  2. I've noticed the "Like" button has more of an affect on users than just positive reinforcement. It tends to energize the user, give them confidence (sometimes an inflated confidence) then they start posting even more than they normally would. Sometimes they get cocky, over confident and eventually slip-up, post some nonsense, get flamed and go and hide away for a few days until they build up enough courage to come back and post some more. Getting accolades from the "Like" button = Ego's best friend edit: I just noticed i pressed the "Like" button on my own post. ROFL Blessings

  25. Nungali ! My long lost bother, dear friend, buddy, cobber, pal, mate. I think it only sounds like I'm picking on you but Its my way of saying I really think you're a great guy. I will certainly comply and reduce those 'annoyances' for the sake of a more harmonious discussion. Thanks for replying. edit: this reminds me of a workmate who use to scream out my name every time he'd see me. That would annoy me to no end.
