  4. Most Underrated Systems, Teachers, Books, etc

Yes, has anyone has practiced the system? I think it is more of External Kung than Internal Kung. Please share.
  5. I think we can safely start from horse standing exercise and meditation on emptiness.
  6. drewhempel, I don't think Niko meant Master Wang. Read the previous post by Ken where he stated that "However, I want to make sure this is a legit source because I have seen at least one person who ripped off Master Wang's teaching and published it as their own system (yeah, for real)....
  7. Hi Votex, There is nothing wrong with Zhan Zhuang (ZZ). ZZ is always good. I learned a number of things about ZZ from durkhrod chogori's writings. I maybe wrong here but I think durkhrod chogori practiced ZZ for 4-5 years and got what he needed. He then moved to more advanced practices. That is why I would like to know what he is up to lately? Your Tao Buddy.
  8. Very much appreciate your advice.
  9. Durkhrod chogori, Thank you for your advices. I will see what I can do about that. I particularly like your following post: Kind respects.

I may miss something in here but can someone share the Table of Content for KAPs at least in terms of meditation and breathing methods/techniques?
  12. Creation, Thank you for the information. Durkhrod chogori, Any accomplished master in China that you recommend? So no Zhan Zhuang for you anymore. If you can share, what sitting practice you are using? Is there any Tao Bums member who has taken the workshop with Master Hu and would like to say a few words?
  13. Hi durkhrod chogori; I have a number of questions which I would like to ask you. Please let me ask the first one: I am planing to visit China this year. 14. Over Forty Only

Newly born here. If anything is beyond your comprehension and you would like to understand then please kindly ask. Please do not assume it is nonsense. Being over 40 years old doesn't necessarily mean losing ability to ask questions.

  16. How do you get more qi?

Thank you for your answer. I enjoy what your above presentation on Qi development. Respectfully.
  17. How do you get more qi?

I think we need to respect others more. It is a Tao forum but in many ways we dont show it enough. Old Man Contradiction: What do you mean? I too think meditation can generate Qi either sitting or standing. I know you do it by standing. Standing is better for me because it can also transport generated Qi to where my body needs otherwise I need to to some movements. Ya Mu: Do you mean Internal Qigong as meditation? Thank you guys, Your Tao Buddy
  18. How do you get more qi?

Thank you for your sharing. I will start reading this tonight. I also got some materials on White Skeleton Meditation. I will be back for some discussions. Did you learn these 2 meditation methods yourself? Be well.
  19. KAP

I too enjoy his writing. Somewhere on page 30 of this thread he stated:
  20. How do you get more qi?

    Thank you for your answers!
  21. How do you get more qi?

sykkelpump, I can be related to you on Qigong and weight training. On unlimited amount of Chi generated by Meditation, I would like to know what method/technique of meditation are you using? Thank you, Your Tao Buddy What is the difference?
  22. Spectrum, Thank you for your sharing. I really appreciate it. fiveelementtao, I am sorry if I have offended you in anyway. I think it is rather easy to follow the movements of the Heaven and Earth Gong set by waching the youtube vid (performed by Dao Zhen) with a basic understanding of Qigong. I found it a very good exercise. It has many core movements, which are introduced in other systems. I wonder if you have watch the vid? I am nowhere near your level. Thank you for being modest, What I meant was that we need to spend more time on practice whatever system, which is available to us and good results will follow. I also prefer some direct answers to the asked questions.
