good point aaron, kids are truer to a pure nature than adults, perhaps. @mh, isnt forgetting a Taoist ideal or something?

did any of ya'll ever play a game called 'follow the leader'? i never did heheh most of you know that while i espouse the wisdom of rousseau, emerson, thoreau, and the dadaists,, and apply those ideals into my daily life,,,,,my anarchy is much about art , art trumps all really, time is art etc

with XYP Spiritual Taoism, our main objectives are; health and longevity enlightenment Immortality become wise and care free Yin Shen is the first level of spirit cultivation. Out of body experience is just side effect of spirit cultivation progression only. It is not a part of target. But in XYP the reaction is very fast,, maybe because we can connect with divine energy in the first day of initiation. this makes our subtle body stronger fast

i do not under estimate Daozang http://www.goldenelixir.com/publications/eot_daozang.html Daozang is a remarkable collection of the large Taoist organizations and monasteries. i dont underestimate Daozang, but, i dont see it containing the deepest secrets of Taoism, even here in kentucky, colonel sanders never wrote his secret recipe in an open book. and there are many Taoists that are mysterious and do not have a clear history (to the public). if we trace back further to around 2500 BCE to Huang Ti learning Taoism from the hermit Guang Ceng Zi, there is no clear background. Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi do not have clear back grounds either. it can be said that the origins of Taoism come the Taoist hermits and they formed small esoteric spiritual schools. if you want to learn Tai ji you go learn directly under the guidence of the shifu, not from a book. once you have attained a certain level then the books make sense and you can learn some from them. if we want to learn Taoist spirituality there is no choice but to join a Taoist school. Xiao Yao Pai originates from an esoteric spiritual school. you can talk theory but we experience directly the Xian Tian system. we do not even try to understand the theory of Jing Qi Shen or Shen Qi Jing but we practice this transformation directly. there are 3 basic Taoist canons; Dao De Jing , Qing jing Jing , Nan Hua Jing these canons explain about Zi Ran (naturalness) Wu Wei (effortless) Qing Jing (clear and silent) Gong (emptiness) Xiao Yao (carefree) but how to implement and experience it? we do not master it by reading a book and trying the meditation and qigong on our own. we need the Taoist shefu to teach us the way to achieve. back to Jing Qi Shen and Shen Qi Jing, in Xiao Yao Pai, we can experience the energy beyond the mind directly. Effi is well studied in the Taoist texts, so he tried to explain it comparing it to Hou Tian to help us to be able to imagine it. actually it is very difficult to explain. his reiki friend found his energy and meditation changed and it is difficult to explain. it is like we have eaten a very delicious food and we cannot describe it in words. some could say that Shen Qi Jing is not ever written in english but we are experiencing energy beyond the mind. we are experiencing meditation state that is described as the ultimate level in Hou Tian as a sign that Shen is 'born'. i had never been told by the school about Shen Qi Jing before or at my initiation. in XYP we emphasize the exercise and direct experience. we do the exercise, we experience, and we understand. XYP does not lock onto any Taoist canon, we develop our understanding based on our experience and achievement. opendao says that Yang Shen only able to achieve by Xian Tian system. how am i able to judge that? i cant say if that is true or not. but i feel that even the basic stage of Xian Tian is very difficult to achieve by Hou Tian. opendao also writes about Yuan Jing Yuan Qi and Yuan Shen, it is very interesting. maybe when we were initiated the Taoist Master triggered our Yuan Jing, who knows? i can share that when we were initiated there is an energy that can make our body move. and practicing we can achieve a high level stage of meditation, our Qi develops and vitality increases. how, what is this process?? all just mystery at present.

Is the Libertarian Party the closest thing to Anarchism the U.S. political system has?
zerostao replied to Aaron's topic in The Rabbit Hole
the tea party is kinda like the occupy wall street crowd, in that both of those groups understand that something is dead in denmark, something is very broke with the current system and that there needs to be some type of change. the supreme court has been paid off. money is speech, the only speech capable of being heard. ideas are silenced. money talks. it lies but it talks -

isnt our current corporate oligarchy already feudalism? i am not going to read Atlas Shrugged but i think i understand its premise>> that anyone not in the 1% is just a worthless moocher, is that close? why havnt the big banks been broken up????? imf????? = neo slavery, basically doesnt it? its all the same dang game the gop was playing in the 20's then it was rockafella now its koch, bigs banks create bubbles to fleece the 99% so, about sometime in 2016,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, glass steagall 2.0 and even thomas jefferson was in favor of public education. that golden arrow video i posted about a week ago..... -
"Anarchy is a way of life, it isn't a rebellion." i agree. and a rebellion or revolution just looks to replace the current establishment with a new one. the anarchist will not recognize any establishment. its interesting when the rebel becomes part of the establishment. as often is the case, the rebel turns out to be worse than the first. and there are certainly times when my anarchy lifestyle puts me afoul of law enforcement and they place me in 'time out' LOL or levy a fine on me.((and perhaps in these moments i will meet other anarchists!!))) which is fine and acceptable from my pov. i still will not allow my choice of lifestyle to be dictated from some edict from up high, that would be unnatural and absurd. so it is an ebb and flow type of thing. the anarchist is an Individual.

i feel that it could be a useful thing-if- the contributed articles section gave the originator of the article/thread in that section- the same level of controls that exist for the originator of the threads in the ppf section. basically being a mod of your own article thread just as anyone with a ppf is their own mod there. i am a strong supporter of the contributed articles section as a distinct area of this forum. this area is reserved for original work by our members, i can see a few obvious pros and cons for this idea' i am interested to hear any ideas that the bums have about this section. i had this idea previous and didnt want to push it too hard-becoz- i didnt want to put extra work on an already over-worked engineer, but, now we have 2 technicians who could assist with this-IF- we did decide to tweak it.

i like the concept even if i feel the xdollar amount should be much lower. our only national elections are for the presidency? theoretically at least? i doubt the corporations would approve this tho.

thank you for sharing your perspectives stosh, and for allowing me to share mine. rich bums get lamb chops and a poor bum gets pine cones, but its alright in the great scheme of things. i am happy with wool socks and sweater, and i probably miss the olive drab wool blanket as much as marblehead does. its a fantastic autumn evening here in anarchist appalachia but maybe the wind too chilly for you florida bums,,, where is my scarf,,,,,

it is interesting that in Virginia the tea party candidate lost and , i think you are correct in that it was largely due to funding; the biznessmen decided not to fund this candidate. i doubt that govt shutdown thing had anything to do with it so, when obabmacare could have been the focus of this and future elections, i think it is clear which issue made more of an impact with the ones who buy the votes,,, err finance the election i have been saying on this board for 4 years how the GOP keeps shooting itself in the foot. i think the principled thing would have been for more voters to start voting 3rd or even 4th party. whatever the strategists of the GOP are doing, they are not getting it right. will the tea party congressman hold their seats in '14? imagine the democrats gaining seats in the house rather than gop gaining senate seats. a mcconnell re-election is no sure thing by any stretch. nixon and reagon are far too liberal and progressive for the right wing.. keep rush limbaugh and glenn beck and hannity as the spokesmen of the party and it doesnt seem much like party time any longer does it? i will say i very much admire mcdonnell(despite his sudden fall from grace) i felt he was an outstanding governor)), the outgoing GOP virginia gov. and some will make the case that cuccinelli wasnt conservative enuff? well, keep going down that path and see where it continues to lead. maybe yoga was the key issue?? this wasnt even imo a strong candidate put forth by the democrats and he still won and raised a ton of money. ding

why do you keep thinking an anarchist is upset? anarchists are cheerful, it is the ones who feel confined to their system that show signs of being upset. upset at their political leaders, upset with the economy or national debt,or whatever. upset that some welfare mom may get a baloney sandwich for herself and her kids for lunch, upset that some one may be getting high or enjoying themselves carefree at the expense of the middle class? anarchist really could care less. the rich are fine in my book too unless they happen to be bankers. when in fact the rich totally support the poor and it is the middle class that is the sheep that will be slaughtered by the rich. the poor don't care. however it turns out they will still be poor. it is predictable, always has been. the only ones with blinders on being led to the meat house are the ones who faithfully believe this system will continue to work for them. Iceland jailed their political leaders and bankers and have they suffered becoz of those actions? or have they benefitted from those actions? "March cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream." not being able to drive without streetlights? I have headlights of my own. and the roads I drive on don't have signals, signs, , the signifiers often are false. I did drive in a country for 15 months that did not have any traffic laws, I survived, I did see a couple of accidents where the involved got out and duked it out to settle it. I admit this would be a unsavory situation, and I do carry car insurance even if summer b4 last I drove without a tag all summer. minor protest and experiment. there will still be plenty of fungible as per agreements between individuals and not handed down as some edict from up on high. and I trust the word of my bookie over the word and handshake of any banker. the distinction drawn here may be that despite the "ilegaility" the bookie may be involved with he is still honorable to our agreement, where as the banker , even with the laws that he writes that supports him, still cannot be trusted to keep his end of the bargain. "you cant change" this is the illusion the invalid system hopes that you buy into. there is change going on. little victories and wise action over time will transform into a new age. I agree I am in anarchy paradise already. wise action is stepping away from the system in place as it is now. the current system is unsustainable and will doom itself. no anarchist will ever have to bring about the change. anarchist recognize that the change is already underway and the system is in fear and that is why it is trying to bring about such draconian measures. we all know where sheep end up, do we not? where do you think the globesity is heading? I have stepped away long ago. decades. I will add that I do feel that a govt might be necessary if they would be the counter balance to corporate crime world but in reality they are in collusion with. joeblast talks about crony capitalism. I agree that it would be refreshing to see how capitalism without the cronyism corruption crime would be. but we will never know. it has all been set up by the cronies, it is invalid, it will not last. however calculating and evil the hierarchal corporate laws are, things do cycle thru. it would be better if we get a 1688 resolution than a 1788 one imo.. but if we don't get one we will get the other. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glorious_Revolution http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_Revolution

i didnt read that book, it sounds exceptional tho. i did read the recent news of "the corporations were supposed to play the role of "oppressive soul-eating capitalists" where apple (corporation) workers are dealing with work conditions so intolerable that apple had to install 'suicide nets' literally to catch employess who were trying to jump to their doom rather than continue to live work under such conditions. apple is very thoughful to provide these nets to save the lives of people make sure they keep their workers on the job. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2092277/Apple-Poor-working-conditions-inside-Chinese-factories-making-iPads.html

law and hierarchy are invalid this just sets up conditions for the abuse of power system is always hypocritical, so you are either chosen or damned. anarchist do not believe in the providence of such hypocritical invalid systems and are deeply suspicious of all hierarchy the anarchist will not resign or submit themself to these evils when you meet the buddha, kill the buddha

walking round the tree is very bagua,,,,, yeats expressed by mckinnett two trees maybe one walks and one doesnt
-
just any random tree? isnt there a specific type of tree you yearn to become? once a native american indian who felt he didnt quite fit into the tribe so functionally decided to become the first cedar tree and this way was able to provide great benefit for his fellow humans. very imaginative of him to create a new type of tree, but is there an existing tree already, that you would rather become?

it took me a minute to decide where to place this post. when dealing with the somaili pirates all these years--the threats of us navy seals, brittish sas, french foreign legion etc hidden on vessels was no deterent to the somaili pirates but what has proven effective is brittany spears,,we should make her secretary of the navy http://music.yahoo.com/blogs/music-news/britney-spears-songs-leave-somali-pirates-saying-arrr-174010868.html

excellent stosh, and it is the fact that we opened the door to artificial 'authority' to begin with that has the general society in such a shape. folks that need a law and a no littering sign and the threat of a fine to prevent them from throwing trash out their car window probably do need laws. if the only thing preventing some from robbing their neighbors is some laws against larceny, again these type of folks are something to consider. i consider them to be a product of our system. set up a system were everyone gets a free pass from self relaince, self responsibility, self accountability, self health, self defence, and this is what we end up with. set up a system that takes the authority away from the individual and place that authority in the hands of a beaurocratic state,,,,,and dont we end up with the majority dependent on the state even for their own basic sustenence. how many people in our society actually produce anything? i am not going to count the folks who shuffle paperwork around for whatever buearacracy. it is the state that intentionally dis-empowers people and some folks go along with that and some do not. those that do not are the anarchists who choose to remain empowered of their own talents and merits. and creatively, it is challenging to navigate around all the non-anarchists.
