i suppose it could be called that. this interpretation of yours triggered the release of my stored up laughter from the hermetic mishap thread and then i saw this and nearly busted a gut. always let laughter out and do not store it. anyways, it is more of sculpture if you will. this cristo fellow likes stacking oil drums and then began wrapping things up. http://christojeanneclaude.net/ i have no idea whats its all about but i will fiercely defend that it is art as spiritual quest. no comments on the picasso. change of speed;

pfl, do you have grey hair? i suspect that you might have at least some grey and that is why you are trying this. but with you, i never know if you are just experimenting for the sake of experimenting. -

considering the present positions of russia and the usa i am a little confused which side to choose at the moment, i prefer to sit the whole thing out. if that is possible -

is there actually a rule stating that a member cannot post about or provide a link to his teacher or to anything else for that matter with every post they make? i have been under the assumption that such practice is against ttb rules but i have yet to find where i see that printed in black and white

i never have figured out exactly what that blue snake is/does/represents. not sure i want to get too close to it.

i am also listening to blues this morning, i mean really how can someone like son house and johnson get mentioned and then not listen to some blues? i even put on a pair of blue socks,,,,, such is the power of myth! but i wont go back to that conversation for now. enough to chew on, i think, for now. someone didnt like jimi? gracious goodness. you make some interesting points of view >> legend/truth. i kinda like that and do not disagree. blues i visited with skip james, son house, bb, clapton, albert king, and this fast drivin mama

interesting version of jolene. i listened to it twice. mh, did you know that robert johnson (pre-crossroad event) was a harmonica player in son house' band? and a fictional? later chapter of robert johnson is found here http://www.amazon.com/Reservation-Blues-Sherman-Alexie/dp/0802141900 apparently big mama didnt like jim morrison so much but with a legend//myth such as johnson ,there has always been swirling torrents of spectacular speculation surrounding him. nowadays some will suggest that there is no place in our current times for myth to have any useful purpose,,, and yet; are there any instances that we can think of today where, myth gives birth to (a) legend? then perhaps legend transforms back to myth? i say even if the thrill is gone in our present world, legend and myth lives on. i wont say that it is a spiritual sorta thing and go speaking of hegel hehehehe but rather "it is a real life thing going on"

yup he is, if he had just accepted his short suspension he would have been just about ready to return too. but he chose to go a different route. and during this same time 2 formerly banned members were allowed to return thru the front door becoz they handled their moderation in a much more mature way. -

this guys resoucefulness has one apparent flaw from my viewpoint. yes he maybe saving on rent. i have heard living spaces are small in the big apple but i didnt realize just how much,,, but the flaw from the way i see it is, too many folks will approach the dumpster looking for food and he will never be able to rest or eat in peace. speaking of gardens............ -

"So yeah these are all numerous factors" sincerity is even a factor, approaching with an open mind is a factor. finding a good teacher is a factor. being consistent is a factor "But there are some problems with this.... you lose completely your roots, your shen disperses insanely and you cannot ground it easily" from my pov , i have never been more grounded "6 hours of meditation a day" wow pfl, you meditate 6 hours a day? i practice my Tao Yin Shu early morning and before i end my day, maybe 45 minutes to an hour each time. and you still have time to make more posts than me on this board! i am impressed. "but things like that are also like nitrous on a car, hit it wrong and you're sideways" i have experienced a very smooth ride
