  1. raw food & cheese etc.

Hello Tao Meow, I have just read your post and the highlighted italics are something I have been trying to figure out and am open to suggestions .. Regarding the bit in italics. In theory your theory would work, but in practise and personal expirience I would change "in many cases..to in few cases..." Ive tried getting back to cooked in past (I eat raw vegan)in every way ,slowly as if one would try to introduce a baby to normal food. And after 2 weeks I hit the wall where I cant stand the toxicity cooked food produces in my body. It may sound like pure nonsense but that is how it is .There are all symptoms of poisoning.Very painful ones too. Oh ,and about people becoming superhealthy, well it has possibility to be true,I am certanly on that road.As one is less prone to illness(such as colds ,viral infections etc),body heals faster ,stamina and vigour is incredible. And even my purley physical strenght is actually bewildering me ,since I know my usual limitations. I am not suggesting here that cooked food is bad or unhealthy or poisounus for everyone ,nor am I dissing it or suggesting raw food should take over the world-Just making sure to clarify this. But will share interesting and maybe not so popular(well at least interesting to me,I hope someone else too)personal findings that cooked food is an addiction wearing a disguise of necesetty nowadays(maybe not true for Eskimos,Tibetans or people living in extreme conditions ,people in severe lack of food -which included me too during the war as a kid growing up..). Cooked food is to be enjoyed of course, but the role in conditioning it plays is HUGE one.Almost unacceptable, very deeply rooted in the fabric of society. In many spheres and levels of life. For whatever this was worth, Auntie Sun
  2. Is This The Truth About Kundalini?

Oh ,no! boring Ive just read your limitation of the thread to Robert Bruces take on kundalini. I was just going to add something completley else... So gotta go than I suppose, Later xx
  3. Your enlightenment in this life is assured!

    YES! to this .Very nice.Home.
  4. Why are you here?

Oh thanks Manitou,I think same about you.
  5. Why are you here?

Becouse I get to talk about things I cant say anywhere else ,unless I want to be considered mad. And love reading about peoples expiriences ,and understanding and percieving -it is inspirational. Also there are some really fantastic links and good information people come up with. And people here are special individuals who are fresh and not scared to stand out and share their opinions.
  6. I was reading the thread back than and wasnt sure where were you coming from -as it did not sound appropriate to advice someone to be angry and calling Manitou Mona Lisa of whatevah.. Anyways most girls (at least ones I know)are not samurai or warriors. We have got different ways, maybe more like lovers of life.
  7. Try not to worry yourself too much ,just live normal life and do some spiritual practise. It is like having a mental shower every day. Good for the higyene. This "energy"you are talking about is you really, deep introspection and acceptance is needed.Very deep, more you cooperate and more understanding you become ,easier it gets. Let go,let go even if you cant let go of this let go anyway, more letting go, and some more letting go..Dont carry this fear with you. Why?Its too heavy . Let it go,find a way of letting it go,the fear is not yours anyway and it doesent belong to you. You picked it up somwhere. Let it go. Look deep into who you are. I am saying this becouse I am trying to communicate to you that this is just a phase you are going through and dont worry yourself .As many of us here have been through it and came out ok. It will make you even more beutiful at the end.:)Lighter and brighter . Very best luck .
  8. I dont know anymore to be honest or more accuratley cant say it with words.
  9. Sage in the wilderness...

Just googeld for a while and Belukha looks absolutley amazing!I am in love. Funnily enough I was looking into Altai mountains ,but was wondering where to go exactly, waiting for a lead..and this came just as a sort of pointer,so thank you. Altai are meant to be also a spiritual retreat place for Kazakhstani muslims since ages from one side and Chinese/Mongolians from another side of the mountains.Nice place to be born.. Will do lots of research.Fun:)
  10. Sage in the wilderness...

Yes ! lol a heard of "bears" eating your bathing suit. I am actually researching options these days for summer months. Any especially nice area in ex Russia that stayed in your memory and you would reccomend?
  11. Sage in the wilderness...

I have stayed in wilderness for longer periods of time and would do it again. It is not romantic as it may sound(think worst case scenario:mud,wet,leeches,...cold,bears in the area..),but still it is so special I love my urban jungle too,she is wild and beutiful and thought me a lot.
  12. cerananada, Always(daily) make sure to do something that makes you feel good and you like doing. Go run very fast in the woods and climb the trees early in the morning . Meet up with friends that you can have a good laugh with. Dance to your favourite music. Get out and scream out loud if you need to. Give yourself time. Personally I find just simple meditation and lots of healthy and honest introspection mixed with study of inspiring spiritual literature a very good tool.
  13. Nicely put Manitou. As Manitou said "there is no good or evil person"..Good and evil are inside of us all.It is just the matter of discovering or learning how to choose the actions/thoughts in order to create more harmonious life. Or even learning to want to have harmonious ,peaceful life. And that we are actually free and allowed to feel good . It can be hard as most of us have been shaped most of our lives to feel some sort of self destruction fear ,guilt..Mistaking identity, that sometimes has extremly hard grip and produces almost masochistic pleasure.
  14. Yes, sure unripe fruit is bad for you and it tastes horrible. Some fruit does ripen off the tree well ,without causing any problems . edit:forgot to finish the sentence..,time to go and sleep
  15. I eat mostly fruit , and sometimes eat oranges and drink orange juice only all day,as they are so yummy right now. Accordingly I should be one big gout itself. IMO it is a food combination that can bring on this problems.
  16. I just wrote reply ,but wiped it off by mistake Might write few words later again..
  17. Jenn, I was thinking .. Are you fit?If not maybe that is one small step.Becouse when you become physically fit and healthy you start feeling energetic and comfortable with your body. So you get energy for whatever other things you need to sort out in the life. Get outdoors DAILY,on the bike if you are into it ,jogging or very brisk walking, you will get invigorated.Do it no matter what rain or shine. Secondly, find a qigong teacher and attend lessons weekly ,and maybe something like taichi or something similar that resonates with you. Do it regulary. And practise. Than if you do not ,just keep on going stubbornly and never give up wanting to feel good. That is the key.Try again and again. Feeling at peace with yourself is your birthright and tell all this other feelings to F***k O**.It is up to you, make sure that Love is the boss in your house and accept NOTHING else. Understand who you are and let go ,let go and let go some more. And more. Of course at your pace.Dont forget to try over and over again to love yourself, yes even 1 billion times if required. And you will form a positive pattern, slowly after some time your being will start changing /reshaping . Study some self help and spiritual books on nature of the mind. This "recipe"is what I could think of just now. And you know sometimes we need to be broken down completley by life in order to grow more beutiful and radiant.Similar to cutting down the branches so the tree grows healthier. Everything is in point of view. All the best!Sending you lots of love.
  18. Hi , I also think some counseling might help. And maybe try and find a good healer in your city/area(for that you could ask fellow bums for any info if anyone lives nearby).Someone who can show you how to work with yourself towards betterment as well as help speed up healing. Hang around here too ,you may find something inspiring.
  19. Bright Lights

In meditation observe them but dont comment mentally ,allow to get "soaked"in golden -bright light ,keep on going. You may be entering the vacuum/no mind .
  20. 11:11 on 11/11

  21. Incredible Inner Heat

As far as I remeber reading few of his books,he is a Hindu from Kashmir and not a vegeterian(he mentions this in his autobiographical book). It is common for Hindus in that area to be non veg. He only used to drink milk and eat oranges for a long time as this was all he could eat due to "fire"burning(as he descrbes it) in his stomach and internal organs. This was due to awakening kundalini through pingala nadi(the right -sun channel)instead of central cannel sushumna nadi. When that was remedied he went to back to eating regular food again. edit:spelling
  22. TTBs reputation System
