  1. A Meditation Observation

I don't know about the hands, but i know that keeping your back and head straight will help with the energy flow. On the otherhand, i think that even if your body sitting in a really bad position energy-wise... but your mind is very focused on the energy in your body, focused on your thoughts and feelings... then you can break through as well. Some people have really bad body-habits but are still very enlightened. I think mind is key element, but if you got the energy going with the flow then this can be of (great?) help to focus the mind.
  2. The Tao/Way/Power/Magic of Women

Many women don't understand when they notice a man that doesn't worship them. Unlike many men, some men are actually not obsessed with sex. Personally, i find the whole "i want to be your girlfriend/boyfriend as long as you fullfill a, b and c"-scenario about typical relationships quite disturbing. Besides, we don't need sex or relationships. When the man does not want anything from the woman, the woman doesn't have any power over the man. The global financial elite exploit man's natural instinct to mate. Make people obsessed with sex and relationships, so they lose their inner bliss and power. Weak and unhappy people are easier to fool, and they consume more
  3. Enjoy. Feel free to share your own.
  4. not bad, but i like my art better.
  5. KAP

Because i figured that maybe there were some styles that ask for less work/time to get the same effect... if you know what i mean? No-ones got to continue answering to me in this thread though. My questions are answered.
  6. KAP

I know that the amount of reaction depends of the amount of action. I just wanted to know about some taoistic energetic methods which demand little action in exchange for a lot of reaction. I'm not sure which, if any, energetic practice i will soon or later do. Thanks for apologizing. It wasn't necessary. I didn't take offense, because doing that I would only be hurting myself. The only thing i tried to point out is that a hostile attitude is a self-destructive one.

i admit that i make mistakes. but not everything you think is a mistake is a mistake. not everything you think is right is right. you don't know me or my situation. you don't know everything, you are a little part of the whole... as i am.. it's not good to judge too much, it's not good to be too convinced of some the ideas in our heads
  8. KAP

i don't think you're doing yourself a favor by being like that, sorry mate oops you were first. he's indeed harming himself.

there are vipassana meditation centers all over the world which offer free food and free place to stay for 10 days. if K.A.P. can't get enough voluntary donations like vipassana can, then i figure they could at least get enough money donated so they can do the online courses for free. maybe i'm wrong though, maybe not
  10. I Had An Experience Today. I Will Never Forget It!

I like most of astral projection, many psychedelic progressive trance is good too. I like many fullon although there is many commercial/uninspired fullon. There are some good fullon mixes free for download at http://www.dacru.be/ I like many oldskool goatrance, but not if it's got too much happening at the same time. I don't like the newskool goatrance like suntrip records, these have "too much" happening. Good stuff to check out: all etnica, all distance to goa, all destionation goa, all goahead Atmos, cosma, cosmosis, logic bomb, transient, etc. I'd recommend not to get too caught up in music though, it's just another distraction/addiction
  11. Healing a wart

apple cider supposedly works magic on warts. put a patch with apple cider vinegar around the warts, and leave that on during the night. during the day you can put off the patch, and put a new patch on during the night. after a few days the wart will become black and fall off with roots and all
  12. I Had An Experience Today. I Will Never Forget It!

Trance can do that kind of thing to people if they let it. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KBZ1IJKM Etnica - 1056.mp3 This is highquality deep oldskool progressive trance. ---------- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g13kuvgk-2U...PL&index=29 Etnica - Traktor activity (live) A good one too. Nevermind the guy in the intro.
  13. Semen Retention & Modern Day Society

don't beat yourself up for it, girls aren't any more special than men in my opinion. men or women? it's just flesh and bones with a brain on top. nature kind of programmed men to be masculine, women to be femenine... but if you take a good look at humans you can see that the differences between man and women are really minimal and superficial. sex, company (whether friendship or intimate relationship), etc these's are all extra's... unnecessary luxuary's. we don't need them to be blissfully happy.

if it's costs money it's too expensive for a bum like me i wish bliss unto all
  15. I just came home from the ER I went in with a really high heartrate (200 during the peak). They have hooked me up to their machines and took bloodtests and stuff. I was completely calm the whole time before calling ER, during waiting for the ER, being transported to the hospital and arriving there. So! I find a heartrate like that a bit suspicious. Apparently my blood revealed i was hyperventillating, yet i totally felt like i was breathing "calm and naturally". I have a hard time at knowing when I should breath in and out, and when I should not... depending on the level of exercise I'm doing. Can anyone give me a quick practical explanation please? Because my breath is a timebomb that can't wait to to explode again
  16. Semen Retention & Modern Day Society

If u ejaculate regularly, the reproductive systems gets a workout. Not using certain parts of the body often has unbeneficial effects. Sex might be a "necessary evil" if one wants to stay healthy.
  17. I visited doctors many times, had my blood drawn many times. Last blood tests were recent. So, i probably don't have any deadly kind of disease. I can't afford to visit any doctor the next few months.
  18. I suspect that there is a cheaper, perhaps less accurate, but still helpful alternative to the $179 stress-eraser. If you wear a regular heartratemeter (with cheststrap, as the wrist-only meters are inaccurate) you can experiment with different breathing rhythms and see the change it has on your heartrate. Lower heartrate is probably indicative for a better breathing pattern.
  19. Update: From hypoventillation to hyperventillation Severals days ago, around the time i started this thread, i decided to control my breath, because I was sabotaging my breath from happening naturally. I had no clue how quickly i should breath in and out, so i tried to feel when my body wanted to breath in and out naturally. Even though there was no real fear or stress in me, i forced the body to start hyperventillating extremely. The past few days my body automatically had the tendency to hyperventillate. The only way i am able to to prevent hyperventillation at this moment is by taking short and shallow breath ins, and having long and relaxed breathouts. I'm not sure if I have some kind of physical problem that is unbalancing my breath, the results medical bloodtests seem to suggest that i'm perfectly healthy physically. In my case, deep breathing doesn't seem to work very well... maybe because i'm breathing too fast. The "shallow breathing" method which works for me at the moment is talked about below: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buteyko_method
  20. Anyone who wants to pay me a stresseraser? I'm sure you mean in rest. Your advices equals... 4,5 sec Breath ins 9,0 sec Breath out I just called my kinesiologist and she recommends 3sec in 6sec out (+-4sec out during exercise) hyperventillation can easily be stopped by taking very short shallow inhales, and having long deep exhales. how long one is to breath in and out exactly probably varies a lot depending on ones particular body, but as long as i breath out longer than i breath in, i will probably not hyperventillate Lol i understand your concern. I like to compare people's advice, and always try to use my own common sense.
  21. When in bed, I often find myself being mindfull as I am during the day. The problem is being mindfull keeps me awake, but doesn't make me sleepy. Allowing myself to become mindless and sleepy is not always easy. Who can share with me a good technique to fall asleep, without resorting to sleeping aids. I know melatonin is "quite natural" and works good, but i'd like to know a technique that does not involve adding external chemicals to my brain.
  22. Kinesiologist, yes, i know a good one. i will ask her if she is the best in breath or not. i will also show her the stresseraser device. i think it's cool but i can't afford it. if anyone wants to create more replies in this thread, please do so. thanks so far for the help... but right now it's SLEEP TIME for Zazaza
  23. They gave me meds (a betablocker) to calm down the high heartrate. They told me i should visit a "Kinesist" to help me learn to breath properly. Not knowing what's causing my high heartrate for such a long time had inspired me to prepare some caps with high grade cayenne pepper. (they can apparently restore blood flow during heartattacks) I took 3 of them in the mouth a couple of hours ago... Which means the stomache cramps from hell are about to commence soon.
  24. According to the fact my blood had way too much (or too little?) oxygen, there could be no other cause for my high heartrate other than hyperventillation. - so the doctor said! A week ago I was hypoventillating because i was forgetting to breathe, and apparently tonight i was hyperventillating, trying to breath in a natural way that was apparently too deep and too fast. the high dose of lorazepam they dosed me with is trying to make me fall asssslllllleeeeep. i wasn't anxious but they still decided to dose me because they automatically think that hyperventillation is always caused by stress. they never think about the people like me, who are calm, and just have a breathing disorder.
