I don't teach people how to get psychic, well actually, spiritual powers. It's a byproduct of specific practice and part of my job is to teach people how to deal with and refine these powers as they arise. If you want a cook book or a recipe there are plenty on the internet that will claim to teach you but there is always some kind of psychic payout (peace of mind for example) or blood price required and of course, money depending on the system you choose. These systems I find make the serious practitioner eventually develop into a black, sucking hole of vampiric need if you want to play on any serious level. If you want to tap into the siddhis, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siddhi, in my world there is a price to pay. It can be done quickly so you have a base/foundation to continue your own studies. The price to pay is increasing your spiritual development ( and having all your karma come up into face immediately as a side effect) and surrender to the wisdom of Divine Source is involved. You can't lay a piece of gold on the table and say "one precognitive ability to go, please." You can if you want but it will be hard to find takers. You can develop that on your own. The long path is "Love Self, Honor Self". The short path is to hire a teacher. Maybe you will be able to create something different for yourself but here I just speak from my own experiences. But you know, as I start to speak from personal experience and what I know first hand, people will start accusing me of so many nefarious inclinations. So this will be all I am going to say because I feel the predators circling.

Good thing I don't have a lot of patients today. I cover three hospitals as a patient advocate. So I can just open up the laptop and connect to the hospital wifi when I am waiting for the next crisis. I am really not saying anything. I am just saying what I have discovered for myself and what works for myself. Out of that discovery the spiritual (psychic) powers did arise spontaneously in a relatively short time. No, I don't study the Upanishads. Not saying that I wouldn't it's just that I haven't. A lot of what I share comes from an experiential encounters and intuitive "downloads". These things are later verified by outside references. I am an ecstatic mystic so much of what I know and speak of is from direct personal experience and is at odds with the established party lines of established revered dogma whether that be doaism, christianity, hinduism...whatever the flavor du jour is. But I wouldn't change my direct experience for all the book learning and formal study in the world. I am in love with the Divine, happy, at peace because of it. My life is blessed

What I often say is "enlightenment is a cultural myth". Maybe it is better for me to say "Enlightenment is what you do in the privacy of your own living room when no one is watching." Often those who are recognized as great masters or enlightened live dual lives. There is the public life and then there is the personal life. I am, in my teaching, all about making it real in our everyday lives. I am fairly eclectic and pragmantic in my approach. There should not be a separation in the personal and the public life if one is authentic. Much of what is written about enlightened people is based on hearsay, oral reports, documentation of story heard from someone passed onto someone passed to someone passed to someone passed on ad infinitum. People will live and create a whole personal mythos and attachment for their lives based on these reports without using anything but cursory self inquiry. One can also feel into the energy that permeates in these reports. Does one feel enlivened by reading them or does one feel stagnant and oppressed? Follow body wisdom when choosing. So can we believe these reports of the past reports? I suppose if it serves you to do so, why not? People can choose to live the life they want, whatever gives them happiness. So what is it one does? It is not in what one says. "Love the Self, Honor the Self." Simple, simple words. Easy to do? A lifetime of practice in those words. Does it bring enlightenment? Don't know. I am not enlightened but the practice of these words is life changing.

Age is not a factor in disrepect. The secret is there are no secrets. Sometimes I wished there was secret knowledge so if I discovered it I would become good at what I thought I was supposed to be good at. Alas, there is no such secret. There is just do your practice, chop wood, carry water. The fulfillment in spirit comes in the life lived daily in joy and gratitude. This is one of the greatest psychic powers and one of the greatest secrets.
-
It's not important. Love the Self. Honor the Self. Then you will be able to do much.

I have some students, good senior students, that I have been telling them the same thing over and over and over....then one day the light goes on and they say, "i remember you saying this from the very beginning of our relationship. Now it is real!" Someone can tell us something straight up but sometimes it just isn't the right time to stick. For example, there were books I used to read that the words were dry and felt like the words were all jumbled up. Then I would get a transmission of energy or my energy would hit another level of development and then "good grief, I never saw that before!" Much of what is secret is really body wisdom moving in concert with All That Is whether one names that as the Tao, God, Source, Whatever. This is why internal cultivation can be so important. It teaches one to move in harmony with universal flow. Then when there is no resistance to Universal Flow there is much more clarity in one's life. The secrets are easier to perceive because the secrets are more about living in harmony as a responsible, accountable citizen of this planet and the Universe at large. I missed one of the biggest reasons that secrets are not revealed. If the seeker is a disrespectful ass who feels entitled and demands to know the secrets of the universe the teacher at best will ignore the seeker. At worst, the teacher will give the student wrong or incomplete info. This can be seen in some lineages and scholarly books if you know what you are looking at.
-
Sometimes the secrecy is a cover for the teacher not knowing. Sometimes the secrecy is because the answer or teaching is so simple and elegant people don't believe it can be true unless it comes wrapped in special robes, ritual codes, and conspiracy. Much of the great secrets are laying out in the open for all to see. Cultivating a cult of secrecy is a great way to make money. Much of what people think are great secrets are not secrets. Its just common sense. The Inner Guru is present in all of us but we have forgotten how to listen. Teachers can be killed or attacked for revealing secrets of the lineage. This is common. People ask me all the time "how can I do what you do?" Practice what you are taught. It's not brain surgery.

Spiritual empathy! Where is the off switch?!

thanks, Scotty, but I have been attacked by far worse. I have gotten used to it because I am a different kind of teacher than people expect. I am more amused by the intensity and harshness of it all. People get all huffy and puffy and like to ride out on big white horses and protect their lineages. I asked for it. I should have known better. I will reiterate that it does concern me how others who are learners are attacked if they speak up for me. that is not a good or wholesome thing. when you get into lineage/tribal stuff people tend to get into extremes of emotion quickly... the marketing complaints...eh....shrug... it's not about the money or promoting a business but some people just won't believe it. the investment in time here is inefficient for promoting a business. if it was just about the business and promoting, this forum is a very bad return on investment and I would have left in the first week of being here. thanks for you concern. you are a peach.

hey...i fucked up...spoke out of turn...mea culpa...if this is what this whole thing is all about, my apologies. i told you i have a big ego... no healing going on here that i can see. if you express corporate cynicism at my genuine expression i cant do anything about that. doesn't make anything that i have said about people attacking others bums less significant... You gotten such entertainment out of exposing me and putting me in my place. Good for you. I did not say we were taking his students away. Again please re-read my posts. Some of those students have taken KAP and have gone on to further study with Johnson to learn more about medical qigong. Some of his students have gone on to study KAP. It's the nature of the seminar business. So i spoke out of turn in one paragraph and no one remembers me praising Johnson and his programs/his students/his books/his DVDs in other paragraphs? No one remembers me saying pay for his work, not download it off the internet for free as some were advising to do? Did someone remember I will review the books with an interested student and review the current syllabus with them? I suppose he didn't get that report at all I imagine.

i never assumed you were a nurse. how could you be at that salary? I have never seen a nurse make that money right out of school unless they have an MBA in hand. You both really need to read my posts more carefully instead of quickly scanning for ammo to shoot me with since you construe more out of my posts than I actually write. its obviously personal with you guys since i don't fit into any way possible that you might define how I should act or be. I am not here to conform to your standards. don't insult cat or any other bums because they want to hear what I say. there is such a hostile environment on this board for posting because if one doesn't met approved standards of behavior they are insulted or ridiculed on a personal level. how does that promote inquiry into anything? i will never understand why people think ridiculing others is a way to promote community and further understanding and knowledge. or why the herd/crowd mentality is roused up so people can attack others en masse to prove their point? jeez...so you guys think I brag and have an ego problem....uh....hmmm....well....uh...good for you.... so "let's kill the bitch and get her banned"??? ( i am exaggerating here but this is all like a bad movie plot about high school rivalries,) and "yeah and let's attack all the people who want to hear what she says." yeah...that's a good idea...a really good idea... post don't post... *shrug* happy trails to you...s

i don't cure cancer with electricity...i did not say that. please be accurate in your quotes. please brag about it. i won't be offended if you told me you bowled a 300 score. why would i be offended when you share your skill level with energy? you have not much internal energy that I can see so please prove me wrong and make me a fool for saying what I see. please. it would be much easier for you to sense if you came to a global shaktipat event. the fact that you issue this kind of challenge shows me that you have little understanding of how energy works and you are just trying to bluff your way through.

You are welcome. My pleasure. Jerry's books are written for those who have no TCM background or daoist background. That was me! I am still a learner, a white belt in all this. We can talk about what interests you most and then design some reading for you. I still have my syllabus from the class and I can share that with you if you like. I did mean to add also that Healing Touch would probably be a more modern version of Therapeutic Tocuh. It was also started by a nurse and is taught in hospitals to physicians, docs, etc and the general public. It also has a lot of research to back it up. TT can be a bit esoteric but it is good to know.

So what is your understanding of kundalini, awakening, etc.? So you googled my name? What will I find if I google yours? I don't even know your real name. Where did you get the $1 psychic line????? And you are an example of being genuine, humble, and grounded? I think enlightenment is a cultural myth in my honest moments. Again, for the 100th time on this forum, I have never said anywhere, including this board that I am or claim to be enlightened. Please, if you say my name automatically repeat as a mantra, "Susan denies being enlightened! Susan is a very poor example of enlightenment." Train yourself to run screaming into the night when you see a post by me so you are not offended and have to cry about it to others. I think what I will do is put it in my profile..."warning, unenlightened teacher here. Prepare to be offended." DON'T READ MY POSTS! (that's a subliminal message). Yes, I love to play energy games and also teach others how to do so but if you think I think that is the whole enchilada, you are misinformed and/or lack insight. No nurse makes 110K right out of college. What we make is probably about 50k right out of school for the two year grads. So why do nurses become a nurse when the pay is so crappy in the beginning? Ummmm....maybe they want to help people? Ask a real doc, nurses run the show and are vastly underpaid. No one in their right mind wants to be a doc according to my doc friends. A neurosurgeon once told me any monkey can be trained to do brain surgery. Not making it in med school is an insult from the 50s when docs were autocratic asses and nurses were trained to be submissive and didn't know how to stand up to them. So at least be topical when you try to insult me and my peers. Nurses are the number one profession that is trusted and respected in the United States So insulting a whole profession of decent people so you can belittle me cause I don't make as much money as a doctor is a bit low class, don't you think? But it isn't about the money with you or is it? Mother Thesea was the PR mouthpiece for the Catholic Church bringing in millions of dollars to that organization. Why do you compare me to her? I aint no effing saint. Heh, some say that is part of my charm. Being full of myself, having a big ego, don't practice retention or celibacy, use heavy metal as background in meditation, love and hug my students, eat at their table and stay in their homes, play with their kids, laugh and tell dirty jokes and like to get buffalo wings at a biker bar after hiking in the mountains or a difficult day at work, that's part of my spiritual practice. Don't look to me as a spiritual role model for I will disappoint you. Don't put me on the rack of your expectations and then proceed to torture me when I don't fulfill your expectations. Why would anyone want to be a prisoner willingly of some anonymous forum poster's expectations of what a teacher should be? Letting who I am be controlled by a faceless someone on the internet? How unwise and insecure I would be. Too bad I am not spiritual enough to meet your definitions and should not be posting on Taobums. I am just a practicing human being who F***s up occasionally. If you don't like what I write DONT READ WHAT I WRITE!!! If you don't like me and how I teach people and live my life don't read this thread. Don't read anything that I write because it just makes you mad and cranky and insulting and you waste time googling me on the internet so you can broadcast to prove how wrong I am and what a very bad person I am. I could be teaching and sharing with people who appreciate it. For FREE! I have a several year association with Johnson's school, his students and his programs but because I am not meeting your expectations then I have nothing worthwhile to share. jeez...you who are without sin, cast the first stone. people hate in others what they hate in their selves. You really need to get over this attachment that a spiritual person acts in the way you think they should act.

just as i suspected. you have no energy sensing skills. people who bitch and complain the loudest are the ones who are lacking in development because those who have skills show respect and come to me for further training.

Because of my internal development, I broadcast healing energy 24/7. It's a fact so people don't give crap about ego. My suggestion then is to work on your internal development and not worry about doing any forms on the job. Also realize that if you must do forms you can do them in hidden ways, with your mind, a form of shen gong and still get benefit. This is how I do it and one has to be a sneaky ninja about it or one can get in trouble in some institutions, especially the catholic and seventh day adventist systems. Once your internal development is mature one runs energy 24/7 between heaven and earth. The body is the nexus point between heaven and earth, a vessel of alchemical transformation. As the energy swirls and merges in your body let it concentrate in your heart. Then just touch the patient and let the energy flow down your arm into your hands. You may be surprised how strong they "suck" from you. I was. So it is important you do not use your native chi or you will become sick and chi deficient. You can simplify this process by just connecting your heart to the Divine or Source and just letting the energy flow. Study Therapeutic Touch. It has a lot of nursing research, was developed by an RN, and is known in a lot of hospitals. You MUST learn energetic hygiene techniques. I had to leave hospital nursing for a long time because I was picking up too much toxic energy until I learned energetic hygiene techniques. Again you can pick that training up in Johnson's text books. I use Johnson's textbooks like a cook book. I look for techniques to use. I would start with volume 1. It is the foundation for the rest of the trainings. It goes into energetic anataomy, mystical daoism. Once you get it contact me and I will help you design a reading schedule. Don't worry about the legality. Your RN lisence covers a multitude of "sins." Trach care makes me barf. But guess who worked in head and neck surgery for a year after she got out of nursing. Mucus City. Nothing worse than seeing someone smoke a cigarette out of the hole in their neck. Marketing warning and disclaimer: Be a nurse. Make lots of money. Be in one of the top respected and trusted professions in the US. Eternal job security. People love you. I have not been compensated for this announcemnt.

So when are you going to show up for the global shaktipat meditations that we have almost monthly, no charge?. Do you have any energy sensing skills that are on the level of Johnson's students? If you don't have the skills it will be difficult for you to participate at their level of sensitivity. If your nervous system is numb and under developed I can guarantee you probably wont feel anything. That's your fault and that doesnt have anything to do with me. Johnson's school teaches chi/energy sensing on a master's level. I highly recommend it. If you can't sense chi start there first, then come see me. Or maybe I should give you a reference from one of the medical qigong doctors? A requirement to pass the first level of training is to be able to sense and send chi, diagnose energy pathologies, etc. Maybe you could go to our website and check out the testimonials. Truthfully, I don't think you want to be convinced. You are happier complaining and attacking an established teacher, maybe? I don't know. Makes you look important? Here's an outstanding medical qigong doctor/teacher who lives in the SF area. He has been granted the privilige of training people in Primordial Chaos Qigong by Master Duan, one of my qigong teachers. http://www.gideonenz.com/about.html He is a direct student of Johnson's.He is also initiated into the Daoist mystical lineage that Johnson teaches. Here is video of one of my teachers in qigong, Master Duan of whom I studied with in China with Dr. Enz (who sat with me and was my partner in a lot of the training) and accompanied by the head of the medical qigong school, Sifu Bernard Shannon. A video of Bernard discussing the programs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sw-aDENlHWA Bernard and I wolfed down a few plates of duck in Beijing together. If you do contact Dr. Enz, please be respectful and then he may tell you about me. I will let him know that people may be contacting him. Just fulfilled my marketing duties for today.

How many times do I have to write?: I get ZERO, NADDA, NOTHING in financial return for being on this forum. If I ever entertained the idea this could be a good business move I would have left the week after I joined. The time invested has no financial return. Anyone I have helped on this list I have done for free. I speak and write about what I know, what I have experienced, who I have met, where I have been, who I run with for the last 20+ years. If I lived in ashram or a monastery you would be hearing about my life there not my life as it is now. If you want to call that marketing, so be it. I suck at marketing if I thought marketing on this forum is a good idea. I make NOTHING in money or fees by contributing to this forum. There is no check that magically appears for combat pay that I get for participating. You assume that this is about making money? Why in the hell would I put up with these hateful childish attacks for no money? Life is not about making money. Maybe it is for you guys so that is why you interpret what I do as money motivated. Hello? People who do this do this because they love it not because it puts food on the table. Its not easy at all being an instructor. I make a living as a nurse. I do KAP for fun and because it does make a measurable difference in the quality of life on this planet. I don't need KAP to pay the rent or my expenses. If I did I certainly would be better served spending my time in a productive financial return and not writing on an internet forum. (actually, i need to take my own advice. ) Wake UP! Try being a little realistic here. I am not here to conform to your ideals of what makes a good teacher. I do not need your approval to be good at what I do. I am not here to reinforce the status quo. I am not here to make you feel good or hide what I know I have experienced so you can maintain your comfortable level of reality. What I am here for is to share deeply from my own experiences. If it offends you DON"T READ WHAT I WRITE. Again, if you don't like what I write...don't read it. I am sharing what I have experienced personally not what I read in a book or pulled off the internet. I PAID for Jerry's DVDs, books, and tuition from his senior students. DO you? If you don't, don't give me shit because you would rather benefit from by stealing someone's work than pay up front. If you do you have money issues so don't be pointing the finger at me boyfriends. There are four fingers pointing right back at you so stop with the holier than thou marketing money lectures.

I will respond to your original question of females losing energy during a climax. Speaking as a female whose kundalini is fully awake and developed, I will say no. In fact, it becomes even more energizing to climax with a developed kundalini awakened male. He does not lose energy either. That is because we know how to draw energy from the heaven and earth into the orgasm and share with each other. We can also share the orgasmic energy with other people in the room and with the planet. Ejaculation and orgasm/climax are not related at that level. These are the higher tantra practices of which sexual practice is a small part. Just speaking from personal experience.

There are better economic investments for my time than being on Bums. Bums brings no financial rewards to my door. I make over $75K a year as a nurse. I do not need to teach or be an instructor for the money. Jerry wrote great books. I am a certified graduate of his medical qigong practitioner program, over 200+ hours of didactic and clinical hands on training. I am friends with some of his top students. I am recognized at a world level as an expert on Kundalini and spiritual development. I teach the teachers. I paid his school over 10k for training. It was worth it. That is not cheap publicity. There is such a thing as a strong and healthy ego. I speak about what I know and what I do. It is not just book knowledge or come from googling on the Internet. I share of my experiences and understanding freely on this forum. If you don't like it, don't read it.

I took it and just pushed the same symbol all the time and I got 6/25. I know I am not good at predicting the future so I didn't take it.

Johnson is teaching a 7year course in Daoism in his home town. He is into the 2nd year now. Then he says he will teach no more. But, he does travel the world teaching and lecturing at conferences. I have all of his 5 medical qigong textbooks. I find them invaluable and have read them all through a couple of times and still refer to them often. I also have the first edition of the text book which then he broke it into 5 volumes with even more info and graphics. Other high level medical qigong teachers I have heard use them as textbooks in class also. I know for sure some guy in Arizona does but I can't remember his name. The first volume goes extensively into medical daoism from conception onwards and Oh, yeah, and conception back to the Dao. There is some stuff in there that is so esoteric I still cant decipher it by myself. Each book is about 4 inches thick and about 8x10. Good thing they are in paperback for about $60 a piece From his students I heard one of the things he can do is stand on the far side of one room and make wind chimes ring on the other side. He also has excellent healing and wushu skills. A couple of his Daoism students and medical qigong students are now studying with Sant/KAP cause they get so much more power and understanding and gentle treatment.(Also far less expensive and more personal relationship) Santi and I did a long distance shakti meditation for some of Johnson's crew and left them stunned and hung over. Yeah...I am self promoting here but lets call things as it is. They are still talking about it and Santi and I were not even putting a lot effort into it.

How to Get Hot Chicks: http://current.com/items/91072277_sarah-haskins-in-target-women-how-to-get-hot-chicks.htm

"Taboo?? I don't get that perception at all. In Buddhism psychic powers are explicitly listed as one of the fruits of the contemplative lifestyle, right in the suttas. Plus Buddha has taught the 4 foci of power sutta, which is a sutta whose sole goal is to teach you a way to develop psychic powers." Excellent point. We have the structures within us that are already there for power development. Why ignore that? If you do right practice you are going to get these whether you are looking for them or not. Right practice will also develop right mind and one will probably not be seduced by the powers they are developing. Why not develop yourself to your full potential in all areas? If you don't, you live in fear and are more easily manipulated by those in power. God forbid we all develop spiritual powers and we no longer need priests, preachers, and the such to tell us what to do and be dependent on them to protect us. Psychic powers are spiritual powers. They are only as good as the vessel in which they are contained.
-
You live in a very fearful place, dear one. You attract what you focus on. Your energy feeds your fears if that is what you focus on and makes them larger and more unmanageable. Relax and breathe in the Divine. You will be protected against the many thing you warn about when you focus on the Divine. I have done my fair share of successful exorcisms over the years as I am sure Santi has too. Heck, we worked on one together this past weekend in a roomful of observers. Wasn't planning on it but how do you plan for things like that? You are preaching to the choir about spiritual sciences, sounds, mantras, prayers, rituals etc. KAP teaches those things more extensively on the upper levels. We even have a kick ass Psychic Self Defense (PSD). Santi and I have been trained for years by Masters/shamans and they are a bit of a rough crowd themselves. Just ask your self...who do you want in your corner? Someone who occasionally swears, tells it like it is, and kicks demon ass or someone who talks politely and lives afraid of the Universe they live in. Demons are incredibly nasty but they respect the strength and power of the Divine unlike a lot of humans. It's not just the words/sounds that attract demonic powers, it is sickness in the soul and the body. This is a huge subject but don't worry. Santi and I are not here to lead people into hell and the clutches of demons although sometimes I wonder if people think that by the way they talk about us. It's funny. People trash us on this forum. Then when they run into some problems like with their health, or their spiritual development, or need an exorcism or a house clearing so who do you think they ask to help them? May your life be filled with peace and understanding.
