Some systems can be quite fiery and burn through internal obstacles with great intensity. This can be good for some people, but if you have serious psychological imbalances....no bueno señor. Trust me the path is difficult enough already and will make you question your sanity and go through times of deep tumult. It's better to not start out on a specific path when you already have 2 strikes against you.

I think you need to go outside and touch your bare feet on the earth to ground. If you'd like i can also do some distance healing work for you (PM me if so).

When your bare feet touch the ground you become plugged into an entire energetic circuit that is the land you live on. You literally become the land on an energetic level, just like when your making love to a woman your plugged into her energy body and she becomes a part of you energetically. Can you share an energetic connection with the land without direct contact? Yes, but without the direct physical link of putting your feet on the land it is not as strong (having a bowl of dirt is good, but not the same). It's the difference between the connection that we share with our lover, we can connect with them at any time (astrally, energetically...etc) but a physical connection is strongest in which there can be a direct grounded exchange.

De-escalating a situation is a good skill to practice. I remember Dr. Morris mention the technique of countering a potential attackers intent before he's able to act on it....high level stuff. Probably takes decades of cultivation.

Sounds like bullshit to me. Most of the Reiki practitioners i've meant i found unimpressive. There have been exceptions.

Anything is possible, but for certain its an uphill trek.
