experience suffering in your life there is a correlating blockage, IME.
  21. I guess we will have agree to disagree.....but your still doing a poll asking other people to give there opinions on where they reside in a topic. Being mindful of your own beliefs and filters when approaching a larger pool of individuals is important.....it is disingenuous to assume everyone shares the same philosophical backdrop as you....and then try and cram them into a specific framework.
  22. To further add i'd say that those whom are skilled in there field can recognize those whom are likewise, no labels needed. Infinite growth and evolution is the only valid context i've found so far in terms of where we are on the path.
  23. Your using labels for physical objects, hard things that we can touch and use are basic senses to identify. If there were such obvious physical demarcations for the path then it would be much less confusing and contentious a subject. Furthermore, your choices are clunky and lack a well built structure to surround and enliven the context by which you are speaking. Moksha, Nirvana, Enlightenment, Merging with the Dao, Self-Realization, Mushin, Satori, Immortal, Gnosis...etc. All of these terms come from different cultures yet are often assumed to be the same thing.....this is not necessarily the case. There are many different phenomenon on the path that can be potentially twisted and confused with words because there is no physical demarcations. The context surrounding the question assumes a kind of universalism. This is a flawed context in my opinion, a superficial perspective that sheds little light on the deeply complex and nuanced universe that were living in. Cheers.
  24. Sitting meditation not comfortable

Sitting on the edge of my bed or a chair is how i meditate, this works well and forces you to align in a comfortable way. Making sure the whole musculature of the body is in equilibrium via doing daily stretching routines like Sun Salutations is deeply valuable.
