Interesting ... week ago or something ... I did the six directions qi gong ... When I channeled chi to upper dantien I saw violet light ..., then when opened middle dantien the light was red mist ... and in the lower it was from red to black ... When I crouch down it was black and then stood up it was green and yellow ... I did not try to vizualizate, but I looked trough my third eye and saw those colors ... now because some light goes trough eyelids I cowered may eyes with hands ... then there were blue and green fractals like shapes in the dark space ...

There is some GIF circling on the Facebook right now ... You tap and get your Tarot card ... I taped and got The Fool .. lol ... Ok ..., how that Tarot stuff really works out?

Experience from today ...

I feel it like soft lovely alive and clean "substance" ... But I had experience with that nasty stuff you mentioned ... It was during fusion meditation, when I meditated on my organs ... Then this was really some "nasty" stuff cleaning out ... and yes it was something like dark oil bubbles or something like that ...

No, it is during meditation ... but when I woke up in my dreams then this is even more intensified ...

Hi Michael Seems that symbol The Fool resonate with me right now, I can feel it ... exactly where I am right now ... right in the center and I can go or follow in any direction I want to ... Which book would you recommend to learn that stuff? Do exist a Chinese version of tarot method and cards out there which correspond to the taoist five elements etc ..? Just curious ... and yes I am complete newbie on that field ...

Can we use those cards as a "spiritual" tool on our way trough life ... to follow our higher self ...

I don know the teminology you use here ... anyway are Trecho / Thogal in any corelatino to the Tonal / Nagual from shamanic tradition? I just watched Kwan Yin magnetic qigong recently and seems similar to Pangu set, but on the other hand it is different too. Pangu uses soon/moon visualisations and counting, hands movements are from hands ..., when on the other hand, Kwan Yin doesnt use visualisations, hands are moved from the spine, etc ... In general, similar stuff on the first look, but different at the same time ... For those who knows that stuff please give your "expert" opinions ... Jox

In the book Shaolin Nei Jing Qi Gong, detailed information is presented, how do we bend the toes on the feet, at the same time, as we bend fingers on the hands ... Realy simple, but seems quite some time will be needed to get feeling in to the toes and bend one by one at the same time with the fingers ...

Hi Mudfoot ... yes, seems all those sets are derived out of Shaolin Nei Jin Yi Zhi Chan, with addition from Emei and some others Qi Gongs ... Shaolin Nei Jin Yi Zhi Chan originaly supposed to have up to 500 arhats / postures ..., but the core are the finger bending stuffs I suppose know ... What is your experience with nei jing, kong jing? How long have you been doing them? Five hands of poison? I have never heard of them till now ... what are they for?
