these days some of the birds could be drones. i was kinda curious about that sparrow that landed beside me chirping a few days ago, he sat there within 2 feet of me for a few minutes. i had no idea what he was saying, maybe , "can you spare a tasty morsel of food,,,," then he flew off to a small bush only maybe 6 feet away and still chirping,,,,,

shinra, while we do have alot of philosophic dialogue here that sometimes goes to a ancient greek meets tao approach, there are also many fine cultivation threads where members have shared experiences. you have to dig a little deeper around here to find them perhaps, how are your archeological skilz? on the cultivation threads you will find alot of book speak there too, but you will also find posts based on personal experience.

and we did allow a new discussion thread here and i think it is going ok, even if i dont have interest in tin yat taoism, water does seek its own level and the school has students apparently. the approach we took has kept the wild flaming away from our board, i actually think it is white wolf running on air's site? even northern avid judo ant was shocked at the type of conversation there, think about that for a moment -

brilliant cat, at the risk of "spamming" as i posted this is the occult hermetic section previous. but it does fit here as well as we (i, anyways) was looking at the renaissance and i mentioned da vinci. there is so much going on the The Last Supper , i dont think 20 videos would express it all and who knows what is left to be discovered. 2006-2007 yielded new insights, some 500+ years after da vinci painted it. here is a glimpse or two of the mind fuckery genius of leonardo. from one end of the spectrum to the other is spectre spectrals

iskote, i dont find what you are saying controversial at all and this same conversation has been conversed with much redundancy in the few years i have been on this board. both sides of this conversation using the broadest of brushes and keeping the finer brushes safely concealed far from display. "They can direct their qi immediately to any part of their body in various ways," grand circulation? and tho, i do not hold to the same position as chi dragon does, he consistently fares well in these discussions.

ok i am gonna change the entire mood here--its one of those things that i do-- Kris Kristofferson remembers immortality. “Nothing could kill me,” he says, recalling his 1960s days in Nashville, when he roared for years on end, somehow finding time amidst the chaos to change the language of country music. “I was rolling cars and wrecking motorcycles, drinking and doing everything I could to die early. But it didn’t work.” Didn’t work at all. Kristofferson is 76 now and on his 28th album, the aptly titled Feeling Mortal. when sunday mornin comes down tell bobby magee, i said howdy kris parlayed his rhodes scholar oxford status into pushing a broom in nashville and lived off a type of tomato soup that he made with hot water from a diner and some ketchup packets

glad we were able to display some blake. and i do enjoy the romantic age too, it is the one i relate closer too, that nature thing. keats, shelley, byron, coleridge!,and blake of course, and the high priest of english nature poetry and author of prelude, wordsworth. but wordsworth grew old and edited fucked up some of his works. luckily shelley and keats died young and avoided such a temptation.i also stood tip toe upon a little hill once,,,and not to make amends to apech but becoz i do enjoy and revel in; “To see a world in a grain of sand And heaven in a wild flower Hold infinity in the palm of your hand And eternity in an hour.” these poets almost do create visual artistry with their poems. so an age to where artists poets, were inspired by nature and turned to nature as the very source of inspiration, very well could be the basis form my senior project this upcoming spring. and even if i relate to this age the closest, it still is no renaissance age.

idk vortex but they have done well spreading the bloody language all around. at least they spared poor guatemala, who has been terrorized enuff by the spanish and americans. really i heard its the belgiums or whatever they call them behind nwo. very stealthily i might add, i dont even know what they are called or what they speak. they just sit there quietly and no one notices the nwo coming from them, when we hear of belgium we think of waffles. whats the harm in waffles? vortex, its the bankers, the bankers. -

apech yes, that is a better and more complete quote. and genius is always above the age. i agree with billy blake there. but still the age of renaissance had , hmm let me think, hard , hmm how about this chap? all things being equal, ok
-
i strongly disagree with william blake who says "The ages are all equal" in all ages there have been great artists, thinkers, workmen and excellent works produced. i strongly agree with hegel who says each age has its own unique spirit that influences all aspects of the age. sure, the spirit that influenced the renaissance had its roots in the middle ages that were dark ages when compared to the renaissance. and darkness has since returned. oh we may have more available knowledge now, but to compare the post modern age to the renaissance, i dont even really need to make that argument do i? humanity has been dummied on down to the stage that with all of our technological advances and added knowledge we cannot come close to achieving what the age "renaissance" achieved. the spirit that entered into and influenced the renaissance was one of the highest virtue. this spirit stirred in humanity a refinement, a taste, extraordinary positive results of intellect and imagination. it was an age of great individual personalities that were individual but not isolated and came together in the circle of that spirit, of ideas ! they caught light and fire from each other, the spirit of the renaissance was a unity that gave unity that produced an elevated enlightenment in which all of that age communicated freely and intimately. if it is suggested that from time to time great ages come to be, it must only come when conditions are favorable , when the thoughts of men draw closer together and the spirit of the age is breathed by all. there is a potential now with this information age and folks of all types coming together on the web and sharing freely. hopefully the roots are being put down now that will give humanity another great age.

to see something/anything/whatever in itself as it really is, has been the aim. and by using criticism as the first step towards seeing something/anything /whatever as what it really is--is part of a universal formula, i reckon. discriminating it and trying to realize it distinctly is the aim but what we really achieve is our impression of it. so , i just ask myself, what effects is all of this really producing to me? does it give me insight? if so, to what degree? is my nature modified in any way? and under what influence? do these answers even give me the original facts? or just another impression? so it isnt really beliefs one may get but they get their own impression, the function of the critic is to analyze , to distinguish, and to seperate from adjuncts. our self education becomes complete in proportion as our susceptibility to these impressions increases in depth and variety. if we can indicate what the source of our impression is and under what conditions it is experienced is more realistic than to say that we arrive at some concrete exactness. i consider that belief and dis-belief are both equally flawed.
