    If in the area with a lot of mosquitos , meditate under the net , or outdoors during the day when there is less mozzies. I had problem with ants recently while in the forest .They were really biting and crawling all over , but honestly I was so starved for nature and blissed out to sit among the pine trees in the middle of nowhere that it didnt really matter that much. Id brush them of every now and than.

    Wow, what an amazing post zerostao! I quoted this part of what you wrote becouse it says a lot. Forest is sooooooooooo healing. Incredible. In my opinion one of the big reasons people get ill so much becouse we dont spend time outdoors. Except if literally couple of hours a week or a little more depending on the season.(city folk that is) Most of my collegues at work are like this for fact, and when they do go out its to the bar or resturant -- which is techinacly staying inside again. I feel sorry when they get ill or are super lethargic ,but they prefer to take pill. It is my wish to stimulate at least people around me somehow to understand the dynamics better. Not spending time in nature can cause serious problems on many levels becouse we loose contact very organic part of nature and with that a part of ourselves , we stop understanding life and feel so much separation and loss. We start treating the nature like a slave , enviromental problems abaound, as well as many ilnesses develop from this problem nowdays too. Going for a run in the park now.

  8. Yes, dissolving with love sounds like a right antidote. Love is the best weapon , nothing can resist it. Just talking from personal expirience when I did looong and intense reterat some years back and had strong intuitive opening is that it was very important for me to be slow, incredible torough and honest and nurturing towards myself . As well as understanding: what is it that I want and am I ready to accept. Intention. I will never forget words of one of my teachers . It was one of those things said at the right time in the right space. He is a a martial artist and a total guys guy - very masculine so this was unexpected, well he saw and sensed my battle,unability to deal with ceratin issue at the time and said: 'You have to love the wholeof yourself.' As in this is what it boils down to at the end if you want truly peaceful existance.

This all depends on a person as everyone has different emotional/psychological make up, acordingly one needs to adress different issues which may corespond to different chakras. I would say that keeping the heart 'polished' has capacity to sort everything out and this is one of the reasons why many schools do orientate on heart predominatley. As the Sufi saying goes'opening the eyes of the heart'. It seems however as if you already have the knowing of what needs to be brought up to light and adressedin your process :'a tough fear barrier'. It wants release . The way I deal with my issues is by energetic practises, meditation , maybe some physiacal excersise if needed and by asking similar questions: What is the fear made of emotionally, energetically, or even physiacaly? Where does it come from? Is this fear mine? Do I need to act upon it?etc.. Dealing with ones own fear is very grounding and fundamental,as the pshychic block in the stomach gets dissolved and energy circulation changes. Mind ,energy and breath are very closley related. Passing through this 'gate'is not to be understimated. Dont know wherther that helps at all, hopefully you will get some sort of answer/inspiration that resonates with you from someone. Wishing you best.
  10. Hi -K- , How is that book , would you reccomend it? Why does it say that penetration is not good and why wouldnt Western women be able to become white tigresses? I read what you said on the dream therad, I got an orgasm few times with flying in the dream.The reason happening for me was-- tierdness or eating loads before bed which is not the usual habit. Yeah MCO or some spinal breathing is helpful for refining .
  11. Dear zanshin , first it is advisable to do Sprouting the Penis-Dragon Fu . It is a penis growing technique (unless you already have your own),as we do need one to do semen retention. OK now I am for real. Women usually do some other techniques for rejuvenation. One is Slaying the Red Dragon which has to do with stopping the period as that is supposed to be time when we waste a lot of energy . I wonder if any of the women on TTB those kind of womens techniques or know of anyone doing them succesfully? It would be really interesting to get this kind of feedback.

  13. How to loose awareness over your own body?

    Take up any technique you feel atracted to and practise. Practise every day. Practise through all obstacles. During the day at work or in the free time while with your partner or eating, walking..have practise you can do like mindfulness, breath awarness , concentration technique or something else. If you practise you will get that expirience, if you dont get too slack or chicken out in a meantime as this is not for a weak hearted. Once the expirience comes ,wherther youll be able to enjoy it as a permanent state or not is another story.
  14. jay, locate the fear . Ask yourself - if your fear has a place mentally? Has it taken shape physicaly? How does it manifest? When do you feel it the most? Is it a random , what triggers it? Is there a pattern? If so where does it come from? Follow your fear to its roots and than consciously change direction digging out new groves in your being by choosing not to act upon it. Get to know fear and see why, when , how are you acting upon it. This process is very much like training a pet, it requires a lot of focus and repetition .

    I fly in dreams since always and take off easily , sometimes just think of place and I am there without flying . Sometimes enviroment just changes apropriatley. Sometimes walk or take different modes of transport and recently jumping in the water and swimming a lot which is a thrill . This water bit has to do with sorting out my emotional body I feel and being able to deal and integrate with certain things recently and it started to get sorted in dreams and slowly manifested into physical.

    suninmyesey stands for a extermly deep craving I have had to finally see the sun at the time of signing into TTB .it was winter so very long and grey and rainy, one of 5 months long no sky scenarios. xx

    Nooooooooooo stop iiiiiiiitttttttttt!!!!!!!!! Pseudo wise is the cool of the day, I too am going for it. Not pin pointing something as home is a Home. You may understand this , but not everyone else does. Some are on vacation ,work ,falling in love in the pine forest, talking a walk ,picking their nose at the traffic light, sleeping in the park, lost in mountains...etc - they are not at Home yet. There is something that seems as a process on some level and it is important to acknowledge for what and when it is. Invisable map to return back Home.

    No. Dont do it. It could be an important part of an invisable map for returning back Home, a crucial part at some point in someones dream - a link that has potential to metamorphosise simple melody into a incredible symphony or profound silence, in one way or another.

    Yes I agree with this, there is a process-it is rarley a jump and every stage is important to aknowledge for what it is. It is a sort of a twist and a catch -22 . The reason is becouse intense build up of negative conditioning needs a lot of positive to nutrualise it. Which is often the case nowdays. If we reflect deeply and meditate world as ourself - at the moment in the world we definetly need more good attidues ecologicaly, deeply well intendioned and constructive , as well as raising the ability to act as oppose to react and destruct on a large social and personal scales. Cultivating good qualities as a tool can be very helpful. Manitou said 'all is relative'- I agree with this too .
