yes, alot of wild herbs are extremely beneficial. and being out in nature collecting those, is a type of spiritual bath all its own. in my neck of the woods, one could wander endlessly foraging, gathering, grazing even. some herbs , like ginseng , imo should only be found in the wild and never gardened. there is also the type of spiritual bath that is found in one's own garden. highly recommended.

i gathered up a bunch of horstail out in the woods last year and planted just outside my back hedge. organic silica. i have seen some campers out in the forest use as a wild tooth brush. edit>i gathered up some sasafras then too

i am into my 4th year of playing. i have also noticed how much more baguazhang gets discussed here on ttb now as opposed to when i first joined ttb. talking about tai chi is still cool tho. just wondering why all the talk about fajin here seems to be in the taichi threads and the baguazhangers stay hushed about it. hehehehe
