It remeinds me of the budha palm stuff, which you can do and in the seme time watch tv or talk to a friend ... Hmmm, after 2 months I bought this KYMQ dvd, I still havent watched it ... lol ... But I like the standing mudras from the heart of bagua dvd ... I do them daily ... Good stuff ...
