look for harmony between your energies first...then, if you still feel like it, start the FBI investigation. You can injaculate when you masturbate or you can injaculate any sexual feeling. Good luck, s
-
As women can do this too by pulling the energy off the ovaries and injaculation back into the body....the first word is aaaaaah. It feels great. Long term, diligent practice means the body starts to rejuvinate itself. One starts to look younger, feel even more sexier and alive, the brain clearer. Sexual energy is so healing to the organs, the whole body. Cultivation is easier. There is an increased connectedness feeling with Nature and others. The heart softens. This is a solitary or couple practice or can be done long distance. For men, one of the concrete ways you know you are doing it right is that your skin can smell like ejaculate. Google red deer exercises for men and women for more kinds of basic info on this kind of practice. Speaking just from my own experiences if I have a weekend of constant sex but with no injaculation or circulation I get what I call an energy hangover. It's kind of " i can't believe i ate the whole thing" kinda feeling. I should have pushed myself away from the table much earlier. Overindulgence in energy, my own and my partner's. My body is overly sensitized to feeling energy and it feels like I am swimming through an ocean in slow motion. Like V wrote: I wake up and get clarity through orgasm rather than the previous feelings I used to get of muddy dross. I used to feel that next day hangover from ejaculation, but not anymore. In fact. If I'm tired in the morning before work, but I have to get up... I grab my partner, seduce her, make love, focus on the bottom tip of my spine, draw the energy up, call back, call back, breeeeeeaaaaath, repeat mantras, call back, as in pull back... absorb within, then release the waste... and zoooom, I'm ready for my day! It does take diligent practice probably more so for men than for women. With injaculation I can sit at the table for days, eat to my heart's content, and share liberally with my partner. One can sit for hours in yab yum in total ecstasy where hours feel like minutes in a meditative state. My partner feels like he can conquer and rule the world because he feels so strong and energized. His meditation and cultivation practice becomes deeper and more sustained. One clue that we hit the sweet spot in injaculation cultivation is he likes to drive real fast afterwards. lol. s

You can, with practice, pull the energy of the sperm and reabsorb the energy and then ejaculate the fluid. It takes practice. But, if your woman really cares for you, she will understand. There are other ways to receive love besides ejaculation. Good thought...you can only love others authentically when you love yourself first. That is a difficult lesson to learn so good on you. Love is never, ever lost. If it was, was it really love? s

Women are not dependent on males for climaxes. That is just one way. Learn to injaculate sexual energy, not ejaculate sexual energy. This will turn jing into chi and then into shen. We do it all the time in our KAP training. s

You received some good responses. I just want to share something from my own experiences. I had no trainging about MCO, kundalini, internal cultivation, meditation, yoga etc. when my Kundalini activated. In the process of going through that my MCO was activated plus many other orbits in my body. What happened energetically in my body does not always mirror what I have since read in other books or traditions. What I think that might mean is the body wants to have the MCO open for better health. Whether serendipity or synchronicity play apart (in the untrained) I think it is a result of natural body wisdom if the body is supported in its wisdom. In other words, if the body likes it and it is a natural part of being a healthy, happy individual I think it will happen. I can only imagine that no one taught the animals or trees or planets how to open the MCO and other orbits but it runs naturally. I think the question is why isn't it just naturally active in all human beings? s

Hi John, I have a mild case of this myself. Any good foundational set of chi gong will help to bring balance to the endocrine system. I would also suggest accupuncture from a credible acupuncturist. A low carb diet (refined carbs) is fundamental to helping women with this syndrome. You might spend some time reading here. http://www.womentowomen.com/sitesearch.aspx?q=pcos I like this website because it has an integrative approach to working with women's health issues. Please feel free to contact me privately if you wish. blessings, s

Best Narcotic pain reliever following surgery
ShaktiMama replied to Encephalon's topic in General Discussion
What kind of surgery? That can have an impact on what type of pain med is appropriate. Pain relievers have idiosyncratic responses. In other words, they affect us all just a little differently. Vicodin prevents me from getting to sleep. It actually makes my mind more active. If I want it to work better I take a vicodin with an anti-inflammatory like motrin or aleve. All pain relievers make me nauseated. I have difficulties with Darvocet also. It's pretty much tame stuff but I was given a bottle to help with lesser kidney stone pain. I notice I got a mild emotional dependence from it. (Gotta have it!) read some more about it here: http://www.livestrong.com/article/89685-darvocet-warnings/ Propoxyphene is the pain killing agent which is related to methadone. It is mixed with acetometaphin (tylenol) to make darvocet. Opiate agonists like tramadol works better for me as pain control except it can make me hallucinate. It is prescription but non narcotic. You also might ask your physician about that instead. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000960 Opiate agonists work by altering how our bodies perceive pain. I find that all commercial pain meds have an effect on my chi. I get a worn out feeling. Pain meds do not effect my kundalini flow at all. For non commerical things to do. I strongly vote for acupuncture and hypnosis. I have used acupuncture for severe pain and it works like a miracle. But this depends on the skill of the practitioner you choose. I do hypnotherapy for pain management and it is very effective. I would suggest looking at Dick Sutphen's site for his CD or mp3s for preparing yourself for surgery and for pain control. I have used Kava kava pills for relaxing myself for sleep. Of course, being in a relaxed state means less pain. Kava kava is a herb that should only be used in 2 week cycles...2 on and 2 off...because it can be detrimental to the liver. I speak on this based as my long term experiences as a nurse in a hospital. Understand that pain is always worse the 2nd day after surgery. All the narcs and anesthetics used intra operatively should have worn off by then. Then you should expect that the pain should diminish more and more as the days go by. If it does not, call your doctor. It is important that you keep on top of managing your pain. Pain is a serious stressor on the body which causes cortisol release which inhibits wound healing and the immune system over time. "man up" for pain is not a good idea if you can help it. We also use diversion tactics. Laying in bed thinking about your pain will make it seem far worse than it might be. If you are able do some gentle qi gong or deep belly breathing while laying in bed. This will help. If it hurts to move you can watch yourself doing gigong in your mind. It will still have an effect on your body, just more yin and shen like. Smiling energy put into the place of injury will also be very helpful. It helps release endorphins and promotes healing and balancing of chi flow. good luck, s -
I went to China a few years ago with Sifu Bernard to study medical qigong for two weeks with a 103 year old master. That was life changing. I wont be going back this year. I don't have enough vacation time saved up from work. I use up my vacation time working with Santi, teaching on long weekends. I work full time as a nurse and any free time I get I use for teaching. I can't afford to quit my job and travel when ever I want to. Wish I could. s

Thank you for sharing your story. A close family member was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, rapid cycling type. I will send this on to her if Ok with you. When I used to travel with Dr. Glenn J. Morris, he told me a story about how he went to a federal prison in Arizona and taught the Secret Smile to the lifers. He and them were both deeply affected by the experience. He also told me how his girlfriend and him had developed a program to teach the Secret Smile to homeless schizophrenics. He related how some were able to finally plant both feet squarely into reality after starting their practice. s

One of my fav type of meals is soup or stew. For a stew I once made in a Crockpot for Dr. Glenn Morris: I used venison (deer) cut into large bite sized pieces. I sauteed in a little olive oil to add some tasty brown bits and then marinated it in merlot overnight. Use enough to cover.Threw it all, including the marinade, into the crock pot on low in the morning with assorted veggies and basic spices like garlic, celery seeds, onion, salt and pepper to taste. All yummy goodness for the Grandmaster's meal in the evening. No leftovers. Finished off with raspberries dusted with grated dark chocolate for dessert. And a bit of mead for the table. When you get a little bit more ambitious... My other most fav meal is beef pho...made in crockpot. http://vietworldkitchen.typepad.com/blog/2008/10/pho-beef-noodle-soup.html you could add maybe a tablespoon of floor is you want more of a gravy type. One of Santi's fav dishes is Oxtail soup, cuban style. http://www.tasteofcuba.com/oxtailstew.html You can definately slow cook all of these dishes. just wanted to add all these slow cooked broth rich recipes are good for the jing. I eat a lot of bone broth in the cold months. Keeps my body nice and warm. I also add a few drops of fish sauce to just about every hearty soup or stew I make. It rounds out all the flavors and blends them together nicely. Sometimes I add a teaspoon of raw sugar and a splash of apple cider vinegar if not using wine. The vinegar will help leach all the minerals out of the bones into the broth. I also will buy organic broth, either veggie or meat based, from the store and use instead of water to cover. It will make for a richer taste. I prefer chicken broth over beef broth for any stew/soup even if beef based. for a nice touch, get some organic mushroom broth and use that too instead of meat or basic veggie broth. love and nomm, nommmms, s

I think this Swami is bringing himself low. It looks like the legal system is working to stop him. http://www.ndtv.com/news/cities/sex-swami-nithyananda-arrested-in-himachal-20548.php http://www.ndtv.com/news/cities/swamis-in-scandals-what-keeps-the-faith-18387.php http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Paramahamsa+Nityananda+Swami++abuse&aq=f&aqi=m1&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai= Not everyone is as smart or as aware as you. No one has the same life experiences or training as you. People make stupid, uninformed and informed choices every day. The hospitals are full of them. People do what they do because they do. Everyone does things for different reasons. In hospitals they sign consent forms they shouldn't but they do because they want something so bad they are willing to agree to terms in a consent form. Sometimes they think they have no choice but they have to sign. We can't make people make decisions that we think are smart. We can't live their lives for them. We can't be their mothers. We can hope that people would use meaningfull inquiry but many don't. Laws are made to protect people from their stupid decisions. Laws are made because there are bad people who take advantage of the helpless, the uniformed, or the stupid. s

First things foremost, I unlike you, in my day job, Clark Kent persona, am a registered nurse and case manager who has worked in psychiatric care and with sexual abuse of both children and adults. Also these Wikipedia articles are copiously footnoted if you have reviewed them. It's a time saver. Most people don't have the job experience and training to plow thru mental health and law journals or other sources if I were to reference them. I wasnt lecturing. I was sharing what I know based on my own experiences of being a nurse since the late 1980s and teaching in metaphysical, spiritual circles since 1992. And yes, like Kate, to me it felt like you came off as being contemptuous of the victims and showing lack of understanding. Sexual abuse under the guise of spiritual leadership is horrible. I once had a woman come to tell me how her well known guru came to her and wanted to teach her tantric sex for her own personal enlightenment because she was a favorite of his. He couldn't make their relationship public because he had taken a vow of celibacy. But because of her beauty and high spiriutal attainment he would take her into his own personal inner circle for teaching even if it meant breaking his sacred vows. Of course, she was shattered when he lost interest in her as an intimate partner. I have had my own share of spritual douchebags whom over the years want the fast track to kundalini awakening by sleeping with me. That is an old line given in the spiritual seeker dating marketplace. "You are such a goddess. I would worship you and we can become enlightened together if we become tantric lovers."You find a lot of these guys hanging out at tantric seminars. It's a variation on a line I heard in BIble College. "I had a dream and God told me we were supposed to get married." Douchebags. s

Read up on the psychology of rape or the rape of children. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_Trauma_Syndrome http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_sexual_abuse The raped often believe it was their fault or they deserve it. They are ashamed. Children and guillible adults trust those in authority over them. People are most often raped by the people they know and not who they don't know. They may not be able to have the sense of outrage or strength that you might have if you were raped. How do you know how you would act if your guru raped you? Most people project God onto their guru. If God raped you how would you respond? Would you say God is perfect and this must be a part of his plan to bring me to enlightenment? You might not but plenty of followers do that. Excusing the guru because they know what's best for enlightenment. http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=guru+sex+abuse In light of kundalini development there is a time when the desire for sex is absolutely overwhelming. There are ways to sublimate and transmute that urge without using and abusing other people including children. People who are very talented and charismatic do have problems with their sexual appetites. Politicians and preachers are another example. Its an age old problem. I had to learn to look for the diamonds in the mud. s
