I have read The Multi-Orgasmic Man and think it is good. Though I suggest ignoring the finger lock million dollar point as far as practice goes. Not only is it awkward I just don't think semen retention is that important. If you are going to ejaculate then just enjoy it and keep practicing prolonging or not ejaculating at all. I would really like to go to Michael Winn's retreat on this. Has anyone been?

My wife has had success using iodine in a the way they suggest using apple cider vinegar. I have used the duct tape method successfully but it takes a long time. I had to do it for atleast a month or more. I would go with the iodine or apple cider vinegar.

Hi, I have been practicing Taoist Sexual Cultivation for over 10 years now, more diligently at certain times than others. I was introduced to it as well as Taoism by Mantak Chia's book The Multi Orgasmic Man. I didn't realize what I was getting when this book came to me. Over the years since then I have become more interested in Taoism, especially in the past few years. So I am here to be around others with similar interests and to learn. Peace Chad
