    Tai Ji Quan is a good exercise for a healthy heart. It's slow rhythmic movements tune your body into it's natural cycles, balancing metabolism and naturally adjust the blood pressure through a slow and steady progression that leads the body to a healthy, ie blissful, state. It also naturally feeds into health (qiqong)or martial(gungfu) practices. In it's fully developed form it can be a spiritual exercise as well as used for self defense of body and mind.

But he still didnt get the picture, or maybe he liked it, so finally he was all up in my space again, I fa jinged him through the tip of my shoulder into his heart. I made sure he felt pain. He lieft. Theives only understand pain. Pain is a good teacher. What crane cools wings. Today I feel loose, legs are nice and rubbery, back is free, skin is still crawling from total immersion in the pool. What a way to cool off.     I'm not inspired by what i've seen or read. End of story. It seems to me like aggressiveness disguised as "self defense". My ears hurt from all the angry men I've been around in my life being tougher than the guys next to them. Internal martial artists are the worst, because its always "to dangerous to show"... If I saw a few moments of fluidity in motion that solved a physical problem instantaneously I would say different, but as it stands i'm not seeing any problem solving.

    Listen baby sunshine. When you type words that come out of your wiggling fingertips, speak responsibly. "not caring" doesn't cut it. Threaten someone w/ text and see what a judge says.
