some herbs are definately better delived to your body in tincture form. in many cases it leads to a higher absorbtion rate and efficacy. this is not true for all herbs but definately for some. holding the tincture in your mouth for 30 seconds or so allows for some sublingual absorbtion.

"beer or coffee instead of facing up to reality" let me get this straight, there is no conspiracy to get rid of beer, right?! yeah Go Turks!! a few could use a tossing into the potomac, but i digress. so there are all of these conspiracies that have certain folks in control but what if we found out that there were absolutely no one in control at all? that is less scary?
